Speaker 1 (00:00):
I don't know if AI is
going to take everything over
or not.
I don't think it will.
I think one of the things thatwill keep it at bay and keep it
a human utility is thedemocratization of it, that we
all are engaged.
When things are spread to themasses, they tend to be
benevolent.
When they're concentrated to afew, they tend to get benevolent
very, very quickly, and that isa huge part of the emotional
commitment that we have and whywe're expressing that through
(00:22):
TSG, of the emotional commitmentthat we have and why we're
expressing that through TSG.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
That's what I love
and respect about you, because
those are the things that's hardsometimes for me, because there
are so many details and so manyideas and so many avenues and
pathways.
It's nice to bring all of thoseto you and then you say, let's
do this.
Speaker 1 (00:40):
Well, and that's the
other thing, right, the clock is
always ticking in business, andparticularly when you're an
entrepreneur.
In business, the clock isticking.
Time is rarely your friend.
It does happen from here andthere, but time is rarely your
friend, and exhausting more timeis usually more costly than
exhausting less time, and sothat can be a huge value.
A huge value, and I thinksometimes that is my job.
(01:06):
Maybe you've thought ofsomething from different angles
that's gotten complicated and wejust need that one.
Like you know, maybe it's notthat strategic even, but maybe
it's like no, that one, and thenwe move and we move forward.
What's interesting about thatis, though, in today's AI driven
entrepreneurial world, there'sall kinds of decisions you can
make that are screwed up orwrong, and you can recover from
(01:27):
them faster now than you've everbeen before.
I mean, there's times in myprevious life, as in
construction, prior to a lot ofthe utility that we have now
through AI, you might make adecision.
The impact of that decision onthe project we were building may
not hit you until a year later, two years later, three years
later, because it's somethingyou decided.
(01:49):
You made a choice based on theinformation and intuition ahead
of the time, it puts a wholeseries of things in motion, much
of which is influenced bythings outside of your control.
And then, wham, the impact fromthat decision.
Two years later, on some idleTuesday afternoon or that was
the last thing you were thinkingof, you know reveals its ugly
(02:10):
head and slaps you in the sideof the face.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
And that's why we're
so passionate about sharing
these modern tools like AI,because you can make a decision
and use AI to look at all thedifferent variables and the
things that you maybe hadn'teven considered yet, and so
that's just a really incredibleuse.
We wouldn't have known thatbefore we weren't able to really
(02:35):
have access to the type ofinformation where we can say,
okay, here's our plan, this iswhat we're doing, what are we
missing here or what should webe looking out for?
And so maybe we still havesomething that doesn't go the
way it's planned, but at leastwe know what all the different
variables are and we can planfor those the best that we can.
So, like you said, it's easier, faster and you have more
(03:00):
information to start a businessor run a business now than you
ever have in history.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
It's almost like a
part of your community.
We all have mentors, brothersand sisters and people that we
trust.
We like to bounce ideas off of,use each other for sounding
boards, and that value has onlyincreased since AIs come along.
But I can tell you, when you'refacing something and you need a
consistent perspective, maybeyou don't even use it to
(03:29):
actually make the choice, because that comes later.
When you talk to your community, when you talk to the people
that you trust, but there's onesubtle and sometimes not so
subtle difference You're goingto a mentor, a brother or sister
, somebody that you trust, whoknows what their day's been like
.
The response you're going to getto them will be here comes that
(03:52):
word again, will be weightedemotionally and it'll be
weighted by emotions thatthey're feeling, that are
generated or created bycircumstances you not only don't
understand but probablycouldn't begin to imagine.
Now, that's part of the humansoup, right, and we work through
and we contribute to each other.
Soup, right, and we workthrough and we contribute to
(04:14):
each other.
But when we think about that interms of AI and going to our AI
portion of our community, thatresponse is always much more
consistent.
Now, without the emotionalelement, it's arguably less
valuable and I tend to arguethat it is less valuable but as
an impetus to an idea or as aplace to go to access collective
human wisdom, it's a verypowerful tool and a very
powerful part of your community.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
And I think who we're
speaking to.
You know, as far as our peoplewithin our community and people
that are interested in joiningour community, a lot of people
are afraid of using AI, but theyknow they need to right Because
they don't want it to, you know, take away their voice or
replace them, and so that's whatwe're, you know, I think
(04:59):
talking about today is that it'snot one.
There's all parts of business.
There's all still.
There's a human part ofbusiness and there always will
be.
But some of the tools thatwe're teaching as far as you
know, business and the personalside of business, but also how
to integrate things like AI intoyour business are just going to
(05:21):
make you have the opportunityto scale faster, have more
access to information, save timethings that we could never do
before and when you employ thatacross an entire workforce
within your company, the amountof effort that you've saved by
(05:42):
using these AI tools it's justincredible, something that we
could have never done before.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
And I know that's a
lot of.
What drives us both is we just?
We constantly reflect like, oh,if we just would have had this,
you know, if we just would.
