Whether you are manager at Walmart, a high school teacher, a shift supervisor at Chik-Fil-A, a VP of operations at Exxon, a PTA president, or a volunteer coordinator at your church, building teams is a HUGE part of what we all do. With the winter holidays on top of us, I know that we are all feeling the pressure to finish 2022 strong, and plan for an amazing 2023.
