Kathleen Quinton became a mom while still being a teenager, which led her to develop a lot of emotional strength and ambition to provide for her family. She spent 25 years in the hospitality industry and worked her way up to Director of Sales and Development. In 2015 she decided to leave the corporate world, follow her passion for personal development and become an empowerment coach. As a coach, author and speaker she helps leaders to find clarity, boost their self-confidence and reach their full potential. Kathleen Quinton's unique approach comes from her personally developed framework, called “the 3 pillars of empowerment” which provides clarity and vision to achieve the desired goals.
