Marina is one of the many coaches who I recently talked to about how essential goal setting is to our work as coaches. Can we coach someone without having a clear agenda? Does it need to be SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound)? Is it okay if the goal emerges along the way? What if it’s vague? Should we spend time making it more specific? Is it still coaching if we start a conversation without having a clear anchor to our work? In this episode of Talking about Coaching our hosts Yannick Jacob, Siawash Zahmat and Nicki Drab are exploring all of these questions and more and we’d love to hear your perspective too!

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
