Domaining just got a major upgrade with artificial intelligence. In this illuminating Tech Talk episode, we dive deep into the revolutionary ways AI is transforming domain investment strategies, valuation methods, and portfolio management.

The domain world has always been equal parts opportunity and overwhelm—thousands of potential names across hundreds of extensions with wildly varying valuations. Add Web3 domains, decentralized identity, and chain-specific utility into the mix, and the complexity multiplies exponentially. This is precisely where AI shines, cutting through noise to help identify genuine opportunities.

We introduce DomainXBT, our custom AI specifically designed for domain investors. Unlike other appraisal tools that rely solely on theoretical reasoning (and often deliver inflated valuations), DomainXBT analyzes domains based on keyword strength, extension relevance, and—crucially—actual recent sales data. This approach removes emotional bias from domain investing decisions, providing objective analysis for both traditional and Web3 domains.

Beyond appraisals, discover how AI can transform dormant domain portfolios into functional, revenue-generating assets. Learn how to create SEO-optimized landing pages with affiliate links, all without writing a single line of code. We showcase real examples including EventsNearMeAI, which was transformed from a simple domain into a functional service with monetization capabilities.

For content creators, AI now enables the production of professional-quality videos and marketing materials without the traditional headaches of scripting, filming, and editing. This allows domain investors to reach new audiences on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, expanding potential buyer pools dramatically.

Whether you're a seasoned domainer or just getting started, this episode reveals practical, actionable ways to leverage AI in your domain business today. Experience firsthand how these tools can hel

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Thank you.
Thank you, hello.
Hello, mic Check 1212.
Yeah, thank you for joining methis Friday afternoon for
another one of our tech talks.
I'm going to get into it injust a second, Just pinning a
couple things to the top of thespace, as always, if you do want
to join the conversation.
Yeah, we're kind of gettingback to the way it used to be,

(02:21):
so love to have anybody up thatwants to add anything that
you're building or anyperspective into the
conversation.
But, yeah, today we're going tobe talking about domaining with
AI and, again, I'm going to getstarted here in just a second.
So, yeah, thank you again forbeing here with me on this
Friday.
All right, all right.

(02:51):
The awkward silence alwayskills me.
Let's go ahead and get started.
Yeah, welcome once again to myTech Talk podcast.
This is a live discussion thatI record weekly here on X, where
I highlight news, innovation, education, alpha and business
development in the Web3 domain, technology and digital identity
space.

(03:16):
My name is Marcus aka WynnAirdrop.
I'm the founder of iHeartDomains.
I'm also the community managerat Freemane.
We are your number one resourcefor unbiased Web3 and domain

past two and a half years.
You can search our entirepodcast archive to see any of
our previous subjects andeasy-to-read blog overview of

(03:38):
each episode.
At iHeartDomainscom you canalso listen to any prior

a podcast shortly, but you canalso listen to any prior
recordings that we've recordedvia any major podcast player,
including Apple Podcasts, spotify and iHeartRadio, amongst

(03:59):
many others, and you can easilyreach that menu at techtalkhost
.
That's techtalkhost.
Typically, I open up with someopening news, but some of the
opening news is actually relatedto the subject matter at hand,
so I'm going to cut it supershort and then we're going to go
ahead and get into it.
So, as usual, I do want toremind everybody that

(04:24):
registrations are available onour very own TLDs that we own on
Freename.
For those of you who arebullish on Web3 Digital Identity
and looking for a great placeto start, we own the dgen, the
exchain and defi wallet TLDs.
Those are all open forregistration.
You can easily reach any ofthose by going to
iHeartDomainscom and right onthe front you'll see the option

(04:46):
to choose to meet any one ofthose.
You can find a domain of yourchoice for as low as $5.
And, of course, any of the freename promotions you can apply
to the cart.
Yeah, and with that being said,I'm going to go ahead and jump
into the main discussion.
Today's episode is one I've beenexcited to get into for a while
, because we're something aboutsomething that's completely

(05:10):
transformed in the domain world, and that's AI, and it's
actually been the topic as oflate in some traditional domain
circles.
One of the spaces that I was onlast weekend with Ishvili, we
talked a lot about AI and a lotof traditional domainers are
starting to discover it and feellike it made perfect sense and
it was the perfect timing to goahead and spill the beans on.

