EPISODE 27: Co-Creation Principle 5
Judgment, Expectation, and the Addiction to Knowing “Why”
“You’re not stuck because you’re powerless. You’re stuck because you’re gripping so tight, there’s no room for life to move.”
Hello, beautiful soul who’s done all the “right” things—prayed, journaled, surrendered (kind of), and still feel like nothing is shifting. This one's for you.
In this episode of Sovereignty Rising, we break open Principle 5 of Co-Creation:
Make no judgments. Have no expectations. Release the need to know why.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re trying to micromanage your healing, force divine timing to show up early, or beg the Universe for answers like it’s a customer service rep that ghosted you… this is your wake-up call.
Because control isn’t power. It’s fear in a business suit.
And the more you grip, the more your soul gasps for air.
🧠 Why You Feel Stuck (When You’re Doing “Everything Right”)
Let’s get brutally honest:
Most of us didn’t cling to control because we’re power-hungry.
We did it because we were scared—of abandonment, disappointment, trauma, rejection.
Control was survival.
But now?
That same survival strategy is a spiritual straightjacket.
You’re not healing slower because you’re “blocked.” You’re healing slower because your nervous system is still clutching a steering wheel the Universe never asked you to hold.
💔 The True Cost of Judgment and Expectation
Here’s what we rarely say out loud:
Every time you whisper, “It shouldn’t be this way,” you’re going to war with reality—and reality always wins.
Let that land.
When you judge or expect, you leave the only place your soul can create from: the present moment.
✍️ The Myth of “Why” (and Why It’s Poison)
“Why did he betray me?”
“Why didn’t they see my worth?”
“Why now? Why this?”
The question sounds innocent, even spiritual. But in truth?
“Why” is a leash disguised as liberation.
The need to understand isn’t about healing—it’s about control. We convince ourselves that if we understand, we can prevent it from happening again.
But understanding is just another cage.
You don’t need closure to be free. You just need surrender.
🔥 Mic-Drop Moments from This Episode:
🧘♀️ Embodiment Practice: Transmute, Don’t Suppress
In this episode, you’ll be guided to feel the weight of resentment or disappointment, locate it in your body, and transmute it with your breath.
This isn’t about ignoring the feeling.
This is about composting it into power.
Your feelings were never meant to be weapons. They’re fuel.
