I know you did <3 For my first episode of the season, I talk about my heartbreak experiences and the things that I learned. I look at heartbreak so DIFFERENTLY now.
I now think heartbreak is a gift and the gift is you. I got me back! NOT THE OLD ME but the me I can be proud of. The me I am sure of. The me that I can TRUST.
I am so grateful to me that I allowed myself to fall apart and become a new. If you are dealing with any kind of heartbreak, I am sending you all my love and hoping that you let this lesson be truly felt so that you can see the gift left behind.
