Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, welcome to the Allie D Show.
It is March to Millions.
Yes, we have officially begunMarch to Millions inside the
Trendsetter membership.
If you know, you know you'realready in the membership.
You know we've already kickedoff the most epic 30 days of
training and coaching andcommunity in the entire frickin'

(00:21):
universe For anyone that sellsphysical products.
You're a boutique owner, you'rea brand owner, you own an
online store, you're a Shopifywhiz and you want to grow and
scale your business.
The next 30 days inside themembership, we're calling the
march to millions.
So what I'm doing is basicallycondensing the best information
that I have about selling, marketing, scaling and

(00:44):
leadership all down into 30 days, and I'm even going to try to
make the trainings 10 minutes orless every single day.
And literally, you join today,on March 31st, you will not be
the same freaking person.
You are going to expand so muchand this is going to be my
favorite month of all time.
I could feel it.
I feel like this is somethingthat's going to be like an

(01:05):
annual amazing thing where weall just sell our freaking hard
outs and learn everything we canabout growing and building a
seven figure business, and notonly that, but also becoming the
absolute best business ownerswe can possibly be.
So if you're not inside themembership yet, go to
imatrendsettercom, jump insideand then in our Telegram channel

(01:27):
is where all of our March toMillions trainings will be, so
I'm super excited to see you inthere.
If you have any questions aboutthe membership, just DM me on
Instagram.
We could talk about it.
We could talk about yourbusiness and if the membership
is a good fit for you and alsoright now I have opened up VIP,
so VIP is an upgrade inside themembership is a good fit for you
, and also right now I haveopened up VIP, so VIP is an

(01:47):
upgrade inside the membership,so you can jump into VIP.
And it's where, in addition toeverything that you get inside
Trendsetter, you also get intothis super small, fun, badass
group of women that get weeklycoaching with me.
So every Tuesday we meet insideTelegram.
You have all day to jump in,ask questions about anything
going on in your business, whether it's content, website,

(02:09):
email, followers, whatever thecase may be.
You need help with it.
You can ask the question thereand we can work it out.
So it's a really fun way tohave expert support me in your
back pocket literally everysingle week.
So I am just really, reallythrilled about the March to
Millions.
And one thing that I wanted totalk about today I actually

(02:30):
heard in Alex Hermosi podcast.
I feel like I've been likelistening to his podcast a lot
lately and a couple other peoplethat I just I'm like expanding
my universe for knowledge, notonly for myself, but I also love
learning things that I didn'treally know were like a thing,
like I just kind of eitherintuitively did it or had done

(02:50):
it in the past and now I'mrealizing, oh my gosh, this is
an actual like strategy that Ican help you guys implement into
your businesses so you cancontinue to grow and scale.
So I heard this really, reallyinteresting concept and if
you're someone that's been onthe fence about investing in
yourself and your own education,I really want you to pay

(03:12):
attention to this, because Ithink one of the hardest things
we can do as business owners andeven as women sometimes, is we,
like women, we know we can doanything and like if you're
listening to this podcast, youare like an extra, extra woman
who's like I can freakingconquer the world, just give me
enough time, but what happens?
A lot of time with too muchtime is we end up losing out on

(03:35):
a lot of the actual likepotential that we have because
we're just trying to grind itout and make it happen, and
grind it out day after day afterday, instead of pulling back a
little and going, okay, what ifI actually invested in myself
and paid somebody that alreadyknows how to do this to teach me
how to do this and then I canlike you know what they call
quantum leap I can jump, youknow, ahead 10 years in a one

(04:00):
hour training.
So a lot of times, mentorshipfeels and coaching feels very
scary, because either you'venever done it before and so it's
like this is weird, I don'tknow who are these people.
That's like.
Usually the first thing is likeyou're very skeptical of the
whole thing, but then also isthinking like, okay, well, what
if this doesn't work for me?
Or we get all these likelimiting beliefs that come into

(04:22):
our head that can keep us frominvesting in ourselves.
But what I heard this conceptthat Alex Hermosi talked about
and is so freaking true and I'mliving proof of this is the
concept of ignorance debt.
So you may be going okay, whatthe F does that mean?
Let me explain it.
So the way that he explained it,he actually saw it in a

(04:43):
presentation from anothergentleman and the presentation
was like about building ormaking a million dollars in a
year, something like that.
And so the person leading thepresentation wrote the amount on
the whiteboard one milliondollars and then he called on
one of the women in the audienceand he said how much do you

(05:04):
make per year?
Because they were there tryingto learn how to make a million
dollars in a year.
Okay, that's what they weretrying to focus building their
wealth.
And she said well, I make fiftythousand dollars a year.
And so what he did was pointout okay, so what would it take
for you to actually be able toinvest in yourself this year so

(05:25):
you can learn how to make amillion dollars a year?
And she said well, I only make$50,000, so I don't really have
the money to make it.
And his response was what'sactually happening is, by you
not investing in yourself tolearn how to make a million
dollars, you've actually lost$950,000 this year.
Actually lost $950,000 thisyear, whoa.