(05:32):
You know all the things thatwe've built and kind of
introduce it to the world andhow you can use it in your own.
You know demanding endeavor.
So, again, if you've been inthis space for even a little
while, you've probably realizedthat domain domaining in itself

(05:53):
can be equal parts ofopportunity and a little bit of
overwhelm.
Right, there are thousands ofpotential names, dozens of
extensions, pricing swings, market trends and buyers that
range from everyday users topeople who are willing to drop a
big bag that range fromeveryday users to people who are
willing to drop a big bag.
It's all over the place rightNow.
Layer that with Web3,decentralized identity,

(06:13):
tokenized assets, chain-specificutility and it starts to get
even more complex.
And if I'm not painting thetotal picture as of yet, the
maining in this space can beextremely difficult and if
you're new and you're trying tofind the opportunity, it is very
hard to know who to trust, where to trust or who to listen
to, to figure out which way isleft and not end up burning a
bunch of money.
And this is exactly where AI isthe perfect fit for this space.

(06:37):
It helps cut through that noise, it helps identify real
opportunities and it automatesall the heavy lifting.
And that's why I'm using it andhave been using it to build an
iHeart domains, really sinceI've discovered what it is, and
my personal journey in AI orbuilding with AI is actually
started from the original launchof the custom GPT program, when

(07:00):
OpenAI first announced that youknow people on the premium or
premium plus subscription, whatever it was would be able to
create custom GPTs.
I was there on day one and Iended up creating something that
I called iHeartDomainsbot.
The custom GPT launch wasactually right around the exact

(07:20):
same time.
It may have been even the samecouple of weeks as the bot
launch or the TLD extension byAmazon.
So I registered four bot names.
I registered AI, art bot, aihelp bot, unstoppable bot and
also I heart domains bot, and togive them value, I built custom

(07:41):
GPTs around them.
So obviously the I heart domainbot was a Web3 and still is,
and I'll kind of get to my pointhere.
I built it to be a Web3 domainknowledge base that anyone could
use, including myself, toreally use it to build anything
with Web3 domains.
I filled it with code.

(08:01):
I had scanned everything fromHandshake, from ENS.
At that time I probably hadmaybe 50, 60 episodes in.
I put my entire knowledge basein it, gave it a really good set
of instructions and I've beenusing it.
I've been banging it out andthat's been iHeartDomainsbot,
but unfortunately you know thebot extension it's expensive,

(08:25):
right, and so I wanted to holdon to the ones that I thought
would be more premium and I feltlike having the
iHeartDomainsbot oriHeartDomainsanything was kind
of a waste, considering that Iown the com and so many other
great names and then consideringthat I wanted other people to

(08:45):
use it.
I thought it was just overkillwith the branding, which is why
and this is where I'm going Ihave invented an iHeartDomainbot
is now DomainXBTcom.
So for anyone in our free namecommunity, especially our VIP
community, you have beenrecently introduced to DomainXBT
.
To get into the name domain isobviously what that means, right

(09:06):
?
And then XBT is?
It means a couple of things, right.
It's a symbol for Bitcoin.
It's also a symbol that a lotof automated agents and
terminals are using to kind ofidentify.
It's like an extension, likewe've all heard of AIXBT and
ZachXBT and all these differentAI agents now that are kind of
have their own Twitterpersonality.
So domain XBT, I felt, was anappropriate name for what is

(09:32):
essentially originally the brainof iHeartDomainsbot, but is now
much more powerful because themodels that exist now for open
AI are completely different andare much more capable than they
used to be.
But yeah, that's the first thingthat I want to introduce you to
as far as demanding with AI isDomainXBT itself.

