(00:53):
Hey, what's going on everybody? This is AJ Capasso of Talking With the Source. I'm here with my beautiful girlfriend Tammy and also Jonathan Keyworth of JK 47 Paranormal Investigations. Guys, what's going on? How are you guys doing?
Doing great.

(01:15):
Doing good. Super Bowl Sunday.
Hell yeah, hell yeah. Who you rooting for?
I'm rooting for the Eagles. I'm sick of the Chiefs. I don't care what anybody says. I'm a bunch of cheaters, dude.
I would ask him, but you don't watch. He's like me. I barely watch too, but I have to say though, I think Kansas City is going to win even though I don't want to see them win, but what are you going to do?
You know?

(01:36):
I'm going to talk to my guides, tell them to make the Eagles win.
Well, listen guys, we have an amazing guest today. We've had him on before. He's one of our best friends. His name is Brian John Laverty. He is a owner of and founder of Global Ghost Hunt. Also, Parapost Network Central here on Facebook.

(01:57):
As well as he's a Canadian actor. So, I mean, we just have so much to talk about. I'm excited to bring him forward. Give me one second.
There we go.
Change the style. Yeah, change the style. If I could change the layout, that'd be nice.

(02:22):
Don't worry. I'll figure it out. But anyway, how you doing, Brian?
I just let you know I shared it everywhere. So, I know we've been having trouble with Parapost recently. So, I shared it to Parapost as well.
Awesome. Thank you, man. Appreciate it.
Thank you, Brian.
There you go. There you go. You're not going to put me center, are you?

(02:44):
Oh, I am. Oh, Lord. Yeah, we got him.
No, no, no. Don't do that.
So, how you been, man? How's everything going?
I've been okay. I've been okay. I'm sure a lot of people know that. And I was telling these guys earlier before we came up that I had a very, very good friend pass away on December 25th and on Christmas.

(03:17):
So, it's been very difficult to get back on the saddle, to be honest. So, yeah, yeah, that's what I'm dealing with right now.
And you know, it's interesting, like, and you guys know this gentleman, too. I don't know if all of you do, but I believe Jonathan does. And then what was it? A week and a half later, David Taylor passes away.
Yeah. Yeah, it was just, I think it was what, a week and a half later?

(03:42):
Yeah.
Yeah, a week and a half later, David Taylor passed away. And I just happened to see his podcast the night before. And I know he cut his podcast short because he said he wasn't feeling very well.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's, it's, and then what was it? I think a week and a half later, two weeks later, Bear dies from Octagon Hall. That was, that was a really, really good person. I had the opportunity to meet him a couple of years ago when I investigated Octagon Hall.

(04:19):
And just an amazing, an amazing man and so much knowledge and the history of Octagon Hall was amazing. And, and he was, he was a very, very good host. Very, very good host. And I don't say that too often because I saw some of the hosts that I've encountered.

(04:42):
Yeah, I seem to embellish everything a little bit, but this guy was, you know, telling facts about the place and Octagon Hall obviously is an amazing, so three people that I knew and two people that I was, you know, close with.
And then one that was a best friend. It was just, it was, it was tough. It was, it's, yeah, it was really, really tough. So, yeah.

(05:08):
It's the hardest part of our life.
It is. And I know we all say the same thing, that it's part of life. It's, but, you know.
No, I mean, it's hard about life. It's the worst thing that we have in life, in my opinion, because like saying goodbye is so tough, you know. It's not really saying goodbye, but see you later, you know.
Yeah. I think what, and I mentioned this before we came live, but I think what made me feel a little bit better, I did a beautiful tribute for him on my Facebook page, probably about a few days after he passed away.

(05:35):
And that tribute got read at his funeral. So I think that, that made me feel a little bit better.
And, and as people who know me know that I see spirits, and I do see him here every so often.
And I was explaining, I was explaining the difference from what I normally see when I see him.

(05:57):
Because normally when I see a spirit, it's usually black, usually a black solid mask.
But when I see him, and I know it's him because I just, I don't know why I know it's him, I just know it's him.
He's white.
Yeah. He's white. So, he's a bright, I wouldn't say bright, but he's a white, he's a, he's white. I don't know how else to explain it.

(06:24):
So when I do see that, which I told you guys I saw today. So, yeah, my dog was black.
Well, that is awesome. When you see them, then, when you see them, what do they look like? Is it in your mind's eye?
Do you see them physically? Like, how does it, how does it work for you?
It's hard to explain. I've always explained it this way. When I see, when I go into a location or when I see a spirit,

(06:53):
let me just move this, when I see a spirit, can you hear my dog?
Yeah, I can hear him. It's alright though.
He wants inside. I have a door on this room and he wants inside.
Maximus is the best, man.
Come on, come on.
I love Maximus.
Come on.
Cutest dog I've ever seen.

(07:14):
Where is he? There he is. Look, I'll show you a picture of him.
Look at this dog. He's the cutest dog ever.
That's you.
That's awesome.
Yeah, he'll just sit there quietly and hopefully.
Yeah, but Max has been, to be honest, Max has been a real savior for me during this difficult time.

(07:41):
That's amazing. They really are amazing.
Yeah, like the unconditional love that they give is just unbelievable.
I completely understand when I'm out and about and I see a service dog that is a support guy,
I completely understand because they are. They really, really are.

(08:04):
Anyway, getting back to your question, AJ, honestly it's very, very difficult to explain,
but the best way I can explain it is when I see something, it's usually a black mass and it's black.
It's a black mass.
Like somebody said, well, is that maybe a shadow person?
It's similar, but not the same.

(08:28):
So when I see that it's a black mass and I could tell right away, like if you were to see what I'm seeing,
you might not be able to tell if it's a woman or a male or male or female.
I can. As soon as I see it, I know right away if it's a male or female.
For example, and I told this story to you, AJ, before, it was probably about four years ago.

(08:51):
I was at a restaurant and I saw this waiter and he had this black figure, as I was explaining,
walking around with him everywhere, literally right beside him the whole time, like joined at his hip.
Finally, I said, this is going to sound really, really weird, but did somebody in your life recently pass?

