Pastor Eboni Speight has been impacting lives through ministry for over 20 years. In 2015 she and her husband, Pastor Willie Speight, founded the Vision Impact Center which focuses on the holistic needs of individuals through impacting and strengthening communities. Their vision has expanded to Vision Impact Centers in Cape Town / South Africa, Pakistan, and Kenya.

Eboni also brings more than twenty years of experience in senior roles providing non-profit accounting, financial management, human resource management, and leadership for non-profit advocacy organizations. She received her certification in Executive Leadership from Cornell University and currently serves as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at a national non-profit. Ebonie is most known for helping organizations ensure a culture of care, fiscal stability, and operational efficiency.