(09:52):
So I'm going to explain exactlywhat it is so easy to get to it
domainxbtcom, as I justmentioned, or you can open it up
in your OpenAI app.
If you have a chat, you can seeand you're on the premium
subscription, you can open it upin your OpenAI app.
If you have a chat GPT andyou're on the premium
subscription, you can open it upand just type it in the search
bar and find it.
But it is our in-house customGPT, specifically built for both

(10:14):
Web 2 and Web 3 domains, andit's not just a keyword matcher
or a price estimator.
It's really trained on the datathat matters in this space to
provide appropriate appraisalsand that's how most of you guys
I intend to probably use it andit's super good at it.
Nfa DYOR don't take myappraisals to the bank, but yes,

(10:37):
the domain chat GPT, the domainXPT, will do full appraisals
and full analysis on any domainname that you enter into it,
whether it's a Web 2 or Web 3domain name.
It looks at keyword strength,it looks at the extension
relevant.
So obviously and here's thething about AI and the thing
about people Right, people areemotional, no matter how much

(11:01):
you want to admit that you'renot.
We all make emotional decisionsand we make decisions based on
our gut.
Right, and there's nothingwrong with it.
Our gut oftentimes has probablyprovided or yielded a good
result, so we say yeah, you know, I'll ignore the times that it
was wrong, because the timesthat it was right, right were
fruitful enough.
But sometimes the demeaning itcan lead to you making a lot of

(11:26):
bad decisions Because, again, like we said, there are multiple
extensions out there Talk about1,500 in the traditional DNS
space and then if you go intoweb 3, you can really get
trapped in a space that just maynot be lucrative, right and so.
So, listening to opinion, rightopinion is going to you know,
if you listen to the Web2domainers opinion, that's most
likely going to lead to the dotcom is king.

(11:48):
And the beautiful thing aboutAI is that if it says that dot
com is king, it's not doing sofrom a place of emotion or bias,
it's doing so from actualanalysis.
And so, great place again, great place again.
Or it's a great tool because itbrings or takes the emotion
that again can make us make baddecisions or build bags of names

(12:10):
that may not be as valuable aswe think they are, and it helps
us analyze it again from a verytechnical perspective.
So the things that thisparticular GPT looks at is
keyword strength, extension,relevance.
It's going to say a dot com iswhat it is.
It is going to say in Web threethat about ETH is what it is.
It's going to look at its usecase alignment.

(12:31):
And then another big thing, andthis is what's most important
it's hard to appraise somethingif you're just making it up
using reason, so so our bot usesactual recent comps and it
lists them.
I'm going to explain why thisis important.
As I stated earlier, one of theinspirations for doing this
space is there's been a recentuptick in interest for AI from

(12:54):
the traditional Web 2.0 domaincommunity, the reason for that
being is that one of theindustry vets in their space
invented an AI agent.
Well, it's not even an agent.
It's an AI chatbot calledOceanfront Domains.
It's a front-facing chatbot, soanyone can use it.
You don't have to have chat GPT.

(13:14):
I mean use it.
It's a tool.
They made it, and it has asimple interface that asks you
to type in your domain and itwill give you an appraisal, and
it will pop out something thatlooks very similar to what
domain XPT will.
The difference is, though, it'spulling information or it's
using ChatGPT's reasoncapability, and let me explain

(13:35):
what that means.
Chatgpt in and of itself isbuilt to do.
It's built for you to ask it aquestion of whether or not it's
niche to deal with that answeror not.
It can use reasonable reason.
It can use algorithms to giveyou an answer that theoretically
would make sense.
If you ask it, does boxcom, what is it worth?