(09:17):
He goes, yeah, my mother did.
It was his mother because I didn't gave the height of the shadow and it was definitely his mother.
I knew right away it was a female.
He looked at me for a minute like anybody would and go, okay, what the fuck's wrong with this guy?

(09:43):
I explained that I could see spirits, but the disadvantage that I have with all of that is I can't turn it off and I can't turn it on.
But what happens when it happens.
You feel that right, Tammy?
Yeah, I just haven't figured it out.

(10:04):
Yeah, and my biggest problem is in a lot of mediums, especially Glenda, Glenda knows me inside and out.
We've had a lot of conversations and she knows who I am as a person.
If I have an issue, I go to her. She's my first person I go to, especially that story I was telling about before we came up.

(10:26):
I went to her and she said, okay, this is what's going on.
I don't like to talk about this because I think it's overdone and overused.
When I see a negative spirit, when I see something negative, and I don't like to use the word demonic because I think it's a horrible word.

(10:53):
But when I see something like that, it's usually a translucent black smoke that moves around the room very, very slowly.
Yep, I've seen that.
That's what I see. That's what I see.
It can see me and I can see that. I'm going to say that.

(11:14):
I can see that. I've only seen that five times in my life.
When you see these shows on YouTube or anywhere else and they're seeing them every single week, that's crap.
But with me personally, when I do see that, when I have seen it in the past, I don't stay. I leave.

(11:36):
I leave the room. I leave the place where I am because you don't know what you're messing with.
I don't think people understand. When I saw it the very, very first time, I was around 18 years old.
I went to a place that I'd never wanted to go to.
It's an abandoned home. I knew something bad was in it every time I walked past it.

(11:58):
It was one of those places where it was a party place and it was empty. It was an abandoned place.
Here's the creepiest thing about the whole thing. It looked like a castle.
Oh, wow.
It wasn't. It was a home, but it was a castle because it had these high peaks on it that you would see in a castle.

(12:22):
It was very, very creepy. Not a place that... I went. I went to it.
As soon as I started going up the stairwell, because it had a huge stairwell or a long path going to the stairwell,
as soon as I started walking up, I knew what I was going to encounter right away.
I didn't know what I was going to see, but I just had this feeling what I was going to encounter. It wasn't going to be nice.

(12:49):
As soon as I got in the house, I looked to the left and there it was.
It was floating around the room. I said, dude, I'm not staying here. My buddy stayed. I left.
I was probably there for a total of five minutes. I said, I'm not staying here. I knew what was going to be here. I left.
He stayed. The next day, he was in the hospital.

(13:12):
Oh, wow.
He actually went to the hospital that night after the party. He was so sick.
He got scratched on his back, his lower back. I believe it was his lower back.
I can't recall, but he got so sick. This man was already probably about 110 pounds soaking wet.

(13:39):
He was a very, very skinny guy. He had to have lost 40 pounds in three weeks time.
He almost died. He almost died. The doctors had no idea what was wrong with him.
Keeping in mind, in those days, medical advancements now are a lot different than they were back in those days.

(14:06):
Could have been something else, maybe.
I would say more it was about that.
Coincidences like that just don't happen.
No, no. All of a sudden, probably about three weeks went by. Boom, he was better.

(14:28):
Nothing had happened. He started gaining weight. He started getting healthy again.
They couldn't figure it out. They didn't know what was wrong.
Let me ask you a question. Do you think that negative spirits, do you think if you treat them with respect,
do you think that they'll treat you with respect back?
Good question.
You know what I mean?
I think that's a tough question to answer.

(14:51):
In my honest opinion, if they're so evil, I don't think they would have any respect anyways.
Even if you gave them that respect.
I think they would do anything to get you out, or wherever you are.
In the long run, no, I don't think so.

(15:12):
But you never know. Anything's possible, right?
Yeah, right. But still, I wanted your opinion.
Yeah, one thing I've learned in this business, or in this field, is to expect the unexpected.
Every time I go into a location, I go in with an open mind and an open heart, obviously.
And hopefully they're going to do the same when I walk in.

(15:35):
Some don't. Some are not very nice.
It's not like they're demonic or anything stupid like that.
But I've walked into a place and I've captured on my camera and put the SD card in my laptop.
And it said to us twice in a row, get out, assholes.
Wow.

(15:56):
So at the end of the day, it's...
I don't know. It's a tough question to answer, really.
Yeah.
I think it's like when you're a negative person in life, you can carry that into the afterlife.

(16:19):
And there are people that you might not know how nice you are to them in life.
There's still been these jerks.
And honestly, that's the church that you know about, AJ.
There's really nothing negative in that church, to be honest.
And I think it's just I was with two people, I brought two people with me that had never been.

(16:41):
So maybe it didn't like those two people because one of the people was one of those people that I think is...
He says what I do is really... He says when I do this, it's really, really cool.
But I think on one end, I think he's a skeptic.
And I think maybe that they might have sensed that when we walked in and he goes, OK, well, who are these two people?
One of these guys is nonbeliever. So why is he even here?

(17:04):
And I think that's probably why they said what they said.
But I've never experienced that walking into the church before.
Like, it's always been very, very positive.
Me and Tammy were talking and we were talking about how all these places that start to experience negative activity,
like after a show goes to them, I feel like they all go there and they just think that there's a demon there.

(17:25):
And I feel like it manifests into energy and actually manifests into a consciousness being.
And then all of a sudden it ends up being like actually in the building.
I mean, what's your what's your opinion on that energy manifesting like that?
Wait a minute.
What's he doing? Oh, just likes to watch.

(17:47):
Just likes to be by my side all the time.
That's so sorry. Ask me that.
Ask me that again. OK.
So me and Tammy were talking and we said by TV shows going into a location and saying there's a demon in there,
all these other paranormal investigators will go there to investigate after that, like tons of people.
And do you think because of that show, like they put fear in people and their selves

(18:10):
and because of that fear, that energy will manifest into an actual consciousness being and actually like have it the place?
Good question. I would know.
You know, my opinion, I don't think so. No, no.
It's it's one of the many questions that we have as paranormal investigators

(18:34):
manifesting something that could possibly know.
I just obviously everybody has their own opinions.
I have mine. I don't I don't I think God, how do I answer this question without sounding terrible?
No, I don't want to sound bad.
You know what I mean?

