A group first started to help Lexi navigate her own tech career journey as a Black woman, which has taken her to companies including AirBnB, Facebook ( now Meta) and Twitter; Sista Circle Black Women in Tech has grown to become an international community of advice, guidance, and sisterhood not only helping women find careers in tech but how to secure the bag.
