Technology can be very confusing. We have our own language and abbreviations. Deciphering can be tedious. Having over 50 years in the Telcom world allows me the unique position of understanding the language and relaying it in the way most of us can understand. I have experience with the Local Telco, Long Distance Carriers, billing, hardware manufacturers, software development and consulting. I have worked on both sides of the fence which allows me a unique perspective. A lot of small business QUESTIONS never get addressed by your carrier representative. If they do address it, the answers are not understandable. Let me help cut through the FUD and answer the questions honestly.
