The ADHDads

The ADHDads

As loving fathers directly influenced and empowered by ADHD, we live out a mission of focus on emotional intelligence and empathy toward our families, and in our daily walk. Join us in our journey as we stumble, laugh, reflect, and grow. We started the ADHDads movement to share our stories with ADHD and life to strengthen our relationships, and gain knowledge and wisdom along the way. As we expand our library, we will grow our network of experts to dive deep into the superpower of ADHD, and sharpen our skills to care for our loved ones—those gifted with neurodivergence, and the “normies."
