Aisling FitzGibbon is a certified Holistic Nutrition Coach. She runs an online Holistic Nutrition Coaching Practice and Aisling’s Health School.
Over the past decade Aisling has studied holistic health and nutrition extensively and helps clients using plant-based nutrition to heal chronic illness including adrenal fatigue, autoimmune conditions, hormonal and liver health. She combines the physical and metaphysics for flourishing whole health and wellbeing.
In this episode, Aisling shares the circumstances from her life that led her to launch her own Health School. Having overcome issues with her own health, Aisling embarked on a new path but soon had to deal with the devastating loss of her mother.
