SPEAKER_00 (00:01):
Today's question is
juicy, spicy, and a little
uncomfortable because we all getsucked into it.
Why are we drawn to drama?
You know, that emotional rollercoaster that we say we don't
want, but somehow always end upexperiencing it.
(00:24):
Whether it's gossip or Let's getinto the heart of it with
(00:51):
compassion, curiosity and zerojudgment.
You, my friend, have justentered the drama-free zone.
Bless up and welcome to TheAnswer, a show that answers your
questions from a spiritual, monetary, and manifesting angle.
(01:14):
I'm your host, Anne-MariePizarro, Akashic Records guide
and success advocate forspiritual entrepreneurs and
creative visionaries.
Together, we'll explore theanswers your soul has been
waiting to ask.
UNKNOWN (01:33):
The Answer
SPEAKER_00 (01:34):
I've got to admit,
drama is oddly addictive.
It makes us feel plugged in,wanted, important, even shocked.
It stirs the pot, gives ussomething to talk about, and
tricks us into believing thatwe're alive and we're right.
Heck, we can't even wait toreach out to our bestie because
(01:57):
we've got the latest tea tospill, and it's so good.
Now, I'm a bit guilty herebecause I've participated in
this bestie drama loop before.
I've got that friend that whenI've got something super juicy
to share, I just can't wait tocall her about it and have a jam
session.
And she's the same way with me.
(02:18):
But this is actually a spiritualcurveball because we get a
little bit of a rush when we'rewitnessing a dramatic event or
we're part of the drama that'sunfolding.
It's actually an invitation fora greater reveal.
The drama is happening for areason.
(02:43):
It's soul contracted to occur.
But you may only be seeing theouter layer of tension,
excitement, energy, orintensity.
Drama is often a substitute forconnection, visibility, or
validation.
Why we crave drama is that amajority of us on this planet
(03:06):
live routine and mundaneexperiences.
There's usually a predictableflow to how our days unfold.
What drama gives us is thatdopamine boost because it
triggers a neural pathway ofactivation.
So let me get a little scienceyhere with you.
Drama activates fear, emotionalintensity, defense, and this
(03:31):
triggers the amygdala andreleases cortisol, a stress
hormone.
This then suppresses logic inyour prefrontal cortex, which
causes your mirror neurons toamplify emotional resonance,
thereby giving you that dopaminehit.
Over time, this is stored inyour hippocampus, which is why
(03:54):
you've got the memory bank ofhow to respond to dramatic
events.
On a spiritual level, dramaoften reveals our unhealed
emotions longing forsignificance, a deep desire to
feel seen, heard, and valued forwhat we bring.
Did you hear that?
We may be unconsciouslycreating, recreating, or
(04:18):
attracting drama as a shortcutto feeling emotionally
heightened, important, or tappedin.
Because in the heat of chaos, wesuddenly become the center of
attention.
We have something important totell, something urgent to solve,
(04:39):
some emotion to anchor ouridentity to, something to
defend, something to get allriled up about.
And then the drama stops andwe're exhausted and drained from
it.
And why wouldn't we be?
We've been flooded with stresshormones and now our battery
(04:59):
tank is completely empty.
In the Akashic Records, we oftensee this pattern tied to
lifetimes where being invisibleequaled safety.
So now, our soul swings to theother extreme, creating
intensity just to feel like itexists.
The Akashic Records are Source'suniversal library or
(05:24):
supercomputer that holds thedata of all souls ever
incarnated.
The Akashic Records hold oursoul contracts, patterns,
lessons, and blocks.
The reason we participate indrama is that it stems from past
life contracts and ancestralwounds where conflict meant
connection and peace feltunfamiliar, even suspicious or
(05:48):
dangerous, like the other's shoeis going to eventually drop.
It's not that we want drama.
It's that a part of us may notyet know how to exist without it
or beyond it.
Some people crave drama becauseit makes them feel that
energetic hit, something to talkabout beyond themselves and a
(06:12):
way to stay connected.
Heck, they may even feel boredif there's no drama involved.
But this is a trap that causesyou to seek out chaos because
calmness is uncomfortable.
Existing without the drama isstepping into your soul's
purpose and patterns of peacefulbeing.
(06:32):
It's an invitation to choose adifferent way to connect, seek
attention, or feel importantwhile staying in neutrality.
Our presence alone is enough andpowerful, and our story doesn't
need a plot twist or dramaticpeak to be worthy of sharing.