(13:56):
Without giving it any contextof where to look for value, it
will just use reason to come upwith it.
It will say, well, box is avery expensive keyword.
Or then box this, and thatIt'll take other elements from
again wherever it getsinformation from and it'll spit
out a number.
And in the case of theoceanfront domains, anytime you

(14:18):
put in a domain name in there,it's telling you you can sell it
for a million dollars, right, because it can find a reason for
the value in anything.
And that goes into how it'sbuilt, right?
That goes into how it's beeninstructed, that goes into what
it's been fed.
Again, like I said, I've hadexperience building these GPTs

(14:38):
since the day you could buildthem.
In the case of my domain, xpt, what it is using, in addition to
keyword strength, relevance ofthe extension, use case
alignment and this same reasonthat every GPT has access to, is
also using actual comps.
And I told it where to get thecomps from, because I don't want

(14:58):
it to guess what a domain isworth.
I want it to use actual saleshistory to give you a number
that you can actually dosomething with.
Right, and you may not like thenumber on the other end, but if
you really look at how likedomains and what the average
price domains are going for, andeven what domainers themselves
are admitting is, the averageprice of domains, which is

(15:21):
between zero to $10,000, iswhere the majority of domains
are being sold on secondaryyou'll see that most of these
appraisals that I have arepretty much spot on.
And again, it's using prettygood data and information and
it's pulling from a lot of othersources as well.
So extremely proud of that bot.
So, yeah, again, whether you'relooking at superconfidentcom or

(15:44):
, in my case, bustdowneth, domainxbt will break down its
real value.
And again, it backs it up withcomps and context.
And, as I said, not only is thisa useful tool for Web 2, but
specifically I wanted this to bea useful tool for those who are
demanding in Web 3.
So you're able to use it toappraise GLDs and SLDs,

(16:06):
especially your eth and anythingelse that has been that has any
kind of sales history out there.
So, yeah, invite anyone to useit, but that's one of the first
tools that we've built in housethat not only do I use
internally for my own domainjourney, but that is an
extremely useful tool Again, theWeb2 domainers are really
starting to discover right now.

(16:27):
And again, kudos to I forgotwho built it.
There's somebody that'sstamping it.
There's some OG domainersbehind it, so of course they're
getting that support becausethey have influence in that
space.
Credit to them, though, althoughagain the numbers are kind of
skewed, it's still giving youall this other information, and

(16:50):
that information is valuablebecause it'll help you, again,
you know, figure out what'strending.
It'll give you the reason forwhy something has value or the
reason why something else maynot have.
You know the value that youthought it had, and you can use
even just that informationbeyond the numbers to make some
good decisions with, you know, picking some words and keyword
combinations that are out there, and it can also dig into niches

(17:12):
that you may not have thoughtabout as well.
I actually found a couple ofnames way back using my
iHeartDomainsbot domainsbot.
It picked some weird names thatI've registered.
They were handwriters and theygot accepted into Atom's premium
marketplace as brandable, socrazy you never know what the

(17:33):
thing might pick or what it'sthinking that you can't think
right.
All right.
So, continuing on from domainXBT and this is actually
literally like a what do youcall it?
A transition or an evolution ofdomain XBT.
As I said, you know I've spenta lot of time with
iHeartDomainsbot, building it asa brain that has become

(17:55):
extremely useful into makingdomain XBT very, very, you know,
functional and very accurate.
It made sense, since I've alsobeen dabbling in the autonomous
agent world, to now turn thatbrain into something that can
become more than what we couldask it to do, right.
So domain XBT is actually partof a bigger concept and a bigger

(18:18):
picture for how I intend to useAI in my domain business.
And again, this isn't superdifficult to do if you want to
do it on your own end.
But built the brain DomainXBT.
I've imported that brain nowinto an ecosystem or into a
platform that allows me to turnit into an autonomous agent.
So I've also recently announcedwithin our VIP community that

(18:42):
DomainXBT has a Twitter account.
You can become friends with it.
It tweets by itself and itreplies by itself.
Now I'm going to furtherdevelop it to start taking
actions outside of Twitter andtraditional social media.
There's capabilities of theseagents to do anything from

(19:03):
social media, which is what it'sdoing now, to fully trading,
engaging, making logicaldecisions based on what it is
and what its brain is telling it, its objective and its purposes
, which is basically to be theultimate domainer tool for both
Web2 and Web3 domainers.
So I'm looking forward to itcontinuing to get smarter and

