In the 14th episode of “The Announcer’s Hour” podcast, Luke Williams joins me to talk about his experience broadcasting Esports.
Nicknamed “The Llama,” Williams is a professional broadcaster in the realm of Esports and is the Head Coach of the Columbus Chaos in the XPLeague. Sticking to his roots in Ohio, Williams will be joining the team at Ohio State University and will begin broadcasting games for the Buckeyes this fall.
In his prior roles, Williams worked with Ohio Northern Esports and has tons of experience as a broadcaster. Williams has experience behind the microphone for titles such as Rocket League, League of Legends, Valorant, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG), Counter-Strike and more.
