STOP Doing New Year's Resolutions

Real estate agents...95% of all New Year's Resolutions have been abandoned before January 30th. You don't need a resolution. What you need, is a framework for change. What happened in 2023? What went well? What did we do wrong? What do we keep? What do we improve? What do we start doing? What do we stop doing?

You have to BECOME the person you want to be before you see the result. You have to work harder than the next agent. Dedicate more time to lead gen. Dedicate more time to gaining new skills. Dedicate more time to studying the market. Dedicate more time to continuing to hone your craft. 

Do you remember science class? What did you do? You had a hypothesis, you tested your hypothesis, and then you altered your plan until you arrived at the result. We are doing the same thing here. We have a hypothesis on how we will get more business, we go out and do what we said we were going to do. Did we get more business? Yes or no. If not, alter what we are doing. If so...DO MORE OF THAT.

2024 can be huge. It doesn't take a super power to be in the top 1% of all agents in the country. It takes dedication to becoming better each day. It starts now. It starts with your attitude and willingness to embody who you want to be in 2024.