I have observed that That somepeople, though, don't feel like
(06:57):
they have anything to shareunless they've experienced some
kind of traumatic or dramaticevent in their lives that
they've healed from.
But this ties them to theidentity of a survivor or a
victim, and they're alwaysassociating with this drama.
Some people I've met don't knowwho they are without a life full
(07:21):
of challenges and drama.
This is the invitation to evolveinto your next level self.
So to circle back to our initialquestion, why are we drawn to
drama?
The answer is because we'veconfused chaos with connection,
and we can't help becomingemotionally charged and invested
(07:42):
in the outcome.
But what our soul really cravesis presence and peace, and
power.
So to survive beyond chaos anddrama is to embody choice,
presence, peace, andcontentment.
And let's be honest, when we seethe drama that happens in other
people's lives, it's actually areminder for us to be grateful
(08:05):
and thankful that we don't havethat same stress in ours.
Now that we've peeked behind thespiritual curtain of drama,
let's talk about what dramacosts us in the material world,
especially in our wallets.
Because yes, my friend, dramaaffects your money flow.
(08:28):
So stay tuned.
We'll be right back.

Drama is expensive.
From divorces to bankruptcy tochronic financial worries, drama
doesn't just drain your peace.
It quietly erodes your focus,decision-making, and financial
flow.
You can't build prosperity in astorm.
(10:02):
And drama is something weunconsciously create participate
in, or attract that blocks orhinders what we want.
So how does drama affect yourfinances?
Here are three examples to showyou.
You avoid raising your pricesbecause you're afraid of
conflict, so you keepundercharging and
(10:24):
over-delivering, eventuallyleading yourself to burnout.
Another example.
is that you don't set boundariesaround your time and energy
because you fear emotionalbacklash from those you work
with.
So you keep going even afteryou're done and you don't even
get the credit you deserve.
Or here's another example.
(10:46):
You have issues with yourbusiness partners, causing you
to feel stressed and unable totrust the decisions you make,
weakening the bonds that arealready fracturing.

SPEAKER_00 (11:03):
Drama and money are
so intertwined because they're
both tied to power.
Drama is often a grasp foremotional power, the need to
feel in control, relevant andsignificant.
Whereas money is the materialmirror of energetic power, how
safe, worthy and open you feelto receive your value.
(11:28):
When we're caught in drama, ournervous system becomes
dysregulated, which alreadymeans we're not available for
abundance.
We're only available forsurvival.
So if your soul believes thattension equals value or that
struggle equals worthiness, itwill unconsciously recreate
(11:49):
drama as a way to, quote, earn, end quote, the money, attention,
or validation you seek.
The Akashic Records reveal thatdrama, money entanglements often
show up as karmic lessons aroundvalue, visibility, and emotional
sovereignty.
(12:10):
Many spiritual entrepreneurs andcreatives came into this
lifetime with a sole contract todissolve the belief that they
have to hustle, sacrifice, oremotionally bleed out to be
worthy of wealth.
I had a client in the sex workertrade and he was always
surrounded by some kind of dramaaround receiving money for
(12:33):
services.
We had conversations thatevolved around his partner being
unable to accept his work, theshame he felt and even the
challenges with some of hisclients.
This beautiful soul could seehow he was helping others and
the invitation to step beyondthe drama actually gave him
(12:55):
clarity, sacredness, andpurposefulness to his work.
When he shifted beyond the dramaloop, he actually felt more
secure doing this kind ofservice and he began to manifest
more kind-hearted, respectful,and wealthier clients.
Even his discernment sharpenedand he let go of the most
(13:16):
drama-prone clients, therebycreating space, ease, and peace
in his life.
I want you to remember this, myfriend.
Peace is profitable.
Clarity is your currency, andyou don't need chaos to prove
your worth.
Your soul is already encodedwith this.
(13:38):
When you break the drama loop, you reclaim the energetic
bandwidth to create from a placeof alignment, not adrenaline.
So how does drama affect ourfinances?
The answer is it distracts, delays, and depletes us, keeping
abundance at arm's length whilewe're stuck in emotional and
(13:58):
mental crisis.
Aren't you done running thishamster wheel?
You know you can get offanytime, right?
Well, if you're ready, you'lldefinitely want to stick around
because we'll be giving you thejuicy nuggets to break out of
this drama cycle for good.
