things inside the channel.
But this audio training, again,I just dropped on, so I'm
recording this on Saturday.
So this this podcast episodewill probably go out on Sunday,
Sunday, um, the 5th.
But this was kind of likesomething that I wanted to bring
up inside of the million dollarmoves free training space

(01:09):
because I want you to understandand really start to learn what
it means to set goals for yourbusiness and how to actually
make these goals happen.
Because I think so many timespeople are like, oh, I just want
to, you know, be able to buildan incredible business or a
boutique or a brand where I'mdoing like 10k per month in
sales.
I want to quit my nine to five,I want to retire my family.
And like you have all these bigthings and hopes and dreams, and

(01:32):
like, great, that's step one.
But there is also some veryclear, actionable steps you will
need to take to make your goalshappen.
So that's what I'm gonna bebreaking down in this voice note
that I'm gonna uh drop in righthere.
So I what I the way that I kickit off is I'm talking about how
I want to build a$10 millionbrand.

(01:52):
I want Al ED to become a$10million brand.
Okay, this is a big stretch forme.
It's a big new goal.
I also want to do$250K in salesin the month of January.
I'm also getting ready to do, Idon't want to spoil it, okay?
So let me just drop the audiomessage in here.
But if you haven't joinedMillion Dollar Moves yet, again,

Moves.
You can also just frickin' DM meand I'll get you the link to
make sure that you are in.
I want as many women in aspossible.
There's already over 70 womenthat have opted in for this free
challenge.
And to me, that's 70 women whoare like saying yes to their
future, yes to their brand, yesto their business, yes to their
boutique, yes to their ready tofreaking go and learn what it

(02:58):
actually takes to build theirown empire.
So if that sounds like you, yourfirst step, get into Million
Dollar Moves.
Let me teach you some of theseframeworks that are actually
gonna make it happen for you, okay?
I love you.
Enjoy this episode, and I'll seeyou inside Million Dollar Moves.
Hi, friends.
Happy Saturday.
Sorry for the, I don't know ifyou can hear the cicadia in the
background.
He just decided to get loud whenI decided to make a voice note

(03:21):
to you.
But I was just thinking aboutsomething and I wanted to come
in here and share with you guys.
I'm sitting on my front porchand I was doing a little, kind
of like mapping out what therest of my year is gonna look
like, which it's already sojam-packed for the business and
the brand, and then also what2026 is gonna look like and some
pretty freaking wild goals thatI have set for myself.
Two big, big ones.

(03:42):
One is that I'm committed tobuilding a$10 million brand, a
$10 million company, which iswild to say out loud.
Um, I'll get more into that in asecond, and then also um doing
$250,000 in sales in the monthof January.
So doing a quarter milliondollars of sales in January.
So those are two obviously hugegoals.

(04:04):
I do not take lightly at all.
And it has taken me a long timeto be able to actually verbalize
those goals.
But here's what I want you tounderstand: a couple of things.
When it comes to setting goalsand thinking about like what the
fourth quarter is gonna looklike for you, because we're
about to enter, you know, holiday season, retail season.
It's the busiest time of theyear for anybody that sells

(04:24):
physical products, like this isgo time.
So as we start to head into, youknow, the next three months and
even you know, next week we'llbe working together.
I want you to just kind of youknow start thinking about this a
little bit.
So when it comes to settinggoals, it doesn't really matter
what what dollar amount it is.
Like you could just be starting.

(04:46):
Some of you haven't even startedyour store yet.
Some of you maybe have recentlystarted and aren't quite seeing
the sales that you want andstill trying to figure this
thing out.
And your goal may be I want todo$1,000 in sales, you know, for
the next three months eachmonth.
I want to do$10,000 in sales.
You know, let's say like for themonth of December, I want to do
$15,000 in sales, whatever thecase may be.

(05:09):
The first thing to getting youto this goal, and this is gonna
sound a little bit woo-woo, butI know from personal experience
and like every um high-levelentrepreneur, seven, eight,
nine-figure business owner thatI've been around, worked with,
interviewed, is that you have tofirst start like saying the
goal, right?
Saying it out loud.

