In my clinical practice there were people who followed low fat diets or ate highly processed food full of fake fat. This led to skin changes, brain changes, dull hair, low vitamin D, and low sex steroid hormones like testosterone. These are just a few changes that can occur from following low fat diets or eating damaged plastic fats in processed food. Fat is critical to keep the human body held together and running properly. It's time to embrace real food that has generous portions of good fats like olive oil, fish, organic vegetables, and meat sources from pastured raised or free range raised animals. It's time to turn our backs on processed fake plastic fats that gum up our metabolism and make us sick.
