On May 25, 2024, 26-year-old Jared Ravizza of Chilmark, Martha’s Vineyard, MA, entered a screening of "IF" at the AMC Braintree 10, wearing an oversized trench coat, sunglasses, and a long blonde wig and stabbed four young females before fleeing. An hour later Ravizza would stab two 20-something year olds at a McDonald's in Plymouth, MA which led to a high-speed chase with State Troopers.
