Hello, welcome to the LED Show.
Today we're gonna talk about atopic that really has been
popping off for a lot of womenthat are inside mentorship and
coaching with me.
So I feel like I wanna bringthis conversation here to the
podcast because if they'refeeling it, you're feeling it
too.
Because I, I tend to attract avery specific type of woman in

our programs and in ourcommunity.
We are women that.
Really always are looking toexpand and grow.
We're not comfortable in thecomfy, cozy.
We'd rather be growing,expanding, scaling, serving to
like the 10th, 10 x degree.
And since we're like that,sometimes we can confuse certain
things that are going on in ourbusiness or certain ways that

we're feeling in our business.
We can confuse it for the wrongthing or kind of what like
normal people would think isgoing on, when in reality we're
totally not normal.
We're wild, we're out there,we're outta the box.
We don't know status quo, likethat's not in our vocabulary.
So when we experience certainthings in our business, we think
it's one thing when in actualityit's a totally different thing.

So today specifically, I wannatalk about how you may feel like
you're a little bit stuck.
In your business, you may feellike, I don't know, like kind of
like you've plateaued or youcan't quite figure out how to
get to the quote unquote, nextlevel.
You've been generating sales,you've been doing well, and your
products have been selling, butsomething feels off and you feel

like maybe I'm just like stuck.
I'm kind of stuck here, like Idon't really know what to do,
but what I wanna tell you iswhat's actually happening, which
is so exciting, is you're notstuck.
You're just outgrowing thebusiness owner that you used to
be.
Whoa.
So you are literally not stuck.

(01:51):
You're just out growing thebusiness owner that you used to
be.
And here's the deal, when youstarted this business.
You like.
We are very thankful of her.
She went all in.
She's scrappy.
She's resourceful.
She's very like, I will figurethis out mentality.

You got this sucker off theground literally from scratch.
You built this business fromzero.
And what I was actually tellingsome of the women inside the my
VIP group, which is so freakingamazing in VIP, that's where you
get to work weekly with me.
Every single Tuesday we havecoaching in a small private

(02:34):
group inside Telegram, and it isjust these women are just
fricking transforming theirlives.
Every Tuesday.
It's insane.
Like every Tuesday I'm like, ohmy gosh, here we go again.
Like it's just these up levelsthat occur.
And what I was telling them waslike.
The women in our community, likeeven if we're starting from
zero, we don't start at likeeverybody else's basic zero.

Like starting from zero for usis very different because of the
type of women that we are.
We're like elevated.
Like if I started a businessfrom zero right now, I know that
I could make it scale and takeoff very quickly because of not
just like the skills that Ihave.
Yes, the strategy is great andit's important, but because of
who I am and how I move.
And how I activate and how Itake action.

(03:21):
And it's the same thing for you.
Like, you know this aboutyourself too.
Like you've always been the typethat if you're starting
something, like you will get itoff the ground, but this version
of you like this scrappy, like,like can do it girl.
We do eventually outgrow her.

(03:41):
And then it's like, okay, I'mnot just here to sell my
products anymore.
I'm not just here to moveproduct like I am ready to build
something iconic, something thatstands out, something that's
different.
And a lot of times, like wedon't really get what's going
on.
This is kind of like deep downinside what we, what we're
feeling is like, we're feelinglike we're stuck or we're

feeling like we don't know ournext move.
But in actuality.
It's not being stuck, it's notbeing confused.
It's not being like, not surewhere to turn.
What this is indicating is it'stime for you to evolve.
It's time for you to step intothe next level of who you are as
a business owner.

