Well friend, we need to circle back because last week was ROUGH.
Between the Sunday Scaries, an overall feeling of heaviness, and the desire to just stay home with my baby, I learned something BIG.
If your old habits just don’t fit anymore, that means you’ve grown AND it’s sticking. And friend, I’m proud that I’ve grown!
