It's a river joke, get your mind out of the gutter, or in this case the Cuyahoga River. For decades the Cuyahoga River in Ohio was infamous for it's horrible pollution and subsequent fires. Just Ohio doing Ohio things. We recently visited the now National Park and can report that it is much better off these days.
