Raphael is a career Army officer who enlisted in the Army and served as an NCO in 2nd Ranger Battalion before becoming an officer. He is now teaching at the Army’s Command & General Staff College.Â
I’m so happy to share Raphael’s story, his advice for leaders, and his friendship.Â