(19:26):
grow, but right now, what it'scurrently doing is it's out
there scanning social media andTwitter and all these accounts
that are posting sales every day, and it's recording these sales
again so that they can use themfor its analysis when it's
doing domain appraisals, whenyou type them in.
It's looking for these trendingkeywords and these trends,

(19:47):
because it is scanning all ofthese websites and all of these
people that are posting yourdomain bios, your domain name
journal, your domain Sherpa, who's posting constantly.
Ai is able to scan these things,it's able to retain this
information, it's able toprocess it and then use it to
give valuable information back.

(20:07):
And, again, it continues tolearn from what works and it
continues to get better overtime.
So, instead of me as a solodomainer, as a solo business
owner having to spend hoursdoing manual research.
I've got AI behind the scenes, running analysis and servicing
the signals for me, and so,again, ai doesn't just assist.

(20:28):
In this case, my AI is going toact and continue to build a
presence even beyond our heartdomains, and again it'll get
into corners that maybe I don'tknow how to explore.
It'll be able to explain valuethat maybe I don't know how to
create or find right, becauseyou can only be as creative as
you can be.
And so, with that being said, now that transitions into

(20:51):
creativity and speaking aboutbeing only creative as you can
be, one of the things that I'vewanted to do forever and I was
completely prepared to do I mean, I was actually, like, oddly,
extremely prepared to do.
I just never got around toactually sitting around and
doing it was creating videocontent.
Right, it's creating solo videocontent so that I could upload

(21:14):
clips of whatever right, whetherit be three or four minute
clips of spitting out foreducating people on, you know
the boring thing of domains, orwhether it be like a
motivational talk, whatever itis right, the same stuff that
you see on TikTok or YouTube orwhatever on any given day.
So I've always had, like thesecameras and microphones and
things like that, and that's whyI was always super prepared

(21:35):
when going to conferences.
But again, like the time thatit takes to set up, the time
that it takes to continuously goover the script and get it
right you miss a word and got tosay it over again.
Then the editing part of it,maybe not getting that right,
like that takes time.
And again, if you're byyourself, if you're one person

(21:56):
or even a couple person team, that's bootstrapping.
You don't really have that timeto sit around and create this
content but you are missing outfrom all the exposure that that
content does bring.
So here comes AI right.
This tool has been around for awhile.
I've discovered it and now I'veintegrated it into my business.
If you look at one of thepinned tweets, if you see any of

(22:20):
these, you know any of theseprofessional looking backgrounds
with a solo wind airdrop infront of it, spitting a minute
or two or alpha.
These are AI generated.
This is another platform andprogram that I am using that is
able to take all of this content, any content that I've created.

(22:40):
It's able to create morecontent from it.
It's able to create differentperspectives and different
scripts from it and then itsends it over to these avatars,
to these agents that then createthis content for me and spit
out this video.
And now I get not only thisversion, but I get another
version that I've been postingon my TikTok.

(23:01):
I've been posting it on myInstagram.
I now have content that I'mable to post when I didn't have
anything to post.
And again, this is contentthat's creating its own script
and it's getting it done oneshot right.
It's taking three minutes tocreate a clip, rather than
something that might take two orthree days in order to get one

(23:23):
or two clips from having to dothis over and over again, or
maybe not even doing it at all,and procrastinating for a year
or so and just having theequipment sitting in your bag
like me, right, if something isdifficult to do, sometimes you
just don't have the time toinvest in getting to do it and
hopefully, by seeing what I'mdoing, will inspire you to look
at some of these tools, because,as a one person, it's really

(23:46):
not hard to add this into whatyou're doing and really automate
and create some processes sothat you can market and kind of
be on the same level as everyoneelse out there.
And that's what I mean.
Like now, I'm creating contentand I'm expanding and I'm
putting myself really in a spacewhere others that are in our
space aren't, and I'm puttingmyself really in a space where

