Today I'm going to do somethinga little bit different on the
podcast.
This is something that I don'tthink I've done before, but I'm
going to give you a little bitof a sneak peek into a training
slash audio that I droppedinside the Trendsetter
membership a couple of days ago.
So inside Trendsetter, we arein the middle of Momentum May.

This is where I'm giving thegirls, the Trendsetters,
challenges that they can doevery few days to start really
building the momentum andchallenging them to do things
that I know are going to beneedle movers, meaning money
makers for the business.
So this is a super fun month.

membership, and I want to sharewith you a little bit of what
it's like to be inside themembership, specifically during
the month of May.
Momentum is so key to building,growing and scaling your
business, and the trick withmomentum is it's repetition,
repetition of the money-makingactivities.

single day to bring in salesfor your business or to make
money for your boutique, thisepisode is going to be for you,

Going live doesn't have to be apart of your strategy.
But the reason why I'm askingyou to do this inside Momentum
May is twofold.
Number one it stretches yourcapacity of what you think
you're capable of doing if youhaven't gone live yet.

So it's getting you out of yourcomfort zone to kind of get
used to the feeling of what it'slike when you step outside of
what you're quote unquotenormally doing, because when you
step outside of your own statusquo, that's when you get growth
.
So it's a challenge to thosethat maybe haven't gone live
before to take that first stepof actually going live.

Does this make you like haveheebie-jeebies already?
If so, good.
I want you to feel that, okay,have heebie-jeebies already, if
so good.
I want you to feel that that'syour indication that this feels
stretchy, and growth and salesand momentum lies in the
stretchy feeling.
The second part of going live,and why it can be such a

powerful momentum builder, isbecause it gives incredible
quick trust with your audience.
And trust is something that cantake a long time to get,
especially when people just findyou.
You're brand new.
Maybe you're still in like that.
You haven't quite hit the 10kper month mark.
This is an indication that thetrust isn't quite there yet with

your customer base.
So going live is a really greatway to skyrocket the trust,
because people see you and theysee you're a real person.
You're not some random boutiquethat's going to steal their
money and they're never going tosee their product.
They're like oh, I like thisgirl, I get it, I like the vibe,
I like what she sells, I likedher funny meme that I saw.

I've been following her.
I haven't bought from her yetbecause I just wasn't sure I
haven't got to see her stuffenough.
But now they're catching youlive.
This like literally therelationship becomes 10 million
times stronger when someone hasa chance to see you live, even
if you don't get any sales fromit.
That's not the only reason why Iwant you going live as part of

this challenge.
It's again to build trust, tobuild momentum and to stretch
you a little bit.

lost in the sauce of making anyof it perfect, because the truth
of the matter is, momentum isabout repetition, even when
you're like I don't know if thisfricking sucks, but I'm just
going to do it because Allietold me to do it.
That's like the mentality thatI want you in in terms of like,

don't overthink these challenges, just move.
Okay, this is what it takeswhen you start to build a
business on strategy, things aregoing to feel different.
It's going to feel strange,it's going to maybe feel cringe,
because you're most likely usedto and comfortable doing what
you're currently doing, butwe're not here to stay status

quo, to stay at the same levelthat we're currently at.
We're here to grow.
So I just wanted to drop thislittle note in here just to say
and, by the way, they'rebuilding a new fence, so if it
starts to get really loud I'llcut it off and start again.
And, of course, monroe startsto singing as soon as I start
making you guys a voice message.
But the whole point is to justbe sure that you are allowing

the magic to happen.
The magic doesn't happen fromyou just staying still and
questioning and second guessingand going oh, I don't know, like
what should I do in my life?
Just fricking, go live.
Okay, the only way you getbetter and build momentum is by
actually moving Right and notjust staying where you are.

If you wanted to stay where youare, you wouldn't be in
trendsetter.
But you want to lead the pack,you want to be the one that's
like out there doing the thing,building the massive company.
This is what it takes.
Okay, I know it's going to behard.
Listen, 90% of this game iswhat's going on inside your mind

I'm telling you the strategies.
The strategies work.

Where we get hung up is what westart thinking about and
letting our the mind drama kickin.

Oh well, I've never been live.
I don't know what to do Likeshould I do this?

What if someone buys Like,right that, oh well, I've never
been live, I don't know what todo like, should I do this?

What if someone buys like, whatif I don't?
I don't have?
Like, no, we have to move.
And then, once you go live thefirst time you're gonna go, oh,
okay, well, the next time thatwas first of all.