(18:55):
I think we all can manifest something, but.
I don't know. I don't know these shows.
I don't I don't tend to watch these shows.
I stopped watching paranormal investigations completely, to be honest, because a lot of them are just silly.

(19:16):
And again, I'll go back to what I said earlier.
Anything's possible. Really, anything is possible.
And is is that possible? Highland likely. Is it?
It's I guess it's possible. I don't know.
I. Yeah. It's a tough question to answer.

(19:37):
You know what's that? Yeah, it definitely is.
But I don't I think the I think the first problem is what these shows are doing,
embellishing all these locations and and because I've been to some locations where these famous people have been.
And if you want to say famous and I've walked in and captured absolutely nothing.

(19:58):
I think and I'll give you one place that I've been to that I think has been highly, highly overrated.
And and I know some people argue with me on that.
That's Bobby Mackey's. I think that's a highly overrated place.
I wondered about that place. And it's a shame that it's it's a shame that it's gone now.

(20:20):
But and that video will be coming out of Paraflex soon of my experience in Bobby Mackey's.
I believe there's something I believe there is something there.
The gate to hell to me is bullshit, to be honest.
I think it's total crap. That's something that that's something that that's something that I think Mr.

(20:44):
you know, Ghost Hunter himself created or Ghost Adventure himself or whatever that show's called.
And yeah, I do. Yeah, I think a lot of these shows embellish a lot.
Which is unfortunate because it makes us real paranormal investigators look like idiots if we haven't gotten anything,

(21:06):
which is probably 80 percent of the time that when you walk into a location and there's a person I haven't seen in a long time.
So it's really bad. It's really bad on us because if we if we put a video out there
and there's nothing really any nothing really caught within the first five or ten minutes, what are they doing?

(21:30):
Yeah, you know, they're going away and they would rather they'd rather go see somebody that's catching something within the first four or five minutes.
And which is the if you notice with the fake YouTubers or fake investigators within the first two to five minutes, they've got something.
Yeah, every single time. And that's and that's hooking you in. That's that's TV. That's TV.

(21:55):
Yeah. You win. And, you know, as an actor, that's what you want to do for a TV show.
You want to you, you know, you starts off a little bit slow, then starts climbing, climbing, climbing, climbing, and then goes down.
And it's like a roller coaster. You're taking somebody for a ride.
And and that's what I think a lot of those YouTubers that have four or five, six hundred thousand followers are doing.

(22:19):
They're taking you for a ride. It's entertainment. Yeah. So, you know, and I would say we're in the situation.
Yeah, we're overacting the situation for sure. And that's fine.
There's nothing wrong with that. Like, I've never had a problem with those people.
I don't have a problem with them if they want to do that by all means. But as the public should know,

(22:42):
that are not into the paranormal, that you want them to come over and watch your stuff.
Yeah, that stuff is crap. It's fake, which is fine.
And only, you know, and that's fine. And and there should be something in the description saying entertainment only.
I wish you could YouTube would do that. But how are you how are you supposed to how are you supposed to manage that?

(23:06):
Like, what's fake? What's real? You know, but anyhow, that's what they're doing.
And there's nothing wrong with that. Power do them. They have 10 million followers. God, they they worked hard to get that.
Yeah. And, you know, but when somebody's watching it, take it with a grain of salt, you know.
Yeah. So, you know, and then there's us that have I have just under a thousand followers on my huntophobia page.

(23:38):
And I get a big I got a much bigger following on Paraflex. But, you know,
those are the people that are working hard. Yeah, those are the people that are out there investigating and trying to get the answers.
Exactly. And because that's kind of investigator I am. And and I told and I told this day, J.B.

(24:00):
for that, I think investigators are in three different categories.
To be honest, I believe you have the the the hunters that are hunting for the spirits.
You have the ones that are looking for the answers and you have the scientific part of it.
I'm in the middle like I'm looking for the answers.

(24:21):
I think most people that have 20 million followers on on on YouTube, those are the ones that are just the hunters.
They're not looking for the answers. They're not looking for the scientific background or why it's happening.
And those are the people that have those are the people that have 500 followers or 90 followers or just under a thousand followers.

(24:47):
So you can definitely tell the difference. But I've always put I've always put paranormal investigators in that category because I think I think it's accurate.
And I really do. And if there's another one out there, I'd love to hear it.
If there's a D, I'd love to hear that. But I go with ABC. Right. So that's me. Yeah.

(25:09):
So anyhow, it is what it is. But Brian, so I want to get to the first question that I was going to ask you. So this year, man, we have global ghost time coming right now.
And I just want to talk a little bit about, you know, what this year is going to entail because it's something huge.
And I want to tell the public, I kind of like what is going to happen because I know this is going to be a big year.

(25:31):
Yeah. Well, first, I'd like to welcome Tammy, who's part of the is part of the the team now.
And and I will say Jonathan was part of the team at one point as well. And we enjoyed we enjoyed having him part of the team as well.
It's an honor, man. I just too much on my plate. And I know it. And that's fine.

(25:52):
And priorities, priorities. You got priorities and you got to deal with a family or whatever it is. So global ghost time.
What we decided to do this year and and there's reasons there's reasons behind it.
There's there are reasons behind it. So what we decided this year was to do it once instead of doing it twice.

(26:19):
And this year, there's no entrance fee. And and I'm going to be totally and if you want, I'll be totally transparent on why, why that is.
And, you know, and I don't talk about this at all, to be honest.
And AJ knows that I don't talk about this at all, at least not publicly.

(26:41):
But there was a there was a video that was done last year, a live video of me and AJ and some other people that wasn't very kind.
And it wasn't very nice. And and I did a mistake. I did a mistake.

(27:02):
And that mistake is I should have come forward and said something right at the beginning. But I didn't.
I didn't want to get sucked into all the drama. And that's all it was. It was drama.
And and I'm not that type of person to go public about it. And I still won't go public about it.
Yeah. I'm mentioning a little bit now because of the question you asked.

