Double digits!
Episode 10 is here, and this one took me by surprise. I’m talking about the “Let Them” theory. The idea sounds great in theory—just let people do what they want, and don’t take it personally. But is it really that simple?
I think there’s a whole layer missing in these conversations. “Letting them” isn’t just about walking away—it’s about doing the actual work to accept people for who they are, without resentment, nor expecting them to be different.
I also take a look back at my favourite past episodes and why those topics meant so much to me. Plus, a little chat about what’s next—mentoring, writing, and creating a space that moves beyond the noise of social media into something deeper, more intentional, and actually worth reading.