It's not gonna be so scary andif you love going live, this is
just a challenge to you to likeget back into it if you haven't
been doing it and just go.
Okay, well, I went live.
It wasn't so bad.
Yeah, it was for like threeminutes, okay, but it's better
than no minutes.
And this is, this is the thing.
This is like the whole secretis we're here for the long haul,

we're in the long game.
The minute you remove thesebeliefs about I can't do it
because dot, dot dot.
I don't know it because dot,dot dot, I don't know what I'm
doing.
I'm not skilled enough, I'venever been live.
What if everyone laughs at me?
I'm so embarrassed.
What if no one buys?
What?
Who cares?
Who cares?
You have to move through thoseparts to get to the part where

you go live and people sell outyour shiz.
Okay, I've watched this timeand time again with my clients
is getting them to move throughthis phase, the phase of
uncertainty, because everythingyou want out of your business is
on the other side of you facingthis uncertainty.
And that's what this month isdesigned to do to get you to

move without getting stuck inthe analysis, paralysis,
analysis, paralysis.
Without getting stuck in theanalysis, paralysis, analysis,
paralysis.
Whichever way it is okay, it'sto get you unstuck and to get
your feet out of the freakingmud and just start walking.
You got to walk before you run,right, like that's life, that's

human existence.
So we got to give ourselves afighting chance here.
Okay, I'm so excited to help youthrough this month, like I'm
freaking pumped, and when youguys are going to go live, I

recently, and I really want youguys to understand this is I've

already done this myself I havean incredible freaking company
that runs like clockwork, that Iliterally don't have to even be
there.
I'm home raising my two kidsand looking at the big picture,
which is exactly what I freakingdreamed of.
You guys, like, I am here doingit and this is for you too, but

you got to get out of the sauce, the mud, the mind drummer, and
you got to just take the action.
So please don't just look atthis and go.
Oh, she wants me to go live.
I'm not doing it.
No, I want you to do it.
This is full permission thatthis month, I'm going to
challenge you and I'm going totake you out of your comfort
zone a little bit and I'm goingto make you do things that
you're going to go.

I feel like I don't know if Iwant to do this and I'm not
going to give you too many like.
I don't want to give you thatmuch warning because I don't
want you to be able to mull overit.

Here's the challenge.
Oh, and, by the way, what I wassaying was before I got off on
the tangent was I've createdthis business myself and I know

this is what you want too.
And now my joy.
I wake up every morningthinking about you guys and how
I can help make things happenfor you, and I want you to know
it brings me so much freakingjoy.
And you guys tell me this inthe DMs You're like Allie.
I love your like sunshineattitude.
It's because I love this.
I love seeing you grow, I loveseeing you learn.

I love seeing you come intoTrendsetter having very little
sales.
And then the next thing I knowyou're selling out pre-orders
and you're not even getting tothe drop date because it's
already sold out.
You guys, this is it, this isthe thing.
But you've got to stick throughthe funky times.
We're in it for the long haul.

I want you to just be like I'min Trendsetter for the next year
Mentally not because I want youto be in here for a year, but
you mentally.
I want you to see the long haul.
Imagine yourself two, three,four months from now.
The changes are insane.
That happen quickly, and byquickly I don't mean overnight,

I mean you seeing the vision,giving yourself a little bit of
grace here, not looking at likethe like, lame-o.
Oh, I went viral overnight onTikTok and like, okay, great,
but you know what happens to allthose people they overbuy,
inventory and then it's stuckthere because they never had a
strategy in the first place.
And that ain't gonna happen toyou.
You're going to build the mostsolid AF company where the

foundation is so freaking strongthat literally like the biggest
tornado in the world could notblow it over.
That's what I want.
I was able to do that in mybusiness.
Listen, we have been throughCOVID literal shutdown of
businesses and stores.
Okay, literal shutdown ofbusinesses and stores.
Okay, of markets my wholelivelihood.
We have been through theeconomy, the wild political

climate.
We're in the tariffs right nowand like I don't even like it's
not going to bug us becausewe're going to get through it.
I don't let the external get inthe way of my momentum, and you
can't either.
And for you, I don't want youto let the external or the
internal, we don't care.
We're trendsetters, we're 10steps ahead of everybody else.
All right, this is thementality.

This is the mentality I needyou to have this month.
Get super focused.
It's freaking on it's momentum.