(27:24):
So we had a real downfall of global ghost time last year because of that video.
Let's be honest. Yeah, let's be honest. And and and which really, really was unfortunate because everything that I try to do
or I've done in the past is try to help teams, try to help locations and everything positive.

(27:48):
And these people did what they did with her global ghost. And that's what they were trying to do.
And and let's be fair. And and like I said, I should have said something then, but I didn't.
Under the advice of some people saying, you know what? Don't get sucked into it. Walk away. Do whatever you want.

(28:10):
And you know what? Looking back at it, I think that was a huge mistake.
No, I think it wasn't done, honestly, because if you know, I think it is.
And I and I appreciate that, AJ, but I think it was a huge mistake. I think I should have come forward.
I think I should have said something and I should have fought back.
Yeah, because at the end of the day, if people are going to go and spread lies about me, which were huge lies,

(28:34):
I should have stood up for myself. But I didn't. Yeah.
And I was I was actually I was actually thinking about going down the and I'm going to be totally transparent here.
I was thinking about going down the legal road and I still can if I wanted to.
And I could and I could sue for slander if I wanted to. Yeah.

(28:56):
And defamation. And because I had a lot of people coming after me for the next four or five months.
And I really, really think that hurt Global Ghost Town. Yeah.
So what I wanted to do was I wanted to because the end goal at Global Ghost Town is help these locations and help teams.

(29:21):
That's what the end goal is. It's always been that. Yeah.
It's been about me. It hasn't been about anybody on the team.
Nothing. It's always been about the teams that are signing up and the locations, especially the locations,
because if we don't have locations, we don't have paranormal investigation teams. Yeah.
That's the way it is. You know, so I wanted to help these locations.

(29:42):
I had a long term goal to help these locations.
And and that was my long term goal. And I still had that goal. And that goal will eventually happen.
So what I was thinking for this year to get everybody to come back.
To get people to understand what we're trying to accomplish.

(30:04):
That's why I decided to do Global Ghost Town. No entrance fee this year.
Come and check it out. Bring your team. See what kind of exposure you get.
See if you're having fun doing it. And and that was the goal.
To get people to come back and join and see how much fun it really is to do, because it is a lot of fun.

(30:27):
Yeah. You know what? There's a little bit of pressure.
There is a little bit of pressure because when you're live and all these people are watching,
it is a little bit pressure and I get that. But you're supposed to also have fun with it as well.
And it's a lot of fun. And so this year I decided no entrance fee.
And we want all the teams that we can possibly get and sign up.

(30:51):
The website. The website's taking a little bit longer.
But it should be up by the by the end of February, middle of or beginning of March.
Somewhere in that area. OK. So once it's up, we will let everybody know that the new site is up.
And you can go over and sign up your team and that's it.
And if we do get a lot of sign ups this year, we'll expand it another four days.

(31:17):
So instead of being at 10 days, it will be 14 days. That's awesome. OK.
So that's what we want to do. So we're trying to encourage people to come back that were in it before
and get them to continue coming back. And because it is a lot of fun.
And if it does well and if it continues, then maybe I will stay on the no entrance fee at all permanently.

(31:41):
You know, so but you but bring your team, bring your team and have a lot of fun doing it.
And again, the whole reason I did it was for locations and teams.
Yeah, we got to keep these locations alive. Yeah, that's so that's the only reason why I did it.
Yeah. So yeah. So.

(32:04):
It was a long winded question, but or answer.
But you know what I was saying before, I wanted to say that because I've been doing a lot of thinking recently
and I saw a podcast the other day and and I put up in the podcast in the comments.
I said, you know what? Something happened to me last January that I kept quiet about and I should have.

(32:28):
And they agreed. They said you shouldn't have kept quiet. You should have spoken up.
Yeah. But again, it's one of those things where, you know, if you want to end the drama,
you got to start talking about the drama. Exactly.
You know, so well, though, you know, you got to stay like you got to stop talking about it.
If you don't want drama, stop talking about it. Yeah. You know, it is what it is.

(32:52):
But I had a lot of people hate me. And that's fine. That's fine.
You know, you hate me as much as you want. But, you know, come over to Global Ghost Town,
have some fun and get some exposure for the location that you're investigating and some exposure for your teams.
Last year, I think combined, we had over the two events.

(33:18):
We had around three hundred and three hundred and twenty four thousand out of the two events.
So, you know, speaks for itself.
Definitely. Well, next question. Yeah. And that's and that's true.
That's true. Yeah. It's very, very true, which is what I did,

(33:43):
but I I I regret I regret not a big regret, a little regret that I didn't I didn't come forward.
But I had a lot of people in my ear saying, don't even feed into it.
I tell you what, though, it was a smart it was a smart idea, even though you wanted to come forward.
But I tell you what, man, it was a smart idea because it was just fed into it and they would have just kept going and going and going and going.

(34:07):
Yeah. You know what I mean? So it's better off that you just let it and you were a bigger man.
You don't need to worry about that. You know what I'm saying? So, yeah, don't even don't even worry about it.
You know, but my whole point that was my whole point to that was not to get back into it and stuff like that.
My whole point was that's, you know, some of those people on that panel didn't like they don't like Global Ghost Hunt.

(34:29):
They don't want Global Ghost Hunt to succeed. And that's why they did what they did.
And they succeeded and they succeeded. They succeeded. They wanted they got what they wanted. And that's fine.
Now, what we're doing is trying to get those people to come back and understand the purpose of Global Ghost Hunt.
Yeah, that's it. So, yeah, absolutely. Yeah.

(34:54):
But I wanted to say the second question I wanted to ask you, man, was about Parapost Network Central, man.
You know, we have an amazing community. You know, we really have some great shows on there and we're looking for more shows.
So if anyone's watching who has a show, we would love to have you on there.
I wish Nando and I wish Nando and Rob would come back. Yeah, that'd be awesome, man. You should come back, man.

(35:21):
But so tell us a little bit more about Parapost, how you created it, what made you.
Parapost Parapost Network, the app was created three and a half years ago, almost four years ago,
which is going, which I will let everybody know it's going to be taken down.

