Joseph Lucier (00:06):
Hello, everyone,
and welcome back to our podcast
series called Tap into Tong Ren,stories of healing and Change.
My name is Joseph Lussier, atwenty five year practitioner of
this healing art called TongrenDistance Healing as well as a
nine time author and many bookson this specific subject to help
(00:28):
others to learn about Tong Renand how it works and how they
can even do it themselves. Ourgoal is to empower people to
take charge of their lives to beable to work on themselves, work
on their friends, family or evenpatients all over the world to
take charge of their own healingjourney. So one of the
(00:49):
techniques that is reallybeneficial for getting a higher
success rate for the Tong Rentherapy is what we call traction
and momentum. Today's episode isTongren Success Through Traction
and Momentum.
And what does that mean? Itmeans repetition, conditioning,
and then basically training thebody to be well, training the
(01:12):
body to overcome disease. That'sthe goal. So, have you ever
wondered why you do all theright things but still have no
good results? How about do youfeel like it's hard to stick to
a consistent routine?
Well, body is waiting for aconsistent routine. That's how
our body works. It needsconstant reminders, constant
(01:36):
work, constant pushes tocontinue to change, to continue
to fight disease, to continue togrow or even gain muscle. All of
these different things is that'show the body actually works. So
through repetition andconditioning and different
things, we must remember thatit's never a one time fix.
(01:58):
A lot of people think, oh, giveme a pill. That'll take care of
it. Well, that isn't reallytrue. The pill may work on a
symptom that may go away rightaway, but the underlying cause
is still there, and the bodyneeds to be conditioned to
overcome that underlying cause. So some good examples in our
(02:18):
daily life.
Think about running. So the moreyou run, the body is used to it,
the body adapts to that change, and it will be able to become
more efficient. So imagineeating good foods on a regular
basis. Our body will improve itsdigestion, absorption, and
elimination. So therefore, weare more efficient.
(02:40):
The body is trained to be moreefficient. If we do less work,
if we don't do exercise, as theysay, sitting is a new smoking.
So what you want to do is tellthe body, get ready, we want you
to be familiar with exercise. Wewant you to be familiar and to
process healthy foods. Herbalmedicines is very important for
(03:04):
this as well.
It's called pumping in atechnical perspective. For
myself, I'm an herbal medicinepractitioner and I know that
sometimes you must have anherbal tea, for example, every
single day for one to two weeks. Therefore, the body will
continue to gain what we calltraction and momentum. Now this
(03:25):
is a critical theory and acritical I mean, a critical
application of how we useTongren. And one of the reasons
we can know this and toimplement this is that on
throughout the entire worldthrough tongrenstation.com, you
can find a daily mini session.
(03:45):
For myself, as a practitioner, Iwork on people up to one hour a
day to give an intense, completebody tune up and a complete
targeting of our blockages, ourbioelectrical blockages,
primarily focused on the spinefor specific reasons. When we do
that, as we mentioned before, with the case for leukemia,
(04:08):
where the young girl got out ofhospice, was declared cancer
free, we were very intense, myself and the mother, every
single day for probably two tothree months to really reverse
and gain that healing momentumfor that six year old child to
get out of hospice and bedeclared cancer free. So what we
(04:30):
want to do is repetition is whatthe body wants, and these
illnesses are also very strong. So they need a good push, a good
punch to get back, to recede orto reverse their control over
our own health. People say, Howlong does it take to recover?
(04:52):
Well, how long did it take toget ill? Imagine if somebody was
a smoker for thirty years. Well,it's gonna take quite a while.
Sometimes they say one to fiveor one to seven years, a one to
five or one to seven equivalencyto actually reverse a condition.
So that's actually a pretty goodratio.
We don't have to wait that long, but it takes consistency. If
(05:14):
somebody's been smoking forseven years, that is a
conditioning of the body toadapt to a bad condition. So we
want to reverse that. We want todo better than that. So another
case that we have from a TongWen perspective is a cancer
patient had breast cancer.
She was doing one session amonth. So that would be good
(05:39):
possibly to maintain a constantstate of health, but never
gaining any progress to reversea condition. And I worked with
this person and I suggested, Whydon't we increase the frequency?