(05:47):
So when you look at investingin yourself like that and that's
what he called the ignorancedebt the amount of money that
you're potentially losing everyday, every week, every month,
every year by not investing inlearning the skills you need to
know to get yourself to the nextlevel.

(06:12):
And I thought this was sofreaking, eye-opening because I
was like, oh my gosh, yes, thisis a great way to describe what
sometimes is hard to put intowords.
Like, if I'm being super honestwith you, I don't want to sound
like I'm trying to sell you onanything.
So a lot of times I have a hardtime communicating Like it's
not about me trying to sell youon anything.
So a lot of times I have a hardtime communicating Like it's
not about me trying to sell youthis thing.
Like I want the freaking bestfor you, but I don't want you to
think that I'm over here justtrying to sell you my cool thing
, you know.

(06:32):
But I feel like this is areally good way to describe it's
not about me selling yousomething.
It's about you becoming smarterand better at what you're at.
It's about you investing inyourself.
You're not investing in me,right?
You're investing in yourself.
So learning about the ignorancedebt really helped me see a way

(06:53):
that I could explain to you mycommunity, on why investing in
yourself is so important.
So if there's a skill out thereyou need to learn, I don't care
what it is Like.
Let's say you want to be like aworld-class bowler, okay, you
can't just show up and bowl, strike after strike after strike

(07:13):
, without learning how to do itand getting the tools.
You got to invest.
So why do we think that inbusiness it's any different?
It's not.
You have to invest to learn theskills.
So, for example, like withbowling, right, you got to get a
coach, you got to get the rightball, you got to get a glove,
you got to get the little bag tohold the ball.

(07:33):
I don't know whatever it needsto become a world-class bowler.
Now, could you become aworld-class bowler if you don't
really invest in yourself?
Yeah, maybe, but it's going totake you 50 years, right.
But if you invest in a coachthat's already done what you
want to do like, let's say, youwant to learn how to strike out

(07:54):
a whole game and you pay someonethat can teach you how to do
that, teach you the skills, giveyou the tools, you can learn
how to do that in six months, where it might take you without
that person six years.
So why do we feel icky aboutinvesting in ourselves.
This is like the big questionthat I always have and it was

(08:17):
the same way with me in thebeginning Like why did I feel so
much resistance when it came toactually going?
Okay, I want to invest inmyself Again.
Number one I think it comesdown to like us being the type
of women we are.
We're workers, we're go-getters, we know we can figure it out,
we're problem solvers.
Like eventually we feel likewe're going to get it done.

(08:38):
But, for example, for what, itcould take you years if you just
decided you know what I'm goingto learn, like I'm going to
take a class on marketing.
I'm going to find someoneonline that I really vibe with
and I'm going to learn marketingfrom them.
I'm going to learn how to runmy books better.
I'm going to learn how to be abetter leader.
I'm going to learn how to hireemployees.
All of these skills are sovaluable.

(09:01):
They will make you your firstmillion dollars in sales and
they'll make you your firstmillion dollars in sales a lot
faster the faster you learn theskill.
So I don't want you to feelthis is just.
I want you to come, or I wantyou to listen to this and feel a
sense of empowerment and notresistance when it comes to

(09:25):
investing in yourself.
And I remember the first timethat I made a big investment in
myself when I when I spent$2,500, some of you may know
this I spent $2,500 on a courseto learn sales and marketing and
it was from someone who wasextremely successful.
I loved her, I bought into herstrategy, I liked her as a

(09:49):
person.
You know what I'm saying.
Like that was like a numero uno, like if I don't vibe with you,
like as a human being, I don'twant to learn from you, no
offense.
Like we're not going to be agood cause, I'm just going to
shut down and I'm going to go.
So, like, first thing to do iswho do you vibe with?
Like, if you're listening tothis podcast, you're probably
like, oh, I kind of like thisgirl.
Like you know, that's how itwas for me.

(10:11):
I was listening to her podcast,I was absorbing her information
, I was following her on socialsand again, this was like more
than a decade ago.
No, yeah, it was probably about10 years ago.
I had never invested inanything like that for myself
before.
I was just trucking along atthat point, hoping and praying
that one day I was going to makeit big.

(10:31):
And I realized why am I doingthis to myself?
Like, why don't I just paysomeone to teach me what to do?
And it was the most eye-openingexperience I had ever had in
business up until that point, because what it did was it
almost like opened up a door tothis room that was just full of

(10:54):
the exact freaking information Ineeded.
So, instead of me opening up athousand more doors, hoping that
one of those doors is going tounlock unlock the information I
walked into one room.
I opened the door, walked intoone room and it was all laid out
for me in a nice little, prettypackage that was easily

(11:14):
digestible by someone who I liketo listen to, and I agreed with
how she built and run herbusinesses and it was just a
match.
And from that point on,everything changed in my
business.
I went from feeling lost andconfused and where's my sale
going to come from, to I feltempowered.
I was able to make the moves inmy business.