(24:06):
others that are in our spacearen't.
Right, web through domainsisn't really something that you
see on TikTok, right, but you'reseeing it.
Now You're having to sitthrough a one and a half minute
TikTok daily clip because I'mable to put that content out
there.
Right now I'm eating up anaudience that isn't saturated
because you know a lot of peoplearen't there.
So, if you're looking to putyourself there, look to AI,
right.
Look to some of the tools thatare out there that can help you

(24:27):
create either animated videos,so you don't have to use your
face either.
Right, I chose to obviously usemy face because I've included
you know my doxed person in mybrand, right, people know me
just as much as they know thename of my company, and I'm fine
with that.
But for those of you who don'twant to be docs, you can create
AI animated avatars that can dothe exact same thing that these

(24:48):
do.
The art will probably actuallylook better because it won't
look like a glowing silhouettethat you behind a green screen.
It'll look like somethingthat's integrated into it.
But, yeah, a lot of theseprograms will just let you
create cartoon art as well.
They can again get your pointacross and create short form
content that you can then poston YouTube.
You can post on TikTok,instagram, facebook, et cetera,

(25:12):
and get the word out to anaudience that doesn't respond to
what we respond to in thetraditional Twitter space.
Right?
People outside of our bubblerespond to different things.
They respond to visual cartoonsand videos and influencers.
They respond to that, right?
So we have to make sure thatwe're available and I will
definitely put you there, all,right?

(25:35):
And then one of the last thingsthat I wanted to talk about,
and in the near future I'm alsogoing to reveal one other
humongous utility of AI, and inthe near future I'm also going
to reveal one other humongousutility of AI.
But one of the last things Iwanted to talk about and this is

(26:01):
another thing that you can useour domain XBT for is for
domains that you have sitting inyour portfolio.
So if you're sitting withhundreds of domains, thousands
of domains, whatever it is right, not sure you have them all
pointed.
I'm probably sure that you'vetried to list them all, but as
far as like parking, parkingisn't really like super
lucrative, as I'm hearing fromfor most of the OG domainers,
especially if you've got a bunchof hand reg, you're probably
never gonna get much traffic tothem, so they sit kind of dead

(26:23):
in your wallet while you justhope or shill and wait for
someone to buy, and Most of them, I mean.
I would anticipate that whenyou registered them, you thought
of a concept of what they couldbe or what the end user could
use them for.
Well, chatgpt, and especiallymy domain, xbt, because it's
instructed to do so can takethose ideas and can actually

(26:46):
whip up landing pages that notonly will promote your domain
for sale which ultimately I mean, if you're just going to point
it to Afrinick or whatever, that's the same thing it's doing
but it can also make it whereit is functional to an extent
for what the website is about tobegin with and I'll give you an
example so and so to TLDR.

(27:08):
Domainxbt is basically a nocode website builder.
If you ask it to build you afully functional website, it
will pop you out the HTML thatyou can copy, paste and go host.
Simple and plain.
You don't have to know how tocode, you don't even have to
know how to edit HTML.
All you have to know how to dois type and say I like this and
I don't like that and please putthis link.

(27:38):
But going into deeper again, like kind of the concept that
I'm explaining, I recentlyacquired or hand registered a
domain name calledeventsnearmeai and this is what
actually inspired me to reallyflip the script with domainXBT,
because I was using its formerversion to build this out.
But what I did witheventsnearmeai is I did
something similar to theOceanside Domains.
If you go to it, currently ithas a chatbot, a front-facing
chatbot that you're able to ask,you know, questions about where

(28:03):
, you know what events are nearme right now, what's going on
for the day, and it willactually give you extremely
accurate, like events that arenear you on that day.
It's actually a really prettygood tool and I wanted it to be
more than just another chat GPTbot, because up until this point
that's all I've been doing isbuilding the custom bots and

(28:23):
they had been there right, theyhadn't really had something I
can share with other people, except for go to chat GPT and
look up iHeartDomainsbot or inthis case I would say, look at
events near meai.
But what's the point of havingthe domain If you can't just
tell somebody to go to thatdomain and they can see what's
on it.
They could buy it from it orthey could play with the bot.

