You Are Not A Fraud: Managing the Imposter Syndrome. The Imposter syndrome is "a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success" as defined by the Harvard Business Review. "'Imposters' experience feelings of self-doubt and a sense of intellectual fraudulence that can cancel out feelings of success or external proof of their competence." Feeling like a "fraud" in our work is a behavior we must unlearn to truly step into purpose at work and in the world with full confidence.