(11:37):
That felt good and also startedto see results, and this is one
of the best things.
And also, like inside themembership, this is one of my
favorite things to watch is whensomeone joins Trendsetter and
they're like so excited, they'regoing to listen to the
trainings and they're jumping inthe community.
They're asking about things, people are answering them back
and forth and you know, a fewweeks goes by and they're doing

(11:59):
all the things and then all of asudden they come and they go
holy S word, it's working.
Because they go from justfeeling lost and like you put
all your marbles in this basketand you're like I hope this
thing works for me.
You know, I hope it works, I'mgoing to give it my best foot
forward.
And then you actually start tosee it working and you go.
I cannot believe that I didn'tpay $97 sooner to be in this

(12:23):
membership.
I can't believe I was scared.
I can't believe I didn't go allin on myself because here I am,
it's just been a few weeks andI've already made my money back
tenfold.
But it's really scary to investin yourself.
It's way scarier.
I was actually having theconversation in the DMs.
I have a woman that's wantingto join VIP, so she DMed me.

(12:43):
When you want to join VIP, Ilike to talk to you about where
you are in your business.
I like to like get moreinformation.
I mean, we're going to beworking close together, so I got
to make sure it's a goodconnection.
And she was telling me likeit's so much easier for her to
just invest in more inventorythan it is for her to invest in
to learn how to sell theinventory.
Are you guys feeling that too?

(13:04):
Like raise your hand over thereif you're like, yeah, I could
spend all of my last dollars oninventory, no problem.
But when it comes to actuallyspending money on myself to
learn how to sell the inventory,it feels way freaking harder.
I get it, but what I want totell you is that is your
ignorance debt.

(13:24):
I get it, but what I want totell you is that is your
ignorance debt.
And the smaller you create yourignorance debt, the more profit
you have.
Right, you invest in yourselfand, by the way, this grows
exponentially.
So you invest in yourself tolearn one skill.
That skill leads to another, that skill leads to another,

(13:45):
that skill leads to another.
So it stacks on top of eachother and makes you more and
more and more and more moneybecause it's building upon each
other.
So this is like full permissionfor you to throw away those
limiting beliefs that areholding you back from investing

(14:07):
in yourself, and I'm I don'tcare if it's with me, but you've
got to learn this stuff Findsomeone who you jive with, who
you like the way that they runtheir business, who you feel
comfortable with, who you wantto listen to okay, and you want
to receive the coaching.
That is going to be so gamechanging for you and your

(14:31):
business.
I always go back to this.
Two things here.
Number one you are yourbusiness.
I always go back to this.
Two things here.
Number one you are your bestasset.
Okay, you are the most powerfulthing your business has.
It's you.
So you better be freaking, building your skills, because

(14:52):
you drive the ship here.
You're the leader, you're theone in charge, so you better be
steering the ship in the rightdirection, right, because just
going off the path just a littlebit, you could end up in no
man's land.
I don't want that for you.
So that's the first thing.
The second thing is you don'tget what you want.

(15:12):
You get what you are.
So this is a way to say theresults that you have right now
are directly related to who youare as an entrepreneur and as a
business owner.
So you get what you are.
So if you want to get betterresults, you have to become a

(15:38):
better business owner, andthat's how it all ties together.
So I want to invite you insideTrendsetter If you're ready for
March to Millions.
This is going to be like thebest month to jump in, because
we are really going so hardcore.
It's daily.
We're daily inside themembership.
Some months we do differentthings.

(15:59):
Last month we focused on famousFebruary.
The month before that, I thinkit was rise to fame.
So we really built a lot oflike visibility and strategy and
now and those trainings wereonce a week, a couple of months,
like it was.
It's different, but this monthwe're going all in every single
day Because, again, I want Marchto be this epic thing that we

(16:20):
do together every single yearand we grow together as a
community.
I can't wait for you to jump in.
You're going to have the bestfreaking time.
Not only are you going to belearning how to uplevel yourself
as a business owner, but wehave the time of our lives doing
it.
I do not promote the hustleculture or the burnout culture.
I believe that that is a fasttrack to misery and it's like

(16:42):
we're not doing this to be tieddown to our businesses.
We're doing this because weactually want more freedom.
All right, I love you.
I'll see you inside TrendsetterAlso.
Again, feel free to DM me ifyou have any questions about the
membership, but if there's beena time that you've been
thinking about joining, it'sinevitable, it's going to happen
.
Okay, because I'm the same wayas you.

(17:04):
I'll be like do I want to jointhis program?
Do I want to join?
And then all of a sudden, okay,I'm joining, so this is a great
month to dive in.
Okay, I love you.
Have a great day.