(04:25):
And again, it's not like, youknow.
We're saying like, goodbye,farewell to our old selves.
In a way we are, but we'reappreciative of that woman that
brought us here.
But now we know like, okay,we're in a position where we
need to evolve.
It's done with the feeling ofjust trying to like make it

(04:45):
work.
I'm gonna figure it out.
I'm gonna make this work.
We love that in the beginning,but now we have to be done with
that to go to next level to getyou outta this place.
So instead of like, I'm justgonna make this work now, it's
like, okay, I'm ready to run mybusiness like a legit business.
Because at first, like the firstyear, two years, three years,

(05:08):
first six months, we're just outhere trying to survive.
But there comes a place whenit's like, eh, this feels sticky
to me.
Now this feels like I'm kind oflike.
This is a bad analogy, butyou're like kind of stuck on a
mouse trap where like your feetare stuck in the glue and you're
like trying to push forward, butyou're like, I don't know what's
holding me back.

(05:28):
It's this feeling of it's timeto evolve in instead of just
making it work.
Now it's time to show up withvision.
It's time to show up with power.
It's time to show up with apresence of here we freaking go.

(05:49):
And it's kind of saying goodbyeto like the duct tape strategy
that's brought you here, which Ilove this analogy.
I love saying this to myclients.
It's like, okay, we had the ducttape, like we could fix
everything, but, uh, but likewe're done with having duct tape
all over our business.
It's time to rip it off and havereal systems, real strategy and

(06:11):
treat this thing like itdeserves to be treated.
'cause if you wanna grow a sevenfigure business.
It's not gonna be held togetherby duct tape.
It's gonna be held together bysolid work foundation bricks.
Structure systems.
A a seven figure business can bebuilt upon this mentality, but

(06:35):
to go to the next level, it'stime to get the duct tape down
and it's time to do the realconstruction.
Right.
And that's why my clients hireme to come in to be the
contractor and to go, okay, Isee what you've done here, but
it's a little bit amateur.
You know, if we're callingourselves out with love here,
it's a little bit amateur.

(06:56):
Now it's time to bring in thepro you.
So you want strategy Now thatscales, you want your business
to capture attention and youalso.
You also need to grow yourmindset in a way that you don't
kind of crack or crumble underpressure.

(07:18):
You know, that feeling of like,oh, I don't know.
Like, you kind of get stuck inyour mind, drama, your mind
games, and it, it really doesaffect you stepping into this
next u.
It means saying goodbye to thatmindset.
It's saying ra to the mindsetthat breaks under pressure or

(07:39):
crumbles easily.
You have to build like an armyof yous inside your mind.
I love this.
It's like, think of an army andit's like frontline, okay,
you're a little tired.
Who's next?
Up front line?
Next up, like what weapon do youhave?
Oh, you have like, you buildthis armory inside of you.

(08:00):
That way we can say goodbye tothese messy hustle days.
Goodbye to the days that thingswere a little wild and all over
the place.
Yes, they serve their purpose.
Yes, we're grateful for them.
Yes, we love this woman, but nowit's time to say thank you, but
we need to evolve your nextlevel.

(08:23):
Requires you to show updifferently and to act
differently in your business.
You cannot be the same personand expect different results.
And what I want this to do is Iwant this to feel extremely
empowering to you.
I want you to really understand,and this is something that
advanced business owners sevenfigure business owners learn.

(08:45):
And it's why I'm passing it onto you right now, so you can
know it right now, and itdoesn't take you 10 years to
figure this out.
Okay?
But the advanced business ownersunderstand that knowing the
results in are in their handsshould not feel like a weight on
your shoulders.
It should feel empowering.
You should be like, yes, I cancontrol my results.

And as long as I continue toplug into me, develop me in my
skills, my mindset, my strategy,my energy, my goals, my my ugh,
my everything.
As long as I continue to work ongrowing and improving and
scaling that it's, it's thewhole picture.

(09:27):
It's not just what's thestrategy, what's the strategy,
what's the hook?
What's the Instagram post?
What's the Facebook Live?
What time do I post?
What?
Like, that's a teeny, tinywhittle, tiny little piece of
it.
The most effect on your businessis you and how you develop as a
leader.

