In the Season 2 carryover Series, Nickels and Spud: Shorts from Space Episode 8: Yesterday Land pt 2, the crew of Recovery Services continues to explore the strange world in which they landed--a family friendly theme park which closely resembles those synonymous with southern California amid the 20th Century. And while the away team, consisting of Nickels, Em and Russet--posing as park costumed talent, continues to explore, they are assigned the task of scavenging several items that Spud surmises might help them get Ship back off the ground and into space--hopefully back into their own time frame. Meanwhile, some very nosey park representatives begin to sniff around and all but demand to have a word with those left on board--namely Spud and Ship. Will the away team find what they are looking for before Nickels blows their cover? Will Spud be able to keep Ship from anger overload and zapping thousands of vacationers in the process?
