Many people come to Alaska for a few seasons, returning home for the rest of the year before committing to full-time residency. Not many of them come to Alaska for the winter and retreat for the summer. But Ryan Skorecki loves winter. So much so that he has worked on snow in Alaska, Antarctica and Nepal.
