TAH #18 – Jake Eisenberg, Kansas City Royals

In the 18th episode of “The Announcer’s Hour” podcast, Jake Eisenberg joins the podcast to discuss his major league role and more.

Eisenberg is a play-by-play broadcaster for the Kansas City Royals, a Major League Baseball team. A longtime baseball voice, Eisenberg spent years as a Minor League play-by-play voice for teams like the Omaha Storm Chasers and Winston-Salem Dash.

Eisenberg graduated from the University of Maryland. While there, Eisenberg was a play-by-play man for the Terrapins baseball team, broadcasting home and road games. In other roles, Eisenberg has called sports like basketball, soccer, and field hockey at universities around the country.