That's the deal. We need toincrease the frequency of our
sessions, do more, so the bodywill start to get momentum.
(06:03):
This person did that. After along time of basically
maintaining, never making anyprogress, and still having that
condition occurring in her body. She increased the frequency, and
then she was getting somethingalmost every day. As I said,
through our service, our globalservice at Tongren Station, just
(06:24):
as I offer on Thursday nights atsix p. M.
A free streaming service wherepeople can come at 6PM eastern
time, put in their request, andget a mini session. This is
contributing to our traction andmomentum because the gap between
this healing push is shorter. That's how it works. And it
(06:46):
works really well when wecontinue that. So when I treat
people all over the world, Isay, in addition to what we do
on a daily basis, get these minisessions at different times of
the day.
They're offered throughout theworld, primarily from The United
States, but you can even watchthe recording. It sounds very
unusual, but it is actuallysomething that you can do. You
(07:09):
can actually watch the recordingbecause your consciousness will
connect to the collectiveunconscious, and then your body
will still respond in a verypositive way. That is actually a
thing, and it actually works. So, in general, what I recommend
are three modes of the frequencyof treating people.
(07:31):
Number one, regular maintenance.Maintenance for once a week,
that's very beneficial to keepgiving momentum if people have
recovered and the people arejust trying to maintain a
constant state of health and toprevent further conditions. But
that's good if you're in a goodstate, if you're maintaining
good healthy nutrition andexercise as well to combat
(07:55):
disease that you've had in thepast or combat new disease that
may come up. For mediumseriousness, I suggest three
times a week. What that means isyou're pumping every other day.
In between, I always suggest, asI said before, the group healing
sessions, the internationalgroup healing sessions. This is
(08:19):
three times a week. This is abit more aggressive, but it's
good if people are in the middleof a serious condition or
healing crisis. In a moreserious condition, say stage
four metastasized cancer, everysingle day is critically
important. So I have some peopleI work with on a daily basis.
(08:39):
They're in Europe at this verymoment. So what we want to do is
really have no chance, no chanceat all for the challenge or the
healing the healing challengesuch as a virus or a bacteria or
an infection or some other thinghappening, we wanna give no
(09:01):
chance for them to gainmomentum. A really good example
is when I personally had COVID.I've had it several times and
I've always treated it the samewith herbs, rest, heat and light
therapies, of course, Tongren. These types of things make the
body very strong so that theillness becomes very weak and
(09:25):
gets overwhelmed.
One instance when I had COVID, Ihad done all the same things. I
had it a few times, and a coupleof times it was my fault. I left
the country during the COVIDtime because I had an important
meeting to attend to. I cameback through an international
airport, and me and probably athousand other people were
(09:48):
exposing each other to variousconditions. And you'll have
that.
So that was important. But Irecovered from that. Another
time, after being housebound forquite some time, I said, I need
to get out. I need to go backinto the world for a little
while because I worked inclinics and those were shut down
by COVID. So I said, can dosomething because it was towards
(10:10):
the end of the COVID process.
So what I did is I decided therewas amazing concert coming up
from one of my favoritemusicians, not that it matters
here, but that's Tory Amos. AndI says, I need to go to this
concert. I need to get out. Ineed to start to be reintegrated
into the outside world because Ihad become quite isolated. And
(10:32):
my clinic work in New York andin Massachusetts, it got shut
down.
So I did go to that concert. Andyes, there were hundreds of
people there. And, yes, I cameback with another session of
COVID, another round of COVID.So what happened this time is I
(10:53):
was doing all the regularthings, but I wasn't gaining
enough traction and momentum. SoI was doing Tong Ren, I was
doing red light therapy, doingherbal herbals, herbal teas and,
you know, hot herbal teas andother foods as well to try to
reverse this condition.
(11:13):
So, from my experience withherbs and from the experience
I'm trying to convey to you withTongren therapy, sometimes we
need aggressive pumping. So whatI decided to do, because I was
basically in a serious crisismode, At times during COVID, I
had a fever as high as 104. Igot through all of them
(11:36):
perfectly fine, but at thisparticular time I decided every
two hours I will take a largerdose of herbal antibiotics,
totally safe. There are herbalversions of antibiotics
available. So for twenty fourhours, every two hours, I took a
(11:57):
stronger remedy of herbalantibiotics.
