After enduring a toxic relationship with a man her therapist later identified as a covert narcissist, Tywanah realized she had lost herself entirely. The emotional and psychological abuse she suffered left her questioning her worth, her choices, and her ability to trust her own instincts.
But through RTT hypnotherapy, energetic healing, and deep self-reflection, she slowly began to rebuild.
Tywanah discusses the loneliness that comes with healing,as many people from her past couldn't go with her on this new journey. But through it all, she learned that true happiness comes from within—not from external validation, relationships, or societal expectations.