(09:49):
So again, this new you.
This new you is not as scrappy.
She's not as, you know, justduct taping her way to more
sales.
She's a CEO.
She's a leader.
She's a trend setter.

(10:12):
This is what our programs areabout.
This is what being a trendsetteris about.
It's not about finding like thetrendiest product to sell.
It's about your development as aleader, leading your company,
leading your business, leadingyour team, leading your family,
leading your health, leadingyour mindset, leading you again.

The best and most successfulseven figure business owners
understand that their businessresults are a direct reflection
of where they are as a personand as a leader.
So if you want to level up yourresults, take a look in the
mirror and how you areapproaching working and business

and struggle or challengeanything that you face.
Are you letting yourself getcaught up too much in some mind
drama over there.
I mean, we're human.
This happens.
But the more advanced you get atthis, the more you can shut it
down way fast.
Like you may be the type ofperson right now, like if you

have a sale that flops.
Like, it's gonna bug you for acouple weeks.
You're like, oh, I put so muchenergy into that.
You know, I, I had like all thepictures taken, I had all my
posts planned, and it was just atotal flop and oh my gosh.
And like, it could take you acouple weeks to get over that.
But the skilled trendsetters,the skilled seven figure

(11:40):
business owners are like, okay,that sale didn't go the way that
I was planned.
Like, game on what's next?
It's the bounce back period, andI talked about this a little bit
in January inside themembership, and it's one of my
favorite trainings.
But this period of when you saylike you have a challenge or an
issue that comes up, and howquickly you can bounce back from

(12:00):
that, the shorter that timeframeis, the more your business is
gonna explode.
Because just think about it, ifyou spend two weeks to get over
any little thing that doesn't goyour way.
That's two weeks less.
You have to push forward andcontinue to build momentum, but
if it takes you like two hoursor two minutes, like for me,

(12:23):
it's two minutes.
Like if I plan something and itgoes awry and it does not go the
way that I want, I give myselftwo minutes.
Two minutes to go, uh, whatever.
Get it out.
We're human.
We have emotions.
We're not robots.
We're not just out here going,nothing bothers me.
Like, yes, we get bothered andthat's okay, but how long do you

stay bothered?
Do you wanna be chasing everysingle sale or do you wanna be
making 20 5K in a week in sales?
These are the mindset tweaks wehave to go after.
So it's not.
That you're stuck.
It's not that you, you know,are, you know, don't know your

(13:07):
next moves or what's, what's,why am I plateauing?
Why are things not expanding andgrowing?
It's this, you're not stuck.
You're just, you've outgrownwhere you've been, and this to
me is an amazing indicator oflike, it's game on Let's
freaking go.
Don't dilly dally.

(13:28):
Don't ignore this either.
If you're like, uh, maybe I'mjust burnt out.
I don't know.
No, you're burnt out becauseyou've outgrown where you need,
like where you've been and whereyou need to go.
You've outgrow your currentexperiences, your current place
of business, your current placeas a human.

(13:49):
So you know you want so muchmore out of your life, out of
your business.
And you're only stuck therebecause you think, oh, I guess
this is normal in business.
And it's like, yeah, but thenext move is for you to come out
of that, a whole new woman.
And this evolution happens timeand time and time again.
And I am in a place right nowwhere I am going through

(14:10):
evolutions like every threedays.
Because the business isexpanding so fast.
We have, you know, thetrendsetter membership, we have

Like all my brands, everythingis expanding and growing very
fast.
So I literally, like I tell mymentor every day, I am like,
well, we're at another levelnow.
Because I'm having to experienceand move through things.

Going from seven to eightfigures that I've never had to
do before doing, you know, ahundred thousand dollars in a
week.
There's a lot of things thatcome up and it's like, oh, I
don't know.
And like, you gotta move through'em.
You gotta learn, you gotta growand, and your evolution right
now to your next level is a bigone.
And that's why I always say thisis the time to get into a room

where there's support aroundthis exact thing.