(35:42):
It's going to be taken down in a new site. I know social media sites can be built.
I have people that are already going to be investing in it and or investors.
I already got one investor and it's just a matter of us sitting down,
working out a contract and getting it done and signing it and moving on.

(36:04):
So I was hoping that global ghost hunt on Parapost Network, the app this year doesn't look like that's going to happen.
So it's going to be next year. But I have investors that are coming aboard,
and they're going to give me money to build a brand new platform and a brand new app.
And people will be able to go live on this.

(36:26):
People will be able to go live on this on this app and just like Facebook, just like Instagram,
just like Twitter, whatever you want to say, just like LinkedIn,
you'll be able to go live and do your investigations, be able to do your podcasts.
I would love to see global ghost hunt strictly on there, along with maybe YouTube.

(36:49):
Getting off Facebook is, to be honest, Facebook really doesn't push paranormal stuff.
I don't know why they don't, but they don't.
So I'm hoping to get Parapost. So Parapost Network started with a buddy of mine.
We came up with this idea of creating a social media site for everything under the paranormal umbrella.

(37:13):
So if you have an iOS or an Android, you can download it and sign up.
But just know that's coming down soon and we're going to build a brand new whole one.
So the reason I came up Parapost Network Central was I had this page, Parapost Network, Facebook page.

(37:35):
And it wasn't really doing anything. And I wasn't sure what to do with it, to be honest.
I was thinking about deleting it.
Because originally that was for the app, to promote the app.
It's kind of ironic promoting a app on another app, though another social media site.

(37:58):
So I figured, you know what, there was one day where there was one week, I think it was a weekend, I was scrolling through my timeline on Facebook and I noticed a lot of podcasts.
And I noticed a lot of these podcasts had zero people in their room or maybe one person or maybe five people.
So I said, you know what, I wonder if there's a way that I can get all these podcasts over onto one page.

(38:25):
Which is where Parapost Network Central was born.
I started asking people if they would love to stream to another platform, like another page.
At that time it was only 100, I think it was about 150, 160 people.
So we started getting these podcasts. I think we had like five or six.

(38:50):
And I was one of them because we threw the lens, was one of them.
And I think talking with the, how long has talking with the source been around?
I think you guys were near the beginning as well.
Yeah, it was like, we were around for like, I think what, three, four years now?
This would be the fourth year.
And it's funny how me and AJ met.

(39:12):
There is a story behind how me and AJ met, in fact.
But I can get to that. So that's where Parapost Network was born.
It was just, you know, central.
And then it was opened up, the floodgates opened up a lot more and people started coming over and stuff like that.
But the problem is now Facebook has done so many different things with their social media site.

(39:37):
That people, and I know it's not just me, I know it's other pages that are doing what I'm doing that are having problems.
People are going live and it says error.
Or you're scheduling and it says error.
Now what the trick is, and what I've been telling people is, instead of scheduling it, just go live.
You'll have no problems.

(39:59):
So if you're going to be doing a show, like, for example, talking with the source, just go live.
What I've been suggesting to people is put up your thumbnail on Parapost.
And then when you're ready to go live, just go live.
You don't have to schedule it.
So that's what I've been telling people on the page, instead of trying to schedule because you're going to get an error.

(40:22):
It has nothing to do with StreamYard, it has nothing to do with Restream.
Because they're two different platforms and they're getting an error.
So it has to be Facebook.
So, you know...
You're not using their live service.
Yeah, so, and I think that's what it is.
I think because we're not using theirs.
I think they're trying to...I think eventually all third-party streaming is not going to be allowed on Facebook anymore.

(40:45):
I think that's eventually what's going to happen.
And because it's...like, I know what it costs to have this on Facebook.
Like, if I were to do it for my site, it's almost $20,000 a month.
Now, look on the scale of Facebook, how much it's costing them.

(41:09):
Because they have thousands of podcasts.
I'm talking for me, on my platform, I'm talking 10.
It costs about $20,000 a month to do.
Like, people don't understand how much money it takes to go live on Facebook.
They're losing a lot of money by allowing third-party streaming into Facebook.

(41:33):
And that's with their own service, you know.
So, I get it.
And that's why they got rid of groups.
And now you can only do it on your personal page or a business page.
But I'm with Tanner.
And he says this, that it will eventually be all gone.
Yeah, Tanner is a smart guy.

(41:55):
Third-party streaming is not going to be allowed on Facebook anymore, eventually.
Which is unfortunate, but I get it.
I get why they're trying to get rid of it.
And it's unfortunate, but it is what it is.
So, again, long answer.

(42:16):
Very long-winded answer.
Hey, that's all right. That's totally all right.
I'm glad you were talking about it.
Have you, what was the last investigation you had?
Because I know you got some videos coming out on ParaFlix right now.
So, talk a little bit about that.
Well, my last video I did, my last live I did was Global Ghost Hunt.

(42:41):
That was my last live that I did.
Or last video I did.
So, back in October.
And it's difficult here because the amount, like this year,
there's been a lot of snow this year.
Which has really, really been unusual because in the past,
we don't get a lot of snow because we're in the most southern part of Canada,

(43:03):
which is Toronto.
And so, generally, we don't get a lot of snow,
but there's a crap load out there right now.
So, it kind of sucks to go out and investigate
when you're dredging through a lot of freaking snow.
And to be honest, I got a lot of other things on my plate right now

(43:25):
that I'm focusing on.
And investigations for me is kind of on the back burner.
But with ParaFlix, I got three new videos coming out.
And one is Bobby Mackie's and one is Octagon Hall.
So, those are eventually going to come out.
And believe it or not, if Nando's still in the room,
the England videos are starting to be worked on.

(43:50):
So, those will eventually come out as well.
I'm not sure if Tammy knows, but I was in England a couple of years ago
filming haunted locations.
So, we did 11 locations in 14 days.
So, that is going to start coming out soon as well on ParaFlix.