(28:45):
That makes it make sense.
So I asked my bot make me awebsite and make it do this and
make it do that.
Right, I'm not going to go intosuper detail, but what
inevitably popped me out is acompletely usable website that
actually has a working affiliatelink on it.
It even suggested to me who Ishould reach out to to monetize
the links that it made up.

(29:05):
I submitted my applications fortheir affiliate programs, got
accepted to them and usedChatGPT to replace those links
out.
So if you go to eventsnearmeaiand you go to tickets and that
link up at the top and go bookone of those, I'm going to get
paid for that.
If you use the bot and you booka thing through Eventbrite I've
got their API integrated inthere I'm going to get paid for

(29:25):
that and I have zero codingexperience whatsoever.
All I can do is type and asksomebody to do something and I
was able to build that out.
And then also, you'll see onthe page there's a link that
says I'm for sale and if youclick it it'll take you directly
to the after that link, wherethen you can now go through that
landing page and check outusing you know either, lto, or

(29:46):
using you know the, the bin orwhatever.
It is Right.
So accomplishes the same thing.
Oh, but here's the other thing.
So accomplishes the same thing.
Oh, but here's the other thing.
The other reason why I alwaysand so again, my limitation for
being able to do this at anypoint in the past is, like I
just said, I cannot code.
It's hard enough to usesomething like Squarespace

(30:06):
template and to focus longenough to build something that
looks good, but again, we don'thave that time to sit here and
build websites all day.
So having something that canchurn something out that's
usable is beneficial, but notonly that.
These landing pages that I'vecreated personally are extremely
SEO loaded.
They have all the meta tagswhere they need to be, they have

(30:27):
all the keywords where theyneed to be.
They are optimized to show upand landing in results on Google
naturally and organically, andhopefully, eventually they will
start to rank and start to showup.
And again, another thing thatthey are doing is they're all
creating backlinks back to myown iHeartDomainscom, because at
the bottom of each page as well, has a link that tells

(30:50):
everybody if you're looking to,you know if you're interested in
, went through domains it sayssomething cool and then go to
higher demandscom, and that'swhat I'm saying putting using
your dormant domains that aresitting inside of your uh, your
portfolio as real estate, andagain, it's things that can
create backlinks and contentthat forwards back to wherever
your main website is.

(31:11):
This is ways that you can armyour portfolio instead of it
just sitting there and youneeding to pay renewals, and
here's a tool that you can useto pop them out instantly with
no code.
It can do again anything fromSEO optimized landing pages to
you know.
You could put call to actionblocks.
You can put in your affiliateads call to action blocks.

(31:36):
You can put in your affiliateads job boards, anything.
Defibuild right now is anotherone that I built out using this
bot and it actually will.
You can use it to create nocode DeFi solutions and DeFi
protocols.
So that's another super cooltool.
Again, I've used my own bot todo and things that AI can do for
you instead of having again adormant portfolio.

(31:57):
So now, to wrap this all up,what does this all matter, or
why does this all matter for TLDowners and builders.
Well, again, even as a TLDowner and builder in the
freemium ecosystem, I'mconstantly trying to give ideas
to our community on how tomarket, how to create value and
how to build interesting ideasthat will then drive people to

(32:20):
want your TLD.
And again, for those of us whomay not be able to think in
those niches or in that pocket,or may not be able to think
outside the box because of ourown emotions for what we can do,
or may even be limited by ourown skill, ai is one of those
things that we can start usingnow to conceptualize and start

(32:42):
using it to create the valuefrom the real estate that you're
sitting on, because you aretruly sitting on real estate.
You're holding literal Web3infrastructure that you can use
to create a whole namingecosystem.
You're holding literal Web3infrastructure that you can use
to create a whole namingecosystem, and AI can help you
bring all the value possible outof it, including, if you need
help, building a website thatyou can upload to IFPS.
I know a lot of people aretrying to figure out how to do

(33:06):
that as well and, as I said, these agents, especially our
domain, xpt, can crank out HTMLand as long as you've got an
HTML file, you can upload thatanywhere.
And as long as you can uploadit to IFPS, you can connect your
web through domains to it.
You can do all kinds of thingsto it.
You can ask it to build you asocial club.
You can ask it even hey, comeup with an idea and just run
with it.

