Becky Dowling never meant to be a vacation rental investor in her 70's, but she's sure happy she did! As the Founder of the incredible non-profit, "Just" People, Inc out of Atlanta, Georgia, Becky has spent her life helping developmentally disabled adults have a safe place to call home.
Becky started looking at beach properties and through creative strategies, was able to use retirement savings to put a down payment down on a beach house that has not only doubled in price, but is also generating massive income. She has not had to put another penny of her own money into the property since she purchased it! The property is also specially zoned, making it a wildly desirable property should she ever decide to sell it, and guaranteeing her continued income through her golden years.
Becky is also Krista Goodrich's mom, and the ultimate Boss Lady, living a life that is a role for all of us to strive for.