(44:12):
But what I generally do when it comes to these videos,
I will take, depending on how long the investigations are,
because I don't put up two-hour investigations.
I just don't do it.
So, if the video on ParaFlix is 30 minutes,
which is generally what I do, on YouTube it will be 15.
So, I generally put part of the video on YouTube

(44:36):
to encourage people to go watch the full video on ParaFlix.
So, that's what will come out on YouTube, is those 15, 20-minute videos.
Now, Octagon Hall is going to be two parts,
because we were there from 4.30 in the afternoon until 9 o'clock the next day.
So, there is a lot of video to cover.
But again, I'll work it down to two parts an hour.

(45:01):
So, yeah, that was a lot.
That was a fun time, it's fair to say.
We did all enjoy it.
And those videos are going to start coming out soon as well.
They will come out this year.
And I'm sure Nando and Sarah and Lex are going to enjoy them.

(45:24):
I know Lex started bringing out his,
but unfortunately life got in the way for him.
He's got a baby now.
So, his family is important.
But he does have a video.
I believe it's, what video, Nando, what video did he bring out first?
Was it the house, the very first investigation we did?

(45:48):
I can't recall the name of the house.
I think it was that one.
Yeah, I think it, but he did something a little bit different.
I was going to say.
Yeah, his video was cool.
Like he did something really, really super cool.
The Murley house, thank you.
So what he did was he showed clips of the video,

(46:12):
but then it would get, like he'd be sitting there,
like we're doing right now.
And he would talk about the next scene that's coming up.
Or what happened in that scene when it was finished.
So he did something a little bit different. It was cool.
So go over and check out his YouTube channel, Lex Paranormal.
And I believe that's his last video that he has up.

(46:33):
He will eventually get to his as well.
But Murley house was, Murley house was fantastic.
And that was the first night that I met Nando and Sarah.
So yeah, that is awesome.
That is awesome.
I can't wait to watch that footage because I can't wait to see what you guys got over overseas.
Yeah, it's cool. It's a cool place.
It's a cool place.
I always say this, that, you know, North America is great, but Europe is much better.

(46:56):
It's like, it's a whole different vibe when you get off the plane.
As soon as you get off the plane, it's like, what is going on?
Like the whole feeling is weird.
You know, Nando, you better stop at my house when you come to New York City next year.
That's all I'm saying.
You better come to my house because I'm right next to New York City.
So they're going, they're going to New York City next year.
Yeah. I saw a post and I was like, that's it.

(47:18):
I'm like, I'm going to harass him when he comes.
Well, there's a very famous hospital that's not a sane asylum.
That's not too far away from New York City that they might want to check out.
Oh, man.
Yeah.
I forget what it's called.
Forget what it's called, but it's, it's an abandoned, it's abandoned.

(47:39):
And a lot of people go there.
So to investigate for sure.
Yeah. Nando just said, let's do it.
Yeah, that's cool.
That's cool.
But yeah, man.
So I'm super happy that this Global Ghost Town is going to be happening this year.
We know we're going to have it free.
We're going to have, you know, hopefully a lot of teams sign up that, you know,
are going to want their exposure and you know,
that we can help out and also help out all these locations and hopefully get a

(48:02):
lot more locations out to the, you know, Global Ghost Town.
And, you know, just build a nice, nice little family of people.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, it's just, it's fun.
It's a lot of fun.
Yeah. It's a lot of work for us, but it's a, it's, it's fun.
And I think making it free this year, no entrance fee.
I think it's going to, I think it's going to, you know,

(48:25):
bring a lot more people because I know I've gotten a lot more messages about it
and people interested.
Like we've made a couple of posts on, on the Facebook page and some people go,
what's this?
And we explained it and they say, we're going to,
we're going to look into it and see if we want to be a part of it.
You know what?
At the end of the day, it's one night.

(48:46):
Yeah, it's one night.
And, you know, if you have fun, great.
If you don't, you don't have to do it again,
but I can guarantee that you're going to have a lot of fun because, you know,
getting all these people in the room and making comments about your
investigation and instead of just having one person in your room watching,
you can have several.
And then the great thing is people are, people are watching the replays.

(49:07):
Like we get to our percentage of replays is above our life.
And that's just being honest.
So people are going on and watching the replays and, you know,
you could have had 200 people during your life,
but by the end of the week, it's almost that, you know,
it's almost that 2000 3000, you know, so, you know,

(49:28):
I think it's just a lot of fun and I have fun when I go out and investigate,
you know, and, uh, people interacting with you and, and, uh,
but this year, I will say this year, it's not,
it's probably not going to be on stream yard.
It's probably going to be on restream and,
and hopefully, um, from what we understand using restream, uh,

(49:50):
you can connect to Tik TOK. So we'll be on,
it will be on Tik TOK this year unless Tik TOK gets taken down for whatever
reason. So perfect. But it will be on Tik TOK this year. So,
and that will give you even more exposure because we have,
I said, what do we have on Tik TOK? I think we have over 1500 on Tik TOK.
Nice. So, and that will just climb over those, those days.

(50:11):
So you will get, and now the unfortunate part about that is you get a lot of trolls.
Yeah.
You get a lot of trolls in Tik TOK, but.
Yeah. Let them talk. That means they're watching anyway,
cause they're interested, you know.
How about we give it the opportunity for somebody else to ask a question.
AJ's been asking all the questions.
I know. I'm waiting for them to jump in.

(50:33):
He's asking all the best questions though.
Yeah, that's true.
AJ's very good at what he does.
So, yeah.
Well, you all are, you're all, you all have special gifts.
I know Jonathan's show is, is fantastic. I've, I've sat,
I've sat back, had a drink, had some popcorn,
watched his afternoon shows on, I think it was Tuesdays.

(50:57):
Yeah.
It was, they were great. I sat back, had some popcorn, had a drink,
and just watching, doing what he's doing. And we all have special,
special talents. And I, I, I, I was sad to see Jonathan go.
I hope, I hope he comes back eventually.
And cause he knows the door's open for him.

(51:20):
I appreciate that brother. I love you, man. I got your back all the time.
Thank you, man. Same back, same back.
And which is funny cause what, two years ago?
We had a falling out. Yeah.
Two years ago we had a falling out and, and, and look where we are today.
Look where we are.
I apologize publicly and I love you, man.

