On this episode, I am Talking With_____ Howard Morrow who is a professional fitness instructor and sports performance trainer. He has been in the business for 15 years and counting. He attended the University of Texas A&M from 2005-2010. He was a wide receiver and obtained his bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Business Administration.
Howard attended Fossil Ridge High School and while there, he made the Dave Campbell team 2 years in a row, 1st Team All-State receiver both years. He has trained numerous athletes that have gone on to play in college and received athletic scholarships. He discusses is journey to get to where he is today and gives brief, but informative life lessons to young athletes that are beginning the same road he has traveled.
