Una nueva disposición de las autoridades estatales pone al gremio de antros y bares contra las cuerdas al proponer un recorte en el horario de cierre, de 3 am a 2 am; esto ante los altos índices de inseguridad en distintos municipios como Irapuato y Celaya.
Ante esta cuestión, surgen varias preguntas ¿es recortando el horario a la vida nocturna una verdadera solución a esta problemática? ¿Es correcto limitar así los derechos de la población? ¿Es este sector el principal foco de inseguridad?
