Shaun centers his life around helping over 100+ thousand Soldiers, Families, and civilians across the islands of Oahu and Hawaii as only their command sergeant major can. Â
Shaun leads the way he knows best, with his heart, compassion, foundation of discipline, and daily routines.Â
