'Are You Brave Enough To Be Yourself?'
What I Talk About On This Episode of The Andrew Bilak Show:
This topic is one that I thinking about constantly, especially since we live in a very transparent world where everything you say and do can be seen by everyone.
I'm fascinated as to why the far majority of people on and off social media tend to front this persona that is so far out of alignment with who they really are.
On the flip side, in a world of constant comparison, it's the people who are the MOST authentic and vulnerable that we tend to gravitate towards the most. They are also the happiest, most driven, purposeful, whole and successful because they are aligned and okay with who they truly are and nothing external can change that.
So, today I take a deeper look into what it actually means to 'be yourself' and what holds us back from being the person we are constantly stepping into and why you owe it to yourself to share that person with the world.
