Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, welcome to the Allie D Show.
I am really excited to recordthis episode for you guys
because this is something thatI'm doing real time in my
business right now, and Ithought, oh my gosh, you guys
know I love to bring theselittle behind the scenes moments
to the podcast because I feellike there's so much, there's so
much value and like lessons inlearning from someone who's
actively creating something intheir business.

(00:22):
Because for me, a lot of myquestions are always like oh
okay, I get it.
I see that you have this biggoal, which I'll talk more about
, but how the heck are you goingto do that?
So that's what I'm going to bebreaking down in here, because
you're going to be able to use alot of the things that I'm
doing right now, literally today, in your business to help you
achieve your own milestones, whatever that looks like for you

(00:43):
.
So right now, I am planningit's September when I'm
recording this podcast episodeand releasing it, and I am
planning what I want my goal forsales in January to look like.
So the goal that I've setmyself and this is just even
wild to say is $250,000 in salesfor the month of January Okay,

(01:07):
just the month of January, soI'm going to break down exactly
how I think I'm freaking goingto be able to do this, and what
it's going to look like again,so you can start doing the same
things for your business.
Before I get into this, though,I need to send a massive
congratulations for all of thewomen that have joined
Trendsetter University so far.

(01:27):
You guys are get ready.
You are going to be on the rideof your life, and if you don't
know what Trendsetter Universityis yet, or you haven't been
stalking me on Instagram andlike opening my emails I love
you, but open my emails then youhaven't heard about Trendsetter
university yet, which is asix-month program that I have
just launched.
We're starting on october 13th,where, every single week, I'll

(01:50):
be taking you through my sevenfigure formula, so this is a
framework that I developedspecifically for product-based
business owners on what they cando every single week to make
sure you are doing the rightmoves to build your million
dollar company, because whatI've noticed from working with
you guys for a few years now, building my own business,

(02:10):
watching and seeing how otherpeople operate, is that I really
feel like there's threeabsolutely necessary components
for someone to see success withtheir business, especially if
it's like you you're a highachiever, you're a goal oriented
, you want to do big things.
You need you typically are likeme, probably and you're like
okay, I need a framework, I needto figure out how I'm going to
do this and also what I want todo is eliminate all of the

(02:34):
roadblocks that may possiblycome up during this process.
So that's what I createdTrendsetter University to do.
To number one, give you all theknowledge you need to actually
build your million dollarcompany.
Okay, what are the frameworks, what are the strategies, what
are the tactics, what are thehow to?
What do you need to do everysingle week to make this happen
for you?
But then the second part of thisis huge.

(02:56):
It's support during theimplementation process, because
I feel like there's nothingworse than you know getting a
program or getting a course, andyou get dumped into like some
kind of portal that has ahundred trainings and you're
like I don't even know what todo.
Am I even doing it right?
Like I think I get what she'ssaying, or I think I get what
they're saying, but I don't knowif I'm actually doing like the

(03:17):
right thing here.
So that's the second componentof the Trendsetter University is
, throughout the six months, youwill have support with me
inside Telegram, so that's atool that I use to communicate
with all of my students and myclients.
So you get the frameworks right.
But then you also get supportduring implementation.
And this is where mostbusinesses crumble is they don't

(03:38):
know how to put it in action, and so from working with you
guys over a few years now, I seethat this is like the magical
combo.
I could give you all theknowledge and information in the
world, but if you don't knowhow to do it, or you get
analysis, paralysis, or youfreeze up or you get overwhelmed
.
It's hard to push through thatwithout having the support.
So that's why I builtTrendsetter University.

(03:58):
And then the third componentthat I am so adamant about now
is having the community, havingthe women that are going through
exactly what you're goingthrough and working together to
make your dreams a reality.
It's this extra level ofsupport that, if you've never
experienced this, you don't knowhow bad you need it until you

(04:19):
have it Okay, because, as aformer lone wolf girly, someone
who literally did the majority,I would say like most of the
years flying solo, and thenrecently in the past I would say
three years have gotten intomore of like a support with a
group of other seven, eightfigure entrepreneurs that are
actively building theirbusinesses, just like y'all are

