Regardless if one agrees with former Governor Mario Cuomo's politics or not, it is worth mentioning that he had done much in his life to be worthy of a bridge or a street to be named after him. Just as anyone of note, who has worked to leave a positive imprint on our State is worthy of such naming. But is the renaming of the Tappan Zee Bridge to be the Mario Cuomo Bridge the right fit?