I woke myself up to make surethat I pump this herbal remedy
every two hours for twenty fourhours. And guess what? I caught
that traction. I caught thatmomentum, and I became stronger
than the illness. That's thegoal.
You want to be stronger than theillness. You want to build the
(12:18):
body so strong that illness anddisease is now weakened and will
eventually pass and go away. Soin our Tongren therapy, this is
a good example. Differentpeople, once they have a serious
condition, and we make it soeasy anywhere on the planet, you
can dial into a Tongren healingsession for a booster to
(12:42):
maintain that integrity of thatmomentum. That's
tongrenstation.com or for myselfon Thursday nights at 6PM
Eastern Time on the EasternCoast Of The United States from
six to seven p.
M. Therefore, people will gainthat traction, gain healing
momentum. But of course, youmust empower yourself to take
(13:04):
charge of your life. Focus onother lifestyle medicines, such
as healing herbs, such as dietand nutrition, which is
critically important because wedo that three times a day. We
are basically pumping, conditioning the body three
times a day.
So you better get it right. That's what I recommend. So
(13:25):
remember, you don't want touncondition your body with bad
foods three times a day athousand times a year,
especially if you have a healingcrisis. So these are the types
of things. And exercise, ourbody is built to move.
If you don't move, it is aconditioning to tell the body to
move less. It will continue tomove less and have less and less
(13:49):
capacity to move. So that's whatwe need to do. Tongan therapy is
amazingly powerful and if youfollow these simple guidelines,
especially of healing andtraction and being consistent.
Consistency is the key witheverything we do in life, and
especially for the body.
It has all these systems, animmune system, a digestive
(14:12):
system, a lymph system, adetoxification system. All of
these systems only do whatthey're told. If we tell it to
heal, it will heal. If we donothing, it will get no message.
The brainwound connection, whichis critically important, will no
longer be activated to heal.
So with Tongren, we have thesuperpower of being able to open
(14:36):
up a blockage, to allowing thoseamazing resources to start to
gain that healing momentum. Soone thing I need to tell
everyone, don't ever give uphope. Once you do this
consistently, you can gain thathealing momentum. You can
overcome disease. You can shockdoctors that tell people you
(14:57):
have two months to live, but youcan change that.
I know people, for example, inour group healing session in
person because we can do itonline or in person, there was
one specific case where a personcame in, they were diagnosed
with pancreatic cancer and toldthat they had two months to
live. I met that person and Isaid, Don't give up. Don't lose
(15:23):
hope. There are other options. That's one of the takeaways from
this series.
Think differently. Do yourhomework. There are other
options, Tongren and otherthings, whatever works. But as I
said in the very first podcast,as we spoke about the history,
medicine from Asia, from NorthAmerica, from Europe, from
(15:46):
indigenous nature nations havegiven us over twenty thousand
years of experience. Think aboutit.
Focus on it and utilize it foryour own self. So what we want
to do is gain this healingmomentum for others. And in that
class, that in person class ofTongren Healing Therapy with the
(16:06):
creator of our healing modality,Tom Tam himself, when that
person came in, I could see thefear in their eyes. They were
terrified because a doctor hadjust told them, you have
pancreatic cancer and you willdie within two months. I told
that person, Come with me.
Talk to this person over here. They were told the same thing
(16:31):
five years ago. And they'restill here and they're doing
great. And look how happy theyare. They've overcome.
They've gained that healingmomentum because hope is also
one of the most importantfactors that you need. Don't
ever give up. That is thehomework that I give to all of
my patients. Your homework isnot to give up. Then you will
(16:52):
gain that healing momentum.
You won't have resistance fromyour own conscious mind. You
will enable the body to receivepositive healing energy going
forward. So in a final quote,I'd like to say, the most
important thing you can do toachieve your goals, which also
include healing, is to make surethat as soon as you set them,
(17:13):
you immediately begin to createmomentum. And that is from Tony
Robbins, a famous healer, nutrition expert, and wellness
coach in our world. Thank youvery much for joining us, and I
