Alli and I talk about a recent research project where data uncovered some very interesting insights into teacher wellbeing in regard to feeling safe to share work stress. In this episode we unpack this data and talk about it in relation to finding space and the right people to be open with while expressing a level of vulnerability that can support the individual but all of us.