(05:30):
It's like me.
When I said the other day I'm inInstagram stories, I'm gonna
build a$10 million brand.
I was like, whoo, I did thelittle, oh, this feels weird,
you know, like I don't know if Ican say it, because it's just so
many things come up, right?
Like, I don't know if I can doit, what's so-and-so gonna
think, like just all thesethoughts.
Again, it doesn't really matterthe dollar amount, just enter
whatever that is for you.

(05:50):
It may just be like, I want toquit my nine to five and make 10
grand per month doing what Ilove, which is selling my own
products.
When you start to verbalize it,what happens is this crazy thing
happens, right?
You start to like put yourselfin the the space to make the

(06:12):
moves that will actually makethis a reality for you.
So, for example, when when Isaid the other day, like I want
to build a$10 million brand, andI said it out loud, first of
all, you kind of have to getcomfortable in your skin.
You gotta like regulate to thatlevel of success.
You have to say, okay, if I wantto do$10,000 in, you know,
November, what does that feellike?

(06:33):
Because immediately your body isgonna go and it's gonna want to
keep you safe and comfortable, thanks to, you know, we're be
we're humans, and that's justwhat we're trained to do.
We're we're trained to be safe.
That's you know what our naturalstate is, is like always just
what is scary and what is safe.
What is scary and what is safe.
And so many people always goback to the what is safe because

(06:54):
their body feels like, ah,there, comfy, cozy, right?
But when you step out of yoursafety zone and you say
something like, I'm gonna do 10Kper month in sales, and your
body freaks out, it doeseverything in its power to pull
you back into its safety zone.
So, what your job is is tonormalize that new goal of
yours, right?

(07:15):
And start saying it more.
Like say it out loud, go to bed,you know, say, I can't wait till
I'm doing 10K per month insales, like and you know, maybe
say it to someone.
That's really scary.
You know, you gotta startwriting it down, doing things
where you're like getting yourbody and your mind comfortable
with this idea.
That's like first and foremost.
And then the next thing you'llsee happening is you'll start

(07:38):
doing things naturally that aregoing to get you to that level.
Now, if you're still playingsmall and you're still saying,
oh, I don't know, I'm just like,I'm I'm just doing a few hundred
dollars in sales or I'm justgetting sales now and then, and
I don't know how to grow, andyou're not really saying, okay,
yeah, but I want to do X, Y, andZ and claiming that, you'll

(07:59):
never put yourself in theposition to actually get those
goals to happen.
So you'll still just stay inforever safe land, even though
you don't want to, right?
We all want to begazillionaires, but there's a
method to the madness.
It's not just saying, you know, like in your brain once in a
while, or, you know, maybe like,oh, I hope, I hope this works
out.
No, it's like the declaration, the Dululu comes in again,

(08:20):
right?
It's like, I am going to makethis the most insane,
successful, wildly known brandor business or boutique that I
possibly freaking can.
And then once you make thatdeclaration, you'll see things
will start to pop up and youwill start having a little bit
more confidence than you realizebecause now your body is getting

(08:43):
a little more comfortable withthe idea of you actually doing
this, right?
And getting out of the comfortzone.
And that's the whole thing.
So now that I've said like Iwant to build a$10 million
brand, probably like eight toten times this week, it feels a
little bit more like doable.
The first time you say it, it'slike, what in the tarnation is

(09:04):
going on?
But now it feels like, oh, okay,a little bit more like I got
this, right?
And so then what I noticed isthings started to happen to make
this all like propel forward, like stepping out of my current
comfort zone, right?
Because even though we're doingsix figures a month, I'm still
in a comfort zone.