(04:41):
doing.
Right, you may be at the earlystages, you may be doing six
figures, seven figures, but youwant to continue to grow and
scale.
You have to have a community ofwomen around you that are doing
the same thing.
And there's been a quote thatI've been saying recently which
I feel like is so true, which isif you want to go slow, go

(05:01):
alone.
If you want to go fast and far,you go together.
So this is what TrendsetterUniversity is built upon.
It's built upon the knowledgeand the frameworks right.
Obviously, you need to know thehow.
It's built upon the supportduring implementation process
having expert support as you'regoing through and implementing.
And, number three, it's builton the community, the support of

(05:22):
the other women that you cantap into every single day,
because this journey is no joke.
You need it.
You need that support, especially if you want to go far
and you want to go fast, and Iknow you want to do both.
So I'm going to invite youinside Trendsetter University If
you haven't already checked itout, go to imatrendsettercom and

(05:42):
it'll pull up all theinformation about it.
You can DM me at Allie DCEO onInstagram if you have any
questions about it.
But again, we are startingOctober 13th and enrollment will
close shortly thereafter.
So if you feel like you needthe freaking support, this
program is a great price point.
It's a great program and it'ssix months of incredible support

(06:07):
for you.
Okay, so check it out.
It's imatrendsettercom.
Okay, so let's talk about how Ithink I'm going to make $250,000
happen for the month of January.
So the very first thing I'mgoing to be focusing on is
planning.
Right, I'm not just thinkinglike January 1st is going to get
here and then I'm going tostart figuring out how I'm going
to bring in a quarter of amillion dollars.

(06:28):
Right, like that does not makesense.
So it's September, we're fourmonths out.
So I'm actively doing what Ibelieve needs to be done in
order to get to this kind ofgoal.
So I'll take you through moreof what that looks like.
But you cannot reach milestonesand reach goals if you're
running your business on a whim,if you're showing up and going

(06:51):
oh, how am I going to make asale today?
Oh well, I have a goal.
And again, I don't care whatyour goal is.
Maybe you're just gettingstarted, maybe your goal is
$1,000 in revenue for the month.
You still have to have a planto get there right.
You still can't just show upand go oh well, I'm going to
make a thousand dollars thismonth.
Okay, how?
How are we going to do that?

(07:13):
What does the next four weekslook like?
And when you get really, reallygood at this, you start planning
this months out.
It's almost like forecastingno-transcript.

(07:45):
So the very first thing isplanning out how are you going
to do this?
And recognizing if I want toset goals for my business, I
can't be the woman that's goingto wake up every single day
starting from zero, which meanshow am I going to get sales?
What needs to get done today?
Am I doing all the right thingsLike a woman that's building a

(08:07):
real business, is building inconfidence and building with a
plan?
So if you're not doing this yet, don't worry, you're going to
do this.
Maybe this is the first timeyou're hearing this, or maybe
you're like I kind of wanted tohave a plan, but I don't know
what to do.
We're going to figure that allout.
But the first thing isrecognizing that you need a plan
.
My friend, planning is going todo so much for you Again.

(08:30):
It's going to take you out ofthat chaotic role and bring you
into more of like a CEO, leader, energy role.
And whenever you're leadingfrom a place of confidence and
like oh, I freaking know whatI'm doing, even if we kind of
really don't right, that's fine,but at least you're making a
plan and you're putting yourselfin the position of what that

(08:51):
feels like.
Whenever I have students startworking with me and I give them
a plan immediately, what happensis they have the weight of the
world lift from their shouldersbecause most of the times
they're in survival mode.
You may even not recognize it'ssurvival mode.
You may just think like this isnormal, but what I'm telling
you is it's not normal to runyour business like that.
So you got to have a plan, okay.

