In this powerful and emotional episode, Joseph shares the inspiring story of a six-year-old girl battling leukemia and the unconventional path her family took when all traditional treatments had failed. After enduring intense medical procedures—including bone marrow transplants—the young girl entered hospice care. Refusing to give up hope, her mother discovered Joseph and the healing modality of Tong Ren Therapy.

Joseph explains how he trained the girl's mother to administer Tong Ren therapy, a technique focused on removing energetic blockages in the body’s communication pathways to restore balance and promote healing. He provides insight into how leukemia disrupts the bone marrow's ability to produce healthy blood cells, ultimately compromising the immune system.

Listeners will learn about the specific techniques used in this case, including the targeting of spinal points like T1 and classical Chinese acupuncture points such as stomach 39. The mother committed to performing Tong Ren therapy for up to three hours daily, while Joseph supported from afar with distance healing sessions from Massachusetts.

This episode is a testament to the power of dedication, belief, and the potential of energy-based healing practices when conventional medicine reaches its limits.

Joseph Lucier (00:05):
Welcome back to our podcast. This is episode
two, tap into Tong Ren storiesof healing and change podcast.
This is where we discuss theamazing and renowned distance
healing technique of Tong Rentherapy. He's gaining
significant popularitythroughout the world, especially
because it's very effective. Ithelps us to reduce suffering and

(00:29):
it allows us to be empowered andtake our own healing into our
own hands and to also to helpothers.
In our last episode we talkedabout the history of Tong Rand
and we gave information aboutthe founder Tom Tam. For myself,
my name is Joseph Lussier, atwenty five year practitioner

(00:49):
and author of several books onthe topic of Tongren and the Tam
Healing System. My goal is toshare this information with
other people so that they canalso use this technique or
experience this technique fortheir own healing and recovery.
This week in our episode numbertwo, I want to cover with you

(01:10):
one of the most amazing storiesof my entire career. This is a
story of leukemia recovery.
There was a six year old younggirl who had already tried many
techniques such as bone marrowtransplants and other
methodologies and she was stillstruggling and in fact she was

(01:33):
in hospice. At that time her momwas determined to help her. Her
mom did not give up and wasdetermined to find new solutions
so that her child would besaved. So she looked everywhere
and eventually found myself onthe internet and she found

(01:54):
Tongren Distance Healing. So,what this means is, I could work
with her at a distance and trainher mother.
The main way that I usually dothis is, we work with people, I
either work with them directlymyself through the telephone or
through Zoom directly with theperson, but the better thing to

(02:16):
do is also to have a sibling ora parent or a spouse to work
alongside. So this is what I didin this specific case. So I sent
the materials, a simple set ofTung Wen training materials, the
acupuncture model, theacupuncture tapping hammer, and

(02:37):
we began to work and I trainedher to work on her daughter. At
that moment in time, she wasactually in hospice. The doctor
said there was no more hope forher.
So when a mom hears that, shethinks, I'm not giving up. I'm
gonna take care of this. I'mgonna figure out something, and
she did. So, we began. We workedon the child, but before we go

(03:04):
into that I'm going to explainwhat leukemia actually is.
Leukemia is where the bonemarrow, which produces red and
white blood cells, malfunctions. This is our home, our factory
for producing our main immunecells of the body. So, what we
want to do is make sure thatthat process is working. If in

(03:27):
the case of leukemia, they callit a blood cancer because the
actual blood cells are broken, they're not producing.
Eventually, if this continueson, there will be no immune
system of the patient anylonger.
In technical terms, the cellsthat are usually produced in the

(03:49):
bone marrow do not grow to theirnormal maturation. They actually
don't make it all the way tofull grown cells. Therefore,
they take up space, but they'rebroken, they don't do any work,
and they eliminate theopportunity for space for normal
cells. Eventually, there are nonormal cells and they're only

(04:09):
broken cells and there is noimmune system, no tolerance for
any type of infection at all inthe body. All the normal
functions of the body breakdown.
So the goal is mainly to focuson recovering the bone marrow
functionality. In the Tonglensystem, we have a very specific

(04:30):
target like we have for so manydifferent things. In a nutshell,
we would focus on the immunesystem to boost that back up to
get that strong. We focus onblood flow and nerve flow of the
body to supply nutrients to helpthat area to recover, and
specifically there are some veryspecial points. The benefit and

(04:52):
the beauty of the TAM healingsystem and the Tong Ren itself
has very targeted points.
So in the spine we have cervical(C1 to C7), thoracic (T1 to
T12), we have lumbar (L1 to L5),and sacrum (S1 to S5). So all of
those are also target points, because as we said in the

(05:12):
previous episode, our goal is toopen a blockage that is
interfering with the brain woundconnection of the body to
communicate and to fix thingsand to help the body to recover.
In the case of tongue ofleukemia, we have very specific
points, in particular it'scalled T1, which is thoracic

(05:35):
right around the level of theshoulders. So our goal is to
open T1 of the thoracic spine. In everything that we do with in
general, an overall approach forTongren is to do kind of a whole
body tune up, which makes theentire body strong.
Since the body is a holisticentity, everything is

(05:57):
interconnected, we want to makethe entire body strong and
remove resistance of veryspecific blockages. In the case
of leukemia T1 which is a backshoe point for all of you out
there that know Chinese medicinethat is for the bones. So we
work on those areas c six, cseven and t one right near the

(06:20):
spine to open a blockage toallow that bioelectrical
communication of the nerves aswe mentioned before, the nerves
have communication from thebrain to a target area. In
addition to that we have someclassical Chinese points. So
that would be right near theankles, on the outside of the

(06:40):
ankles stomach 39.
So the reason we do those isbecause from a Chinese medicine
energetic perspective, we alsowant to enhance the energy
systems of the body. In manyways we call that the field. So
in our understanding, if we openthis blockage we can actually

(07:01):
recover and the magic of thebody, the body wisdom comes back
on track. It has all themachinery, all the structure,
all the mechanisms to reproduceactually an entire human body
from the DNA up. So we want toreproduce normal cell
functioning to the body.

