This week's episode is a continuation of exploring energetic relational imbalances-specifically of the dependent and codependent type. Let's talk about dependence and codependence, how it comes to be, and how to move beyond it to embrace and align with healthy energy exchanges through interdependency.
I share some of my experiences of being the "giver" in codependent energy exchanges. With much growth and awareness, I prefer interdependent relationships and energy exchanges where parties are dealing with one another because they choose to and not because of the desire to fulfill a need that is often a result of unmet emotional, mental, physical, and even spiritual desires and/or needs.