(51:44):
I made a mistake. So, yeah.
We all do, unfortunately. And I wish people would,
I wish people would understand that people make mistakes.
We're not all perfect and you know, and, but we're,
we're not bad people and I'm not a bad person.
Yeah. I've made mistakes, but I've been leveled as the,

(52:05):
or labeled as this horrible person, which you guys know, AJ,
out of this group, AJ knows me the best.
And he knows what kind of person I am and my heart's in the right place.
It is. It might not always do the right thing.
And like, I'm not perfect. I make mistakes, but you know,

(52:27):
I'm a word really I make am and that's all I've, my heart's always in the,
my heart's always in the right place.
Yeah.
So friends.
This is kind of a story.
So, uh, there was a guy.
That, um.

(52:51):
Had pulled the wool over everybody's eyes.
um incredible medium. Um he
could see spirits and and he
could talk to spirits and he
could answer the the the the
lifelong everybody's asking
questions and and he met these

(53:13):
incredible people. He
interviewed apparently Ted
Bundy when he was in jail and
he was on AJ's uh page and um
there was a person in my life
at that time that knew AJ knew

(53:33):
well didn't really know AJ but
knew of him but she pointed me
out to AJ and um he was doing a
series with this individual.
Well, this individual got
into a relationship and he said

(53:55):
he went to a certain school
which um you know uh Kenny Kenny
Biddle, right? I think his last
name is Biddle Kenny Biddle is a
person that investigates people
um investigates the truth. Um
he's a huge skeptic on the
paranormal. um and which is

(54:16):
great. Nothing wrong with that.
Uh uh me and Lex actually
know him and he's a great guy
and I would consider Kenny a
friend. Um so Kenny investigated
this guy. So, there was so much
false information about this.
This guy was giving out that it

(54:36):
was so laughable that he
actually told people he
interviewed Ted Bundy which was
a total total lie and he had
a lot of records and stuff like
that and he was actually he
actually said he went to this
particular school which was a
complete lie. Kenny called that

(54:58):
school. No record of him being
or attending that school. Um and
um the biggest thing that Kenny
found out was uh he spent some
time in jail. and um and there

(55:18):
was a case he stole like 350,000
from uh a person who had a
disability who's in a
wheelchair. He stole like
350,000 dollars from them
apparently and was arrested for
that. Anyways, so this guy so
AJ was doing a show on this guy
not knowing all this was going
on. Well, I reached out to AJ
and I said, this guy is a fraud.

(55:40):
You need to you need to do a
little more research on this
guy. He's basically telling me
to **** because he didn't
believe me and um he didn't
believe any of the stuff that

(56:00):
was going on and um finally, I
think AJ started doing a little
more research and I think he
spoke to um I think he spoke. I
think you spoke to Taren,
right? Yeah. Yeah. You spoke to
Taren and um and uh that's
where it snowballed and then

(56:22):
that's where it started. That's
where the friendship started.
Yeah. And uh we started talking
to each other on messenger and
I told him about Para Post
Network Central and as we went
down the road uh getting to
getting to know each other and
uh and believe it or not, well,
you you can't, well, you're

(56:47):
not going to believe it. Um
believe it. AJ was one of the
first people I went to with
Global Ghost. Yeah. Oh, wow. So
when I when I when I was
thinking about doing Global
Ghost, I called AJ and um and I
asked him a buddy because he's
on board and that's and uh so I

(57:08):
think we've been friends what?
3 years now? Oh, no. It's been
since like uh before COVID
and it's been like a while, dude.
It's been like 5 years. Oh,
wow. I didn't realize it was
that long. So, AJ was the very
first person that I went to and
then Matt was, I know Matt's in
the room. Uh Matt was right

(57:28):
after AJ uh that I spoke to
Matt about it and um yeah,
that's where it's funny. I I
it's funny. I I didn't realize
it was that long. Um yeah, wow.
Uh but um yeah, that's where our
friendship is awesome. You know,
uh with him telling me subtly

(57:49):
to where to go. Uh he didn't
actually tell me where to go but
I there's words in his Texas.
Yeah. What's like? Okay, this
guy doesn't want to believe me.
He's telling me where to go.
We're doing the show. He's
doing the show right now that
he's doing the show right now.
He's doing the series on uh I
can't even recall the guy's
name now. What was the guy's

(58:13):
name? Robert. Yeah, Robert or
something. Yeah, something like
that. So, um yeah, it all
started from that and you know,
my first impression from AJ, my
very very first impression. I'm
crazy. No, no, no. My very
first impression with this, I

(58:35):
knew right, I knew right off
the bat even though he did what
he did with to me at the
beginning, I knew right off the
bat, I knew right off the bat.
I knew right off the bat. Even
if he sent me that message and
said those things, I knew right
off the bat, we were going to
be good friends. Soon as he
sent me that message, I don't

(58:55):
know why. I just knew. I just
knew. Was it because of the
loyalty that I showed my guest?
You know what I mean? Might
have been, might have been but
um I just knew right away when
he sent me that message that
you know, I'm going to, me and
this guy are going to be really
good friends. I'm going to see
message from someone. Yeah.

(59:16):
Back. The first thing you did
that, that's not the first
thing that crosses your mind
that you're going to be good
friends with this person. But
that's what crossed my mind
when I first, when I first saw
that message and uh and uh it
was good to see that AJ. Um it
was and this is what I love
about AJ. AJ gives an

(59:39):
explanation and once they ****
up, then it's done. So, AJ
trusts right at the beginning,
which is nothing wrong with
that. I do the same thing and a
lot of people do the same
thing and but he'll give you a
chance to explain yourself if
you **** up. Yeah. And it's his
decision if he's going to move
forward with you and nine times
out of ten, he does. It's water

(01:00:01):
under the bridge and that's it.
It's done. Let's move on. Yeah.
But I think that's it. That
might be a guy thing though. Do
you know what I'm saying? You
know, it's like honesty. It's
just like, just give me honesty.
You know what I'm saying? Like
if you're, even if it's not
good, it's like, you know, I'm
going to take a truck to
criticism, you know? Yeah. But
I will say this. AJ has pissed
me off a lot. Oh, of course.

