When parents are separated are divorced, we believe that custody should almost always be 50/50, with the most obvious exception being safety issues. The well being of the kids is at stake, and in this episode we talk about some of the factors to consider. And we get it, not seeing your kids half the time after you've lived with them 100% of the time feels really awful. We've both been through that. Without spoiling the episode, though, we discuss the positive well-being benefits to parents who have half their time away from their kids, and how that can rub off on the kids down the line.