(09:24):
And every level you grow and yougrow and you grow, you get into
a new comfort zone.
So you have to say, what is thething that's gonna bust me
through?
And obvious oftentimes you don'tknow until the thing happens and
you're like, oh, you can lookback, oh, that's what was
getting me out of my comfortzone.
I get it now.
So a few things for me was likeI remember last week on Friday,

(09:45):
some of you may have heard thison the podcast.
If you listen to it, if youdon't know, I have a podcast
called The LED Show, and it'sall about growing your business,
your product-based business.
So go listen to it if youhaven't had a chance to yet.
But I talked about how I was umdriving through town and saw a
billboard that was available.
And I've never in a millionyears thought I would have a
billboard with my brand on it.
But what happened was I startedto normalize myself with the big

(10:09):
guys in like my industry, it'slike Wrangler, cinch, like these
big Western companies, right?
Because that's my niche.
And I was like, wait, ifWrangler has a billboard, why
can't I have a billboard?
Like if I want to build a$10million company and I want to do
things that I've never donebefore, like one of those things
is getting my frickin' brand ona billboard, right?

(10:29):
Another thing was we did um ninemillion views in the last 30
days on our Instagram.
Like things things just starthappening, hundreds and hundreds
of new followers in the last 30days, and it's like the the
beginning of this crazymomentum.
Oh, and then also, also just aside note, but not really, I'm
gonna be opening up the firstlike Alley D store, brick and

(10:54):
mortar.
I've had brick and mortar storesbefore, but not like for me and
my brand.
So that is a freaking huge thingthat I put into motion.
I'm hiring like the mostincredible um merchandiser out
of Dallas.
She runs my showroom there.
She also merchandises for likeNeiman's and Nordstroms and does
all their windows and displaysand everything.

(11:15):
She's gonna come down here, she's gonna like build the most
incredible, unique LED brandspace the world has ever seen,
where it's just like adestination for people to come
and experience, and it's gonnabe so epic.
And so none of that would havebeen put into motion though, if
I didn't like, I just want totell you if I didn't step out of

(11:36):
my comfort zone and say, I wantto build a$10 million company.
Because listen, I built the thisthe seven-figure company.
I built, you know, we've donemillions, but we haven't done 10
million, and I don't even wantto say eight-figure,
eight-figure still feels safe,okay?
But when you say$10 million, that shit just feels wild to me.
And so I was able to do that.

(11:56):
And once I did, all these otherthings started put going into
motion, right?
The momentum starts to buildalmost for you when you declare
what you want.
So I say this all to say on aSaturday take a minute today,
tomorrow, before we start thechallenge, and really think
about what do you want?

(12:17):
What do you want?
Do you want to build, you know,a huge seven-figure brand?
Do you want your boutique's nameon billboards?
Do you want your brand onbillboards?
Or do you want to just, youknow, pit or patter along?
Right?
You don't want to pit or patteralong.
I already know that.
So it's getting a little windy,so I'm gonna switch over here to
the carport.
But that is really the messagethat I wanted you to have today

(12:40):
is just to continue to thinkabout your goals, start saying
them, write them down.
I'm telling you, when you saythem out loud though, there's
nothing like that.
That will whip your your bootyright into shape because you
realize, oh, if I want to do,you know, for example, again,
10k per month in sales, and I'mjust like posting three to four
times a week on social media, and I'm like maybe sending out

(13:03):
an email once in a while.
I'm not even trying to grow mylist actively, like I really
don't have anything planned forBlack Friday or the holiday
season yet.
I'm I haven't even like thoughtabout what that like if if you
see that is not connecting,right?
Because how are you gonna builda$10,000 per month brand if
you're not doing all the thingsthat need to get you there?

(13:26):
So that's why it's so importantto just make sure you're aligned
with your goal and your actions, and it'll all naturally happen.
It will naturally happen for youif you first start making the
declaration and really living init.
And another thing I say too, andI'll wrap this up because I know
it's getting long, but anotherthing I say is you can start to
visualize, like, visualize whatyour day looks like at the woman

(13:47):
that's doing 10k per month insales.
Like, what does your day looklike, right?
Like, are you buzzing around astore, a brick and mortar?
Are you like in your warehouse?
Are you, you know, waking up andgetting stuff done, then going
to your nine to five and thencreating content on the weekend?
Are you doing lives likemultiple times a week?
Are you sending out like six, seven, eight emails a week?
Like, what does that look likefor you?

(14:08):
Are you growing your list byhundreds of subscribers every
single month?
Like, start, start, just startvisualizing this stuff, okay?
I love you.
Have a great day.