(01:00:22):
Hell yeah. Hell yeah. He's
pissed me off quite a bit. But
at the end of the day, at the
end of the day, uh AJ is a very
very good friend and I like
what he wrote in the post, my
best friend and you know, uh
AJ is a very good friend to me
and and uh and that's the great
thing about this industry,

(01:00:43):
about this field, that you meet
some really, really, really,
really good people and uh some
really good people out there.
Some not so nice, good people
out there but you know, but AJ
is one of those good people
that has your back all the
time. Thank you, man. I
appreciate that a lot. Yeah.
Appreciate that. Well, guys,
you have any other questions

(01:01:05):
about this? I'm coming back. So,
you know, we're back in the
saddle and I wish you nothing
but the best, my brother. Thank
you. Hopefully, we'll see you
at Global Ghost Hunt.
Hopefully, yeah. Hopefully, I
know AJ and Tammy, where are
you guys going to investigate?
Have you decided yet? We're
still talking about it. Yeah.
Okay, good. I was glad. You

(01:01:27):
know what? I'll be honest. I
wish there was there was one
person in the room right now
that I could talk to if I
could. Please. Yeah. Um and
that's Nando. Um I know Nando
and I have been like this.
Yeah. And you know, I know AJ
you've tried and and you know,

(01:01:49):
I know I've tried and um
there's nothing to fear,
Nando. Um I really, really wish
you would message me and so we
would be happy to if there's
anybody that I truly, truly
appreciate as you Nando and I
always have. Yes, we've had our

(01:02:09):
problems but I would like to
put that water under the bridge
and have a sit down and talk
and and um move on. Move on
from that because all this crap
of fighting and all that stuff
is stupid. Just stupid. Yeah,
Nando's a great guy. I love I
love watching his podcast and
guess he'd have and he was

(01:02:31):
really supportive of everyone
and I wish we would just get uh
I wish we could just get back
onto the same page. Yeah.
Because um you know, I flew out
there. I flew out to England.
Yeah, obviously for Lex but I
also flew out there for you and
Sarah as well and that's why I
wanted to come out there
because I wanted to meet you
both and uh along with Rob and

(01:02:52):
big big Rob and small Rob and
uh TSI and that's somebody you
should have on your show. I
don't know if you've ever had
a conversation with me. Yeah.
Just let me know. I'll get I'll
let John, I'll let John and
Ralph know. Yeah. And um yeah,
just uh it's just it's just
stupid. It really, really is

(01:03:13):
stupid that you know, fighting
for these stupid things and and
uh I've made some, I've mended
some bridges over the last
couple of months with some
people. Yeah. And I'd like to
continue doing that especially
with Nando. So, definitely.
Yeah. I'm gonna put myself out
there, man. Thank you. Shout

(01:03:34):
out where we can find you real
quick and uh tell them about
your new podcast coming out.
Yeah. So, I started a with
somebody else. Um it's just not
me. I just I don't wanna take
all the credit uh but I started
a new venture. It's called
Health Empowers You. Um I have
a Facebook page and a
Instagram page. I have a

(01:03:54):
website. Uh my Facebook page is
almost under sixty-eight
thousand followers. Um our
Instagram page just hit
sixty-six thousand followers.
So, you know, it's it's it's
it's good and uh the website is

(01:04:15):
doing well. Um there's a new
podcast coming out called
Envision You Podcast and it's
all about health and wellness
and wellness products. Uh and
she's she actually she's
actually from Canada. So, she
actually lives about five or
six hours away from me. She

(01:04:35):
lives in Ottawa and so she's
gonna be hosting the show with
me and we're gonna talk about
Envision You products but we're
also gonna be bringing on
people in the health and
wellness space. So, it's gonna
be on Facebook, the Facebook
page. It's just gonna be on the
Facebook page. That's it. Uh
for now, it might be on the
YouTube. I don't know but it's
good. Just gonna be on Facebook

(01:04:55):
and not have to worry about
anything. So, uh yeah. So, that's
just be starting soon. I was
hoping not, I was hoping not
this week, the following week
but we're probably gonna hold
it off for another couple of
weeks. So, probably maybe at the
beginning of March, we'll start
that up. Cool. And it's gonna
be a great show and it's on
health and wellness and
everything like that and but

(01:05:17):
again, website's doing well.
Everything's doing well. So,
yeah. Awesome, man. Well, good
luck to you. I'm glad you got
to be on there and uh thank you
so much for coming on brother
and so short notice. We love
you. We uh can't wait to see
what success you have in the
acting industry. I can't wait
to see. That's going well too.
Yeah and uh that's going well

(01:05:38):
too. Yeah but uh I tell you
what man, I just can't wait to
see what you're doing. It's
just uh it's absolutely amazing
and you motivate me every day
so I appreciate it. Thank you
buddy. Thank you. Alright, talk
to you soon, man. Thanks,
Liz. Bye. Thank you. See you
soon. Alright, guys. Let me
just switch it back. Hold on.
Uh uh. Uh uh. Anyway, so guys,

(01:06:01):
what did you think? I think I
think this show is actually
awesome. I I love to bring
Brian on. Yeah, I love talking
to Brian every time man. Uh
he's a great guy. I'm glad uh
we were able to mend everything
and uh you know, he's shown
nothing but support since uh
the beginning. Nando, I I I
don't know what happened between

(01:06:23):
you two but I know it you
should uh message him, dude.
Yeah, definitely. What do you
think, Tammy? I think he's
amazing. I mean, he's a welcome
knowledge. I love that he's an
entrepreneur in so many
different arenas. That's great.
You know, it's just a driven
person. That's amazing. Yeah,
absolutely. Absolutely. So,

(01:06:43):
thank you everyone for paying
attention and watching. We
really appreciate you. Everyone
is talking. We love you.
Everyone. Liz, everyone. Thank
you so much for the support and
uh until next time, this is
uh talking with the source.

(01:07:05):
Thank you.