(07:22):
So at the time that I met themother and the child, the child
as I said was in hospice, andshe was struggling. She was in
bed full time not reallyspeaking and not really
communicating and certainly notwalking at all. So we wanted to
start to help this child torecover. Just a quick side note

(07:43):
is Tong Ren opens a blockage. The communication link as we're
going to learn throughout theseepisodes in many ways is the
heart of compassion.
This is a communication link. Aswe said before Tong Ren works at
a close distance or anywhere onthe planet. For myself, I work
on people in Asia, Americas,North, in Europe, everywhere,

(08:08):
because the distance isimmaterial. So our strategy was
the mother with the daughter inperson would do the tone gram
therapy, the tapping and openinga blockage from my place further
away in Massachusetts. The childwas in hospice in New Jersey.
In Massachusetts, I did mytapping and we would work

(08:31):
together on a regular basis as Iwould teach the mom to work on
her daughter. And guess what? Nosurprise, the mother would every
single day work up to threehours on her on her daughter.
She would not give up on herdaughter as expected from a
loving mother. We were hoping tosee change and we did.

(08:54):
Within a shoot a short amount oftime, we saw some changes. The
daughter became more responsive. We continued on this process. I
work with them as many as threetimes a week. The mother worked
every single day as many asthree hours.
So we did everything possible. At different times I would also

(09:17):
add in extra sessions, but wewanted to have what is really
important to understand with theTong Ran therapy is to build
traction and momentum. If we didone large session once a month,
that would have some benefit, but it would lose that traction.
The child, the disease wouldgain the traction and we would

(09:39):
be running away. We would berunning after something that is
moving faster than us.
Every single day Tom Rentherapy, that is one of the main
techniques, is to actually workto pump the healing technique,
pump the body full of healingenergy on a regular basis. And
as I say, the healing power ofcompassion is one of the

(10:01):
superpowers. And guess what? Amom to her daughter is more than
even I could even think of orperform. So that is the
superpower of the heart ofcompassion and love for a child.
And then on the layer of homeand distance healing, a very
targeted blockage to open and wedid that. So the combination of

(10:23):
all those amazing things comingtogether, we worked. So the good
news is, as we said, the childwas not speaking, not eating,
and on IV at that moment in timewhen we began. Eventually, the
child started to speak. Thechild even began to eat.
After a few weeks, the child wasbeing a child, out of bed,

(10:48):
walking around, and terrorizingthe nurses. This was perfect.
The child was becoming a childagain. The child felt great. The
mother was excited, and thechild's progress was continuing.
So we continued on this veryaggressive modality every day
pumping because we want thischild to win, and she did. The

(11:12):
child sent me pictures. She's anartist. She's an amazing child.
She actually focused on healingfoods, herself, her own
intuition, as well as herartistry and different things.
At one point in time as she wasrecovering, the mother asked me,
should she have this food orthat food or different things?

(11:32):
And I said at that time, whatever she wants is perfect.
She knows best. At this point intime, she's recovering, coming
back to life. It was an amazingstory of transformation.
So the child would send mepictures. She seemed to like
pictures of starfish, interesting animals. She was an

(11:55):
an amazing artist, so she wouldsend me pictures. The mom would
send me stories saying she wasplaying with the nurses and
running around and doingdifferent things. This took
several weeks, but we did it.
And eventually, the child lefthospice because she no longer
had leukemia. Yes, she wasdeclared leukemia free.

(12:18):
Technically, from theperspective of the actual
doctors, they said it must havebeen a misdiagnosed
misdiagnosis. In their frame ofreference, we must honor the
doctors and nurses for what theyunderstand, but we must also
understand that their frame ofunderstanding is very narrow. A

(12:39):
child who comes in with leukemiaand leaves leukemia free, in
their perspective is impossible.
It's out of their framework. They are unable to understand
that. Therefore, their originalassessment must be incorrect and
illogical. That's the only waythat they can explain this. They
don't understand that we canactually have an incredible

(13:01):
effect on someone, even from adistance, but focusing on the
natural physiology of the body, opening up blockades to allow
the biggest resource to beunleashed, the resources of the
body itself.
As I say, it's not thepractitioner doing the work. I
am not a healer. I am afacilitator allowing the body

(13:23):
wisdom to come alive to do theamazing work it can do.
Remember, we are an integratedholistic body, in an integrated
body, mind, and spiritenvironment, even connected to
the earth and the world aroundus. So the child left hospice.

(13:45):
The child went home. The mothercontinued with the therapy as a
maintenance going forward, andshe had the tools, her own self
to take care of this child goingforward. For everyone listening
to this podcast at this verymoment, understand that you must
ask questions. You must look foralternatives when the allopathic

(14:08):
medical industry has run out ofanswers. If they say to someone
they will be dead within acouple of months, that is a %
their belief.
But that doesn't have to be yourbelief. There are other choices.
As we said in the introductorypodcast, twenty thousand years
of combined history of medicine,of Ayurvedic medicine,

(14:32):
indigenous medicine, Indiancontinent medicine, all of these
things have been aroundthousands of years working in a
holistic perspective to havegreat success. You can do the
same. This is very important.
So thank you for listening. Thisis Tap Into Tong Ren, stories of

(14:52):
healing and change episodenumber two, our story about a
young child with leukemia inhospice told that she was going
to die who actually survived, became successful through the
heart of compassion of hermother and anyone else that
