Greg Surratt has experienced ministry leadership from many different perspectives. The early days of being in a Christian band to leading small churches to becoming the founding pastor of Seacoast Church and helping to create ARC (Association of Related Churches) have given Greg a deep understanding of what ministry leaders encounter.
