Chris is a retired licensed psychologist from Portland, Oregon. For eighteen years Chris worked with victims and perpetrators of crime, including seven years with the Oregon Department of Corrections. He currently runs Being Trauma Informed where he leads global training seminars on a variety of issues including the neurobiology of trauma, vicarious trauma, and being trauma informed.
