Transitioning from corporate America to starting a business of your own is a dream that many traditional 9-5ers share. Whether someone is moonlighting on the side or completely breaking free of corporate life alltogether to pursue an entrepreneurial passion, the lessons, skills and business acumen that is instilled can be extremely valuable. But do we also bring unhealthy toxic habits as well? 

In Episode 6, the T10 team discusses everything from the origins of their experiences in corporate America to code switching, “professionalism” and the importance of showing up as your authentic self. They also dive into how Gen-Z is re-imagining the entire construct of corporate culture as we know it and how everyone is reaping the benefits.