Music so far we've looked at thespiritual roots and the
(14:22):
financial fallout of drama youmay be feeling like you want a
bolt right now but if you stickaround you'll discover how to
step into your manifesting mojoeven if the world's garbage cans
are on fire This episode of TheAnswer is brought to you by the

So join the Successful SpiritualEntrepreneur group on Facebook
and plug into the community yourbusiness has been calling in.
The link is in the show notes,so come say hi and let's rise
(15:29):
together.
Manifesting while being addictedto drama is like trying to
meditate in a mosh pit.
Drama dilutes your vibration.
It actually confuses theuniverse.
It's like saying, I want peace, while screaming into a cosmic
megaphone about your ex's latestridiculous meltdown, or why the
(15:53):
hell The Bachelor chose thatclingy fake woman.
Obviously, he doesn't know whathe wants, but I do, or do I?
Now, the Akashic Records teachus that our outer world mirrors
our inner vibration.
When your field is clear, yourdesires land fast.
(16:13):
When your field is chaotic, thesignal gets scrambled.
But here's the kicker in thepants.
Drama isn't always loud.
Sometimes it's that quiet voicewithin saying, this won't work,
or you're not ready.
That, my friend, is inner drama, and it's just as disruptive.
(16:39):
So what's the alternative?
Are we just stuck in dramabecause we're here on Earth?
Well, partly.
This third-dimensional polarizedreality between right versus
wrong, light versus dark, willalways cause some kind of push
and pull.
That means you'll likely witnessor be involved in some kind of
(17:00):
drama while you're here onEarth.
But that doesn't mean you're notin control of you.
You can exist beyond the dramaloop, but requires you to try
and consistently choose you.
Number one, you've got torecognize when you're in the
(17:21):
drama loop.
Now, you and I sometimes get abit of juicy gossip, and we just
can't wait to share this withour buddy, spouse, friend,
person on the grocery store nextto us.
But stop.
You've got to step out of thedrama loop.
You've got to notice when you'reemotionally hooked and in that
(17:42):
moment, pause.
This is that moment where youcan pivot and choose to look at
the drama and then step awaywithout feeling like you've got
to continue that flow.
Second thing is you've got toalso be willing to anchor in to
a higher frequency.
When our nervous system isregulated, Our manifestation
(18:05):
field becomes receptive.
That means we've got to protectour field from any blockages by
choosing to think positively, not give in to the judgments or
pulled into the tug of war ofthe drama of right versus wrong.
Drama will come and try to findyou, but you can choose in the
(18:27):
moment whether you want toengage or be neutral and just
simply observe what's happening.
The third thing you've got toconsider is that you've got to
be willing to choose peaceinstead of chaos as a power
move.
Drama may feel powerful, butpeace isn't.
This is where your true powerrests because you're not
(18:51):
allowing your energy to leakbeyond you.
And when you hold your trueenergetic currency in, you
amplify how you receive and cutthe time down in half.
So let's go back to thatquestion, shall we?
Why are we drawn to drama, friends?
Well, the answer is sometimes wemistake time.
(19:15):
chaos for aliveness.
And we love being able to sharewhat we discover, what we think,
and how we feel with others.
We're just so damn powerful withthis information, aren't we?
But let me pop your bubble here.
Our true power doesn't dwell indrama.
(19:39):
It lives in clarity, calmness, neutrality, and conscious
creation.
It's rooted in self-empoweredchoice and presence.
So what are you going to choosemoving forward?
As a reminder to you, you're nothere to chase fires and be a
(20:01):
drama magnet.
Yeah, it's interesting anddefinitely has a charge, but
after a while...
It gets old.
You're here for so much more, like channeling a higher
frequency of being or steppinginto your choice, power, and
discernment.
And you definitely don't needany more emotional roller
(20:22):
coasters to keep you high.
What you do need is more love, energetic support, and inner
peace.
So next week on The Answer,we're flipping the script with a
softer and deeper question.
How do I love myself more?
Because beyond the drama, beyondthe distractions, there is a
(20:43):
version of you waiting to bedeeply seen, honored, and loved
by you.
Until then, friend, staygrounded, stay calm, and
remember, the drama ends whereyour boundaries begin.
(21:05):
No matter how you look at it,you're always making decisions
every single day.
Some of these decisions keep youaligned on your soul's path and
others are simply responding tocircumstances around you.
With these decisions comequestions like what's the next
best step?
(21:26):
When you tune in to the answer, both the podcast and your inner
knowing, you open the door tothe insight.
Clarity and trust you need tokeep going one aligned step at a
time.
Thanks for listening.
And remember, your path iscontinuously unfolding and the
answers are closer than youthink.