(09:12):
So that's what I'm doing rightnow.
I'm creating my plan.
What am I going to do to hitthat milestone in January?
Here's what I need to do I needto be setting up certain
appointments.
I need to be making surecertain people have line sheets.
I need to make sure that mysamples are going to certain
people that are decision makers.
There's a lot that's going togo into me being able to get the

(09:34):
yeses that I want.
When January comes, here comes.
But if I start in January, I'mtoo late.
And you know what else I knowfrom someone who's been in the
industry is, for me, as someonewho runs a brand, a
product-based business, januaryis the biggest month of the year
.
So I now know that I got tohave my shiz together when

(09:56):
January rolls around, becausethat's the big splash.
Yes, we continue to do amazing.
We just had a six-figure salesmonth in August.
Okay, so I'm not saying thatit's not going to happen
throughout the year, but I knowthat a lot of the decisions are
made in January.
That's when budgets are high, that's when buyers are ready,

(10:16):
that's when everything aligns inthe universe for me to make
this happen.
So I'm not picking like arandom month.
I'm picking the month where Iknow this could actually be a
possibility because of all theoutside factors that I know
happen in our industry.
Okay, so that's the first thingis really just planning for this

(10:36):
and making sure that I'msetting myself up for success.
Always and again, this is whatyou want to do in your business
too.
I don't care what revenue levelyou're at.
Okay, so that's the first thing.
The second thing I want to talkabout is the data.
Right now, for my business, itis crystal freaking clear

(10:59):
exactly what brings in the mostrevenue.
So in the past, what I've doneis, even if there's stuff that's
not making me a lot of money, Ireally try to force it to
happen.
I'm going to make this work.
I'm going to make this work andputting all this effort and
energy and trying to makesomething work, instead of

(11:20):
looking at what's alreadyworking.
And can I double, triple, 10xdown on that?
This is a big eye-opener for alot of business owners, because
for you, you're inundated withso many avenues to bring in
revenue.
Right, you got Facebook ads,you got SEO, you got Pinterest,
you got blogging, you gotinfluencers, you got Instagram,

(11:40):
you got TikTok, you got goinglive, like the list goes on and
on, and on, and on, and on andon and on.
But if you take a good, hardlook and I just did this with a
private client recently and itwas so eye-opening for her and
now she's freaking, killing itit's insane.
But what we did was we looked atsimply what was already working
, like let's look at the data.

(12:00):
What's working on TikTok?
What's working on Instagram?
Where are you getting the mostrevenue from?
If it's from going live, youneed to go live more and if it's
not from writing blogs andmaking a Pinterest post, then
let's put that by the wayside, because why are you spending
hours and hours every singlemonth doing this activity that

(12:23):
we know for your business?
We're forcing it to try to workinstead of it's so much
freaking easier for you to justput your effort in what's
already working and not gettingemotionally attached to that
right?
Like, oh, but I just wantPinterest to.
I'm just using Pinterest as anexample.
You could fill it in withanything, right?
Oh, I just want SEO to work.
So bad.
Oh, I just want TikTok to work.

(12:44):
So bad, I just want Instagram.
I just want my Facebook groupor whatever it is.
Fill in the blank there, but Ijust want it to work, so bad.
Okay, sister, I love you forthat, but you have other areas
in your life that are workingright now in your life and your
business.
Right, every time you go live, you do $1,000 in an hour.
Okay, well, if you want to gofrom $1,000 in live revenue for

(13:08):
the week to $10,000,.
Let's up the amount of livesyou're doing.
Now you're going from $4,000 amonth in revenue for lives once
a week to $40,000 in revenuefrom lives because you're doing
more of what's working and, again, fill in lives with
anything for you.

(13:28):
Okay, this could be sending outemails.
This could be posting it morein your Facebook group, wherever
you see the data of what'sworking.
Do more, do more of that, okay, doesn't it sound so simple?
But you would be surprised athow many people, when you're in
your own business, you get verylost in the weeds and in the

(13:49):
sauce, and I'm just athird-party perspective over
here that can see like thebird's eye view of what's going
on in your business, and that'swhy people love these.
These telegram days with me arelike these 60 minute intensives
.
If you want any of that, justDM me on Instagram, because I
love getting into this with youfor your business.
I just freaking love this.
So if you're like, okay, I wantto do this with Ollie, just DM

(14:11):
me.
But this is where it's hard foryou to see it yourself because
you're so in it.
So what I'm telling you now isto take a step back and look at
the big picture today, today, tomorrow, the next day and start
looking at what's alreadyworking.
And even if this is like youdon't even have sales yet okay,

(14:31):
say you have zero dollars insales there's still clues on
what's working.
Clues in your engagement, cluesin your comments, clues in your
email subscription, clues inhow many people are visiting
your website All of those thingsyou can look at.
Even if you don't have dollarsin data, you can still figure
out this information from otherclues.

