This Episode of Teach Me to Fish is a template of sorts for future conversations.Â
This is my story.Â
- Why I joined – Why I stayed – Why I’m here now.
This conversation is with LTC Trivius Caldwell. Trivius is a fellow infantry officer, who is currently pursuing his PHD at Duke University. You’ll learn a lot more about Trivius in our future episode where he tells his story.Â
We’ll talk about People and experiences we’ve had, and how understating these can help leaders with tackling the recruiting and retention challenges.Â
I hope you enjoy the conversation. Â