(33:26):
Ai is really a very powerfultool.
That's getting more powerful bythe day and so, again,
beautiful tool to use to scaleyour business.
I really encourage you to takea look at it Again.
Our own DomainXBT is a publictool that anyone can use.
You can easily get to it atdomainxbtcom On.

(33:49):
It is a front-facing chatbot,so you do not have to have an
account.
It works exactly the same wayas Oceanside domains us.
So if you go to Domain xbt comm, you will see that front-facing
interface.
It'll ask you simply to type inyour web to or web through
domain.
It's typing your domain andit'll give you that appraisal.

(34:09):
It also has below it a buttonthat will take you directly to
the domain, xpt, custom GPT,directly in the chat GPT.
And the reason why it takes youdirectly there is a chat bot
only has so much capability youcan't generate.
Really, I don't even think youcan generate the code.

(34:29):
You won't be able to create thewebsites.
I don't believe using the chatinterface it really will just
give you textual answers toquestions that you ask it, such
as the appraisal, et cetera.
But the full ChatGPT, customGPT, will do every single thing
that I explained.
It will also create logos.
It will create full customgraphics.

(34:50):
Photo quality graphics is usingthe latest uh image creation
engine.
It's not using dolly anymore, Ibelieve.
It's using 4o for engine forimage creation and eventually
it'll start doing video creationas well.
So you can use the full gpt forall those capabilities.
So you have both of thoseoptions.

(35:10):
So, uh, definitely encourageanybody who's looking for
another domain tool out there togive our domain XPT a try.
And, yeah, look forward to moretools and things that we're
going to be launching againusing domain or using AI.
Going to be a lot of doing, alot of teaching, you know, for
anybody who wants to learn howto build anything on their own.

(35:31):
And then again, extremelyexcited to see you know where
DomainXBT goes as an automatedagent and how it helps me
discover.
You know how to get you knowvaluable from the Web2 and Web3
portfolio in ways that not evenI am thinking of enjoyed this
tech talk.
Oh, one last thing aboutDomainXBT.

(35:52):
Iheartdomainscom is our mainwebsite.
Again, all of the real estatethat we're putting out there is
forwarding people back to there, but DomainXBT is also
integrated directly intoiHeartDomainscom.
So forever back when I hadiHeartDomainsbot, if you had
been on my website, you havenoticed the little red heart in

(36:13):
the corner that would pop up.
That was actually that AI agentthat was there to do customer
support, again there to help youin the world of Web3 domain.
Well, now you will instead seethe icon that represents domain
XBT.
And same thing.
You go to my website.
You go down to the bottom rightcorner.
You'll see it.
You open it up.

(36:33):
You'll see a friendly greetingthat simply asks you to type in
your Web2 or Web there to helpanswer any questions that you
have about your domain names.
And also it's a great place tosend newbies if you're trying to

(36:59):
explain to them why they need aWeb3 domain name.
So, yeah, thank you guys allfor attending our tech talk.
Again, this will be transcribedand put on our podcast in
probably the next few days.
Record these here live and thenthey always end up on the
podcast.
Always grateful to all of youwho do attend live.
This does get broadcast to abigger audience.

(37:20):
This is posted again both oniHeartRadio, apple Music, apple
Podcasts, et cetera.
It also goes on YouTube.
So definitely grateful foreveryone who shows up live and
looking forward to everyone whogets value out of this.
Until next time, keep building, focus on your mission and not

(37:40):
your condition and, yeah, let AIdo the heavy lifting in your
demanding journey.
See you guys next week.