And the point isn't.
The point isn't to constantlybe looking backwards.
The point is saying, okay, sothis is how we would have
applied it.
Let's go teach other people howthey could do the same thing
(06:08):
right now, depending on thesituation that they're in,
because it gets you to that goalfaster.
And that's what we're going towrap up on.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
Because it's hard.
It's hard, it's not easy to runa business, serve your
customers, take care of youremployees while you're also
taking care of your family andhave all your personal
commitments.
And then, all of a sudden, I'vegot to also figure out this
whole AI thing, because, one, some people say I should be
afraid of it and not look at itat all.
The other people say I shouldbe afraid because it's going to
(06:40):
take over everything and I'mgoing to be left behind.
So again, we're stuck right.
We're stuck in this pattern ofhow am I supposed to be able to
figure out what's the right pathfor me, take care of all the
other responsibilities, yet makea decision to move my life and
my business forward, and that'swhat we're here for.
Speaker 1 (06:57):
No, and I think the
best way I don't know if AI is
going to take everything over ornot.
I don't think it will I thinkone of the things that will keep
it at bay and keep it a humanutility is the democratization
of it, that we all are engaged.
When things are spread to themasses, they tend to be
benevolent.
When they're concentrated to afew, they tend to get benevolent
(07:17):
very, very quickly.
And that is a huge part of theemotional commitment that we
have and why we're expressingthat through TSG is is there an
opportunity for this to be evillike any other tool ever or
weapon in the history ofhumankind?
Absolutely More so because it'smore powerful.
The offset to that, thepeacekeeping exercise of this
(07:40):
utility, of this incredibleinvention, is to keep it in
everybody's hands, and that's ahuge part of why we're doing
what we're doing.
We want this to be in yourhands, and what better way to
explore that than in pursuit ofan entrepreneurial dream?
Because what we're reallytalking about is we're talking
(08:01):
about freedom.
I have a very deeply held beliefthat the only cause of
happiness is freedom.
People will argue that point.
I've debated that point, but atthe end of the day, the only
cause for happiness is freedom.
What is love without freedom?
What is gratitude withoutfreedom?
(08:22):
What is family without freedom?
So to mix those two thingstogether, especially when you
live in the United States ofAmerica, we have the right to
pursue happiness and, in my mind, freedom.
What better way to success asan entrepreneur?
(08:53):
Find their way to happiness, find their way to freedom and do
it faster now than we've everbeen able to do it before.
And it's that exciting.
It's the excitement that comeswith realizing we can do this
faster and better than it's everbeen done before that drives
everything that we do here.
(09:14):
I mean, can you imagine howquickly we could have scaled
previous ventures having utilitylike this?
Speaker 2 (09:22):
Oh, yeah, is
listening and kind of circling
back to where we started.
Whether you're starting abusiness or thinking about
starting a business and afraidto, or maybe you've started a
business or had a business for along time and aren't sure where
to go and where to getinformation about AI or how to
(09:44):
incorporate it into yourbusiness.
That's what we're doing here.
We're working with people thatmaybe are just starting a
business or thinking aboutstarting a business or are in
business and don't really knowhow to incorporate it.
If you have listened to us talktoday and you feel in alignment
with us and who we are and thethings that we talk about, then
(10:07):
come join us.
We have classes that you cansign up for today and get
started and a community that'slaunching to be able to work
with other people just like youthat are also in business or
starting a business and want tolearn more about how to
integrate AI into their lifewithout losing your soul.
Speaker 1 (10:27):
Yeah, Well and also
to champion their dreams to make
that goal happen.
How many listening to thisright now have a struggle in
their life, that's somethingthey're worried about, the thing
they fell asleep to last night, the things that they reminded
they reminded themselves of whenthey woke up today, that could
be championed with a little bitof help from collective human
(10:48):
wisdom.
I mean how many?
I have to assume it's probablyeverybody there's something out
there, whether that's becauseyou're starting out and you're
afraid, because you have noexperience being an entrepreneur
You've been doing this for along time and you see this
technology seeking or seepinginto your industry and you're
not sure what to do about it.
It's all the same.
You're not alone.
(11:08):
There's people out here thatunderstand exactly what to do in
those situations and exactlyhow to help you find the way so
that your goals don't slip away, that the things you want in
life are championed and thatfreedom ultimately becomes at
your disposal.
The time, a life to do thethings you want to do and the
(11:30):
satisfaction of knowing thatit's only happening to you
because you built it and youbuilt it from the beginning.
It's such an incredible time tobe alive, to be an American and
to be an entrepreneur inpursuit of freedom.
(11:52):
It's just like it's just everyday.
Gratitude overwhelms meWhenever I even think of the
word.
I get overwhelmed that we'realive right now and have this
chance, have this opportunity tonot only take advantage of this
technology, but to set it inmotion in the right direction
for the future, for our six kids, for their kids.
(12:15):
Who knows how manygrandchildren we're going to
have someday?
