• Larry Hancock: Larry’s education is in anthropology and history. He’s the author of multiple books dealing with cold war history, clandestine operations, and hybrid warfare. Larry is a board member of SCU.
• Richard Hoffman: Richard is an operations manager and consultant for NASA, and a board member of SCU.
• Robert Powell: Robert is a chemist and engineer, a UAP historian, the former director of research for MUFON, and a board member of SCU.
