KOCT is a non-profit, live stream peg outlet partially funded by the City of Oceanside and powered by Cox Cable. The organization commits to programming the issues that directly impact the everyday lives of Osiders and aims to keep locals well-informed and actively engaged with the latest Oceanside news. They have consistently remained the voice of North County.