(14:51):
Data is extremely powerful inour business because it's clues,
clues, clues, clues.
Okay, so be sure, you arelooking at the data.
Now, this last one that I wantto talk about is a little more
intangible.
So what does that mean?
It means it's not reallymeasurable, but it probably is

(15:12):
the most important of all thethings you're going to need to
do when you're setting goals foryourself.
It's having some delulu right, the delulu effect affect,

(15:34):
creating big goals that are wayout of your norm, but knowing
that you have the power to makeit happen, because if you don't
believe you can do this oof, that's a big one to overcome.
You're going to have to trainyourself in confidence, train
yourself in belief.
Train yourself in confidence, you showing up every single day,

(15:55):
even when you're not reachingyour goal, even if things feel
slow, even when no one's buying, even if you feel invisible,
even if you think your contentlike no one sees it, even if the
algorithm hates you, whateverthe things you're telling
yourself, you have to have thedelulu to show up every single
day, regardless.
This is the biggest lesson youwill learn about being a quote

(16:16):
unquote good business woman isthat you have to believe in
yourself.
So how do you do this?
How do you learn this skillwhich, by the way, this is a
skill okay, and I'm not talkingabout just like floating around
in the universe and being likeI'm the best, I'm going to
manifest success.
It's like great, I love that.
Okay, but how right?
The way that you make thishappen for yourself is you show

(16:37):
up every single day and you keeppromises to yourself, and it's
little promises every single daythat build your confidence.
You cannot skip this part.
So if you're saying I'm goingto post on Instagram and TikTok
tomorrow and you don't, you'retaking away your chance to build
confidence.

(16:58):
You're taking away your chanceto see, to show yourself that
you're going to do what you sayyou're going to do.
This is so underestimated andunderrated in what it takes to
grow a successful business.
So for me, does $250,000 feeldelulule F-freaking-yes, it does

(17:18):
Big time.
But if I don't have that vision, if I don't put myself into the
role of someone who canactually make it happen and then
follow through every single day, you're never going to have big
goals or big milestones.
You're always going to beplaying small and that's not
what we do here in trendsetteruniversity land.

(17:40):
We play big and I think I'mjust going to go off on a
tangent here.
But I think so many women playsmall and I kind of hate that
terminology.
Play small because, like whatdoes that mean?
It means your goals are tiny, like right now.
You probably, you know you justwant to have enough sales to pay
the bills or just to get by orjust to kind of, you know, not

(18:03):
have to go to a nine to five, which all those are very
admirable.
But I'm challenging you tothink bigger.
Think bigger.
If you're at $0 right now, think about what your first 10K
month is going to look like andhow you would be showing up for
that, and stop thinking abouthow you'd be showing up to make
a hundred bucks.
There's a very big differencein the way that you're going to

(18:27):
show up, right.
You're going to have moreeducation.
You're going to know theframeworks.
You're going to take action.
You're going to know what to do.
You're going to step up foryour business every single day.
You're not going to be likebeing a weenie, hiding, not
getting in front of your socialmedia, like all those things.
Those got to go.
So you got to start thinkingabout that now.
So this is my plan how I'm goingto make this milestone happen.

(18:50):
There's a lot of nitty grittythat I haven't gotten into which
I can, if you want to, I cantell you more of the details,
but I want you to understandit's more about these three main
things.
So we're planning.
We're planners.
We're not running businessesfrom a whim.
We're not running our businesswaking up every morning and

(19:12):
panicking.
We're planning out what thislooks like for us.
Number one we're also looking atthe data.
So we're crystal clear on whatwe need to do to double, triple,
10x down on to make yourmilestones happen.
And then, thirdly, we got to beDelulu.
We got to believe in ourselves, even when there is no freaking

(19:35):
proof that you can do it,because, listen, if it's a
milestone, it means you haven'thit it yet, and if you haven't
hit it yet, you have no proof, you're gonna do it.
And if you have no proof, you're gonna do it.
It feels really freaking scaryand out there, but that's the
point.
That's the point.
Okay, I love you guys.
I hope this was helpful.

(19:55):
