"I realized it was all about my environment and the food I was eating that was depressing me"

Who Is Mitch Good:
Mitch Good is a 30-year-old organic farmer at Good Family Farms which he started with his brother. Mitch's family has roots tied to farming, but it wasn't until he was in his early twenties that he discovered food had a direct link to his issues with depression. Mitch has devoted himself to help create sustainable farming practices and educate the masses on why we need to have better relationships with our food and understanding that food is one of the single greatest factors when it comes to our planet, people and their health. I encourage you to take the information that Mitch shares on this podcast and apply it in your own life to help lead to more sustainable practices and help you, your friends, and your family live a better and healthier life.
